Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: This research was intended because problems arose regarding the decision to use BSI Mobile in the millennial generation. BSI Mobile users partly come from the bank's obligation to register. This indicates that some BSI Sub-Branch Office Nganjuk Yos Sudarso customers still need to gain more awareness of using BSI Mobile with its convenience, security problems, service features available in line with technological development trends, and the need for efficiency in banking services.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Convenience, Security and Service Features on the Decision to Use BSI Mobile in the Millennial Generation partially and simultaneously.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach using data. The sample used was 100 respondents using incidental sampling techniques. The data processing method uses the SPSS version 22.0 application and data analysis with testing steps including using the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination test (R2).Findings: The data analysis results show that Convenience, Security, and Service Features partially and simultaneously significantly influence the millennial generation's decision to use BSI Mobile Sub-Branch Office Nganjuk Yos Sudarso.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Productive zakat has the potential to empower MSMEs. The program's effectiveness needs to be monitored continuously to increase its usefulness. A comprehensive measurement tool to assess the effectiveness of productive zakat is needed. The Zakat Utilization Index (IPZ) by Puskas BAZNAS is one of the tools used to measure the utilization of zakat in five aspects: social, cultural, economic, da'wah, and environmental.Purpose/Objective Study: The article aims to analyze the effectiveness of LAZIS UNISIA’s Gerobak Barokah program in empowering mustahik using the Zakat Utilization Index (IPZ).Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, using the Zakat Utilization Index (IPZ) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Gerobak Barokah program. The beneficiaries of the Gerobak Barokah are the MSME entrepreneurs in the culinary sector located in Yogyakarta Province. There are 44 mustahik included in data anaysis. Data were collected through 1-5 Likert scale questionnaires based on IPZ Puskas BAZNAS. A multi-stage weighted index was applied to assess five indicators: social, cultural, economic, da'wah, and environmental.Findings: The findings reveal that the Gerobak Barokah program achieved a Zakat Utilization Index (IPZ) value of 0.56, classifying it as "Fairly Good." This value indicates that the Gerobak Barokah program is in the strengthening phase. The indicator with the highest value is the da'wah indicator (0.75), followed by social (0.68) and environmental (0.66). The cultural (0.48) and the economic indicator (0.46) are in the bottom two. The beneficiaries feel they benefited from the program in terms of social trust, entrepreneurship knowledge, income, religious participation, and clean water. The variables in the economic indicator need attention from the amil institution when formulating strategies for similar programs.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: MSMEs are crucial for economic growth and job creation, but they face challenges like limited financial literacy, access to capital, and inadequate management systems. Despite resilience during crises, many struggle with financial management and growth. A multifaceted approach involving financial education, access to finance, and infrastructure is essential to fully harness their potential.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, access to Islamic financial institutions, management control systems, and technical support on the performance of MSMEs Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample selection for this research uses purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 115 respondents domiciled in the Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. This research is a quantitative study. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. Panel data tested using SPSS.Findings: The results show that Islamic financial literacy, management control systems, and technical support have a positive and significant effect on MSMEs' performance, while access to Islamic financial institutions does not affect MSMEs' performance.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: The collaboration potential between Indonesia's halal industry and the K pop entertainment industry offers a strategic opportunity to boost halal product exports. As K pop's popularity grows in Indonesia, this cultural trend could effectively promote Indonesian halal products globally scale. Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to test and analyze The effect of K-Pop popularity and consumer engagement toward  halal product export.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method with 375 respondents, including halal industry stakeholders, marketing experts, and K pop fans in Indonesia. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires measuring perceptions and interests regarding collaboration. The analysis, conducted using descriptive statistics and linear regression, reveals a significant positive correlation between K pop's popularity and consumer interest in halal products endorsed by K pop idols. Findings: Additionally, strategic collaboration with the K pop industry increases consumer purchase intentions for Indonesian halal products, contributing to export growth. These findings suggest that integrating K pop into halal product marketing strategies could effectively expand market reach and enhance the global competitiveness of Indonesia's halal industry.Paper Type: Research Article

Introduction to The Problem: It is known that MSMEs contribute 60.3 per cent to GDP and can absorb 97 per cent of the workforce in Indonesia, but there are still challenges, one of which is access to capital from financial institutionsPurpose/Objective Study: This study explores the potential and role of Islamic fintech in improving access to finance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through bibliometric analyzis.Design/Methodology/Approach:This research utilizes bibliometric analysis and keyword searches of “Islam”, “Fintech”, and “SMEs” to develop research results and provide implementation recommendations.Findings: Based on the keywords “Islamic”, “Fintech”, and “SME” obtained through indexed publication literature, the keywords “fintech”, “investment”, and “Islamic-compliant financing” are keywords that have the potential to be studied more deeply. The author recommends the utilisation of Islamic fintech as an alternative access to capital through Islamic Peer-to-peer lending (P2P) and Islamic Security Crowdfunding Finance schemes.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: The number of Islamic hospitals in Indonesia is quite large, but unfortunately, the number of hospitals that have Sharia status is still minimal. Klaten Islamic General Hospital is one of the Islamic hospitals certified as Sharia since 2019.