Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between Person-Organization Fit and Turnover Intention, examine the relationship between Job Burnout and Turnover Intention, and describe the role of Job Burnout in mediating the effect of Person-Organization Fit on Turnover Intention. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification. The sample amounted to 63 Generation Z employees (aged 18-26 years) of PT X mining site, one of the private mining companies in Indonesia using a closed questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Sampling using non-probability techniques with the total sampling method, and the data was processed and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. Data analysis using hierarchical regression, t-test, and Sobel test. The results showed that (1) Person-Organization Fit has a significant negative effect on Job Burnout; (2) Job Burnout and Turnover Intention have no significant effect but have a positive relationship; (3) There was partial mediation of Job Burnout mediating Person-Organization Fit on Turnover Intention; (4) Person-Organization Fit has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Opportunities and Challenges of Fintech Syariah for UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews and observation. Data analysis method the data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources can be obtained from interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained through literature study with the help of print media and internet media. Fintech Syariah is a combination of innovation in the fields of finance and technology that facilitates transaction and investment processes based on sharia values. Even though Fintech is a new breakthrough, it is experiencing rapid development. Fintech brings great opportunities and potential in the development of UMKM in Indonesia. In general, UMKM have difficulties in financial and capital aspects. The existence of fintech can help UMKM to gain convenience and efficiency in the financial aspect. The results of this research show that the Opportunities and Challenges of Fintech Syariah for UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency are still less popular among business actors. The reason is because they don't know yet, no one is interested, and they are afraid of the rise in fraud cases. Therefore, the OJK must be more selective regarding the many types of fintech that exist around us.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of restaurant tax payment compliance in Gorontalo City. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A purposive sampling strategy was used to select 92 respondents as a sample for this study. The type of data used is primary data, which is the result of sending questionnaires to Gorontalo City restaurant tax payers. In this study, linear regression analysis was used with a partial test (t-test) to analyze the data. These findings indicate that compliance with restaurant tax payments is positively and significantly influenced by the level of service. The coefficient of determination of the study is 24.2%, which means that the service quality variable can take into account the restaurant tax payment compliance variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan yang diproksi dengan besaran dewan komisaris, besaran direksi, proporsi komisaris independen, independensi komite audit, serta tingkat risiko bank terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Selain itu, menguji dan menganalisis variabel moderasi yang diproksi dengan struktur modal untuk memoderasi hubungan antara setiap variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar dan telah melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) yaitu sebanyak 43 perusahaan perbankan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang juga merupakan data sampel dari tahun 2013-2017. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan moderated regression analysis (MRA) untuk uji interaksi. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel independen tata kelola perusahaan yang diproksi dengan besaran dewan komisaris, besaran direksi, proporsi komisaris independen, independensi komite audit, tingkat risiko bank, dan variabel moderasi struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja keuangan perbankan). Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel besaran dewan komisaris, besaran direksi, independensi komite audit berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan, sedangkan variabel proporsi komisaris independen berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dan variabel tingkat risiko bank berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Pengujian hipotesis struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi menunjukan bahwa struktur modal mampu memperkuat hubungan antara variabel besaran dewan komisaris, dan antara variabel independensi komite audit terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Tetapi, struktur modal memperlemah hubungan antara variabel besaran direksi, proporsi komisaris independen, serta tingkat risiko bank terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of the quality of Digital Identity Policy (IKD) on community satisfaction in Padang City. This research used a quantitative approach involving 100 respondents who were randomly selected from the population of IKD users in Padang City. To measure the impact of the quality of IKD policies on community satisfaction, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 25 for Windows which shows that there is a partially significant influence on the quality of IKD policies on community satisfaction. The significance value of 0.056 is less than 0.05 and the t-count value of 10.510 exceeds the t-table criterion of 3.880. This study provides important insights into the relationship between information technology policy implementation and public satisfaction with government administration. The implications of these findings include the need to improve information technology infrastructure and educate the public regarding the use of IKD to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of efforts to improve the quality of public services. In conclusion, the quality of the Digital Identity Policy (IKD) is proven to have a significant impact on community satisfaction in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality and marketing strategies on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Cikakak Village, Brebes Regency. The method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches. The population of this study consisted of all MSME players in Cikakak Village, totaling 176 MSMEs. In this study, 44 samples were used, which was 25% of the total population. Data was gathered by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) with an ordinal scale to the respondents. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a positive and significant influence on business sustainability. In addition, marketing strategy also indicates a positive and considerable influence on business sustainability. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the quality of human resources and effective marketing strategies in supporting business sustainability in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze human resource development strategies in efforts to address stunting in Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the stunting prevention program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with posyandu cadres, village midwives, and PKK teams. The study results indicate that enhancing knowledge and education for the community about stunting can improve the effectiveness of prevention programs. The conclusion drawn is the need for increased synergy among stakeholders and the optimal use of available resources to minimize stunting risks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of support systems and work-life balance on career development and job satisfaction among female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of all female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura totaling 37 individuals. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The analytical techniques utilized to address the hypotheses were quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The findings indicate that support systems have a positive influence on the career development and job satisfaction of female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. Although work-life balance does not significantly affect either, career development positively impacts job satisfaction, and the presence of a strong support system enhances career development opportunities, thereby increasing job satisfaction, while work-life balance has no direct influence.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance, both directly and through innovation and competitive advantage variables as mediators. The sample used was 83 respondents who were small and medium industrial entrepreneurs based in the food industry in Ternate City. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, where this sampling technique provides opportunities for local food industry practitioners as elements of the population to be selected as respondents. The analytical method for testing hypotheses is SEM-PLS. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation, competitive advantage and marketing performance. then the innovation and competitive advantage variables have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Further research findings can also show that innovation and competitive advantage variables play a role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) Practices in the Praikundu Ikat Weaving Small and Medium Industry (IKM), East Sumba district. Data was collected through interviews and observations and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that GHRM practices at Praikundu Ikat Weaving have been implemented but are not optimal and there are still several GHRM functions that have not been implemented, such as; Environmentally Friendly Training & Development, Environmentally Friendly Performance Evaluation and Environmentally Friendly Compensation. This function is not implemented optimally because the scale of IKM is still relatively small, production capacity is limited and takes a long time, sales levels are not consistent, human resources capacity is still low, there is no guidance and management of human resources and there is no clear organizational structure. Apart from that, GHRM functions that have been implemented well include Green Recruitment, Green Selection and Green Performance Evaluation. This function is implemented well because IKM is a cultural heritage business that produces ikat products made from natural raw materials and has distinctive characteristics so that the image of IKM is increasingly recognized by the public and has an impact on the 3 functions of GHRM.