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to determine the Implementation of Sharia principles in Klaten Islamic General based on DSN MUI Fatwa N0 107 of 2016.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used qualitative with a field study approach. This research collected data through in-depth interviews with health workers, employees, and Klaten Islamic General Hospital administrators. The analysis was carried out based on DSN MUI Fatwa No. 107 of 2016 concerning Sharia hospital guidelines to described the implementation of Sharia principles in Klaten Islamic General Hospital. The results showed that Klaten Islamic General Hospital has consistently applied Sharia principles in contracts, services, medicines, food and beverages, and fund management. Klaten Islamic General Hospital has generally implemented Sharia principles using four mandatory provisions to organize hospitals based on Sharia principles listed in DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 107/DSN-MUI/X/2016. In addition, Klaten Islamic General Hospital has several advantages over other Sharia hospitals, including food in halal-certified canteens and Sharia laundry.Findings: This study provides recommendations to the Klaten Islamic General Hospital to improve the services for patients. Furthermore, the community or patients choose a Sharia hospital that creates the balancing between hospitality and spiritual needs of patients.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Sharia banking has a very important role to build understanding of the benefits of sharia banking products and services because the development of sharia banking cannot be separated from the active role of sharia banking itself in conducting socialization and education to the public.Purpose/Objective Study: The research aims to analyze the significant influence between knowledge, education and religious of Perlanaan Huta IV Village on sharia banking products in the Kota Perdagangan.Design/Methodology/Approach: Research methods with quantitative methods described in multiple linear regression analysis models. Primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents as a sample from October 2020 to May 2021. Sampling design with simple random sampling technique. Using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents who became a sample was 100 people for further analysis.Findings: Research results: (1) The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0,050 which represents the value of the coefficient of determination. This means that 5% of the dependent variable variation is able to be explained by the independent variable in this model. The remaining 95% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; 2) Regression models on independent variable simultaneously do not influence the dependent variable; and (3) This research resulted in the output that the knowledge of the community of Perlanaan Huta IV Village has an influence and is significant on sharia banking product in the Kota Perdagangan. However, the education and religious of the community of Perlanaan Huta IV Village did not show an insignificant influence on sharia banking product in the Kota Perdagangan.Paper Type: Research Article.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: This study explores the role of sincerity in the BDI (Belief, Desire, Intention) model to promote green agriculture among rural communities in Kecamatan Palakka. The study addresses the need to understand how belief, desire, ikhlas (sincerity), and intention influence decisions to adopt green agricultural practices.Purpose/Objective Study: The main objectives are to identify the effects of belief, desire, ikhlas, and intention on adopting green agriculture and to examine the mediating role of intention in this relationship.Design/Methodology/Approach: An integrative approach combining quantitative methods and Islamic economics was employed. Data were collected via a questionnaire survey of 152 respondents with experience or potential in green agriculture and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Findings: The results indicate that belief, desire, and ikhlas significantly influence intention and the decision to adopt green agriculture. Intention serves as a strong mediator, with sincerity, belief, and desire enhancing the willingness and commitment to green farming practices.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Economic independence is an important aspect in achieving welfare and social stability in society. However, in the realities of modern life, many Muslim individuals and communities still face challenges in achieving economic independence. Unemployment, poverty, and dependence on external aid are still significant problems in many Muslim-majority countries. Based on data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics in February 2024, the open unemployment rate reached 4.82%.Purpose/Objective Study: This study aims to explore and analyze the role of Islamic values in building economic independence through entrepreneurship.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and incorporates literature study, as well as analysis of relevant data.Findings: The results show that the application of Islamic values not only enhances the reputation and credibility of entrepreneurs, but also promotes sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Moreover, these values assist entrepreneurs in overcoming business challenges with high integrity and ethics. The study concludes that the integration of Islamic values in entrepreneurship has great potential to build economic independence, strengthen local communities, reduce economic dependency, and achieve social welfare. Practical implications of the findings include the need for Islamic values-based entrepreneurship education and training in the modern economy as well as the development of sharia-compliant business models.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: The Millennial Muslim Generation is unique, daring to try something new and cryptocurrency. Data shows that the millennial generation is the generation that uses cryptocurrency the most.Purpose/Objective Study: This study aimed to determine the influence of the Indonesian Ulema Council Fatwa on cryptocurrency and the use of cryptocurrency by the millennial Muslim generation. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through online questionnaires of 100 respondents.Findings: The results of the study showed that the Indonesian Ulema Council Fatwa and Cryptocurrency simultaneously influenced the use of cryptocurrency by the Millennial Muslim Generation. So, it can be concluded that the substance of the Ulema Council Fatwa on Cryptocurrency is a consideration for the Millennial Muslim Generation in cryptocurrency transactions. Therefore, the substance of the Indonesian Ulema Council Fatwa does not prohibit and allow it ultimately, so the Millennial Muslim Generation needs to be careful in conducting cryptocurrency transactions that are by sharia.PapEr Type: Research Article
