Abstract

Salt is a complementary herb to make different types of cuisine to be delicious. Almost all types of food can not be separated from salt. Salt can be produced in a modern and traditional way in salt fields that lie on the lips of the beach. Gravy salt in Bali is indeed its existence began to decrease, because some areas are more developed as a tourist area. Growers of salt kusamba to this day still survive in developing the process of making salt bali.        Descriptive research conducted on salt farmers in Kusamba beach, Klungkung regency. Description is done based on data obtained from interviews of salt farmers in Kusamba Beach. The decrease of salt production at Kusamba beach of Klungkung Regency is caused by several factors such as long process of salt making and tradedional ways, community need for iodized salt, profession from salt farmer and natural condition factor.         The decline and the overturn of the profession of salt farmers is one of the problems that must be sought immediately solution because the loss of Balinese salt-making culture at Kusamba Beach certainly reduces the wealth of local culture owned by the island of Bali.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research was to find out the presence of the influence of project based learning model against the interest learn and learning results mathematics on students  grade VIII Smp Dharma Wiweka Denpasar in the academic year of  2017/2018.           The type of research that was used was quasi eksperiment and the design of the research used the non equivalen posttest only control grup design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of Dharma Wiweka Denpasar junior high school by 9 classes involving 2 class samples taken by using simple random sampling technique. The nstrument of the research that was used to gather the data was questionnaire of interest learn and learning results mathematics. the next data was analyzed using the MANOVA test  with SPSS 23.0 for Windows test with score of Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.            The results of the analysis showed that : (1) there were differences in linterest learn between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA, (2) there were differences in the learning result mathematics between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA, and (3) there is a simultaneous difference of learning interest and learning results mathematics between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA.So there are an effect from the learning model of Project Based Learning contain towards the student?s mathematics learning interest and result.

Abstract

Analysing Austronesia Purba language based on tradisional analysis becomes the attention of comparative linguistics, such as reconstruction and grouping as genetically the hereditary languages in south east islands. Austronesia language has the most vast area in the world, from Madagaskar to Easter island. Then it developed in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippins and Madagascar.         The observation on local languages in Indonesian needs to be done especially local language that developes in Alor island. Alores language is classified Austronesian language that is analysed from eighteen language exist in Alor island. Besides, Alores language is the biggest local language in Alor island from the classification of spreading area and the distance of speaker area.         The trace of Alores language is done through the approach of comparative historic linguistics from the list of 200 Swadesh vocabularies. The etimon determination uses the trace in dictionary of Proto Austronesia (PAN) that is constructed by Wurm and Wilson. Then, the etimon category is grouped in Alores language. The number of nomina etimon is 71, verba etimon is 70, verba adjectiva is 36, verba adverbial is 20, and pronominal is 3. The number of etimon that throw out from Proto Austronesian (PAN) is 43. It is showed that Alores language is hereditary from Proto Austronesian (PAN) that is developed and maintained in Alor island until now.

Abstract

In the world of education in the current era of globalization, there are many cases found in schools that are related to the problem of emotional disorders in students who are influenced by internal and external factors. So that it will have an adverse effect on the purpose of education itself. Where education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have a spiritual spiritual level, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and country.          The purpose of this study was to determine whether the emotive rational model counseling could overcome emotional disturbances in class IXA students of SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar academic year 2018/2019. The object of this study was students of class IXA SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar, with a total number of 48 people. Students who have problems are as many as 5 people consisting of 3 men and 2 women, problems faced around emotional disorders such as low self-esteem, unhappiness, anxiety, mental disorders, lack of self-control, sadness without reason and guilt.          Students who take counseling services on emotive rational models of effort to overcome students' emotional disturbances are given for two cycles allocated for one month. After being given counseling services to the rational emotive model to overcome the emotional disturbances of students, students showed a decrease in emotional disturbances, compared to emotional disorders before the action of counseling guidance services. Based on the analysis, and discussion, it can be concluded that the emotive rational counseling service can overcome the emotional disturbances of class IXA students of SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar, 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how high an increase in student learning achievement after applied Problem Based Learning learning models in geography learning. This research was carried out in the 7th Public High School in Denpasar in Class X IPS with the ability of students to study lithosphere dynamics and their impact on life is quite low. The data collection method is a learning achievement test. The data analysis method is descriptive both for qualitative data and for quantitative data.       The results obtained from this study are Problem Based Learning can improve student learning achievement. This is evident from the results obtained initially reaching an average value of 69.58 in the first cycle reaching an average value of 75.86 in the second cycle. The Problem Based Learning model can provide answers according to the purpose of this study. So the Problem Based Learning model is very effective applied in the learning process which results in active, enthusiastic and able students to understand the material being taught so that student learning achievement becomes increased

Abstract

This research is an experimental study to cultivate student learning outcomes of grade X SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu. Conditioning and user behavior are limited to those that can be used purely, can not be handled strictly. In this study, the control variables are Krumbotz counseling behavior, while the control class in this study is not given with the same as the experimental class. The sample of research, determined by random sampling technique is random sampling technique through drawing. Based on the First Hypothesis Testing the thitung value of -10.632 with df = (N-1) = (35-1) = 34 and 5% significance level then obtained the value of ttable of 2.032. Since it is larger than ttable, this proves that the first hypothesis in this study can be used and the behavior behavior of the Krumboltz counselor is effective for making decisions for grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu. Based on Second Hypothesis Testing The average tcount of 8,739 with df = (N1-1) + (N2-1) = (35-1) + (35-1) = 68 and 5% significance level hence the obtained ttable value of 2.011. Since it is larger than ttable, it proves that there are two factors in this study that can be used to determine the behavior of the Krumbolt behavior model (experimental group) with groups of students who are not Based on these results it will be done counseling behavior Krumboltz behavioral model to develop decisions that can be categorized well and can provide a very effective contribution

Abstract

The art of Hindu religious culture is a unification of the value of Hindu religious philosophy which is a union of Hinduism in Bali based on, the teachings of Hindu scriptures such as, Vedas, Purana, Itiasa even to the value of antiquity including about mithologi, tantri, animism , dynamism, polytheism, monotheism to the values ??of tradition, and modern become part of the idea of ??painting. It is a product of the cultivation of the human mind which is implemented through the works of painting including the painting of children.                The painting of children of Saraswati Tababanan Elementary School has a soul purity with a unique, simple naïf style, with irregular compositions, bright colors. The value of the art of culture that breathes Hindu religion as the basis of the idea of ??making the painting of elementary school children is the result of visualization learning from the sensory ability to the art culture product of religion which is seen absorbed from the environmental factors around them. This phase in religious view is called, Mitic-Literal Faith (Mithic-Literal Faith). This form of belief occurs aged 7-12 years. These logical operations begin to be concrete, and lead to a causal category. Children begin to distinguish between their own perspective and the perspective of others. This phase is also creatively the children begin to develop the imagination of his painting through techniques that have passed the phase of scribbling, the preschematic phase and the schematic phase, and begin to understand the more concrete form.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of pantun writing skills in class XI students by applying the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model, and to determine the responses of class XI students in pantun writing learning by applying the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model. The subjects of this class action research were students of class XI JB1 SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar in the 2015/2016 academic year which amounted to 43 students, consisting of 19 female students and 24 male students, the object of the research was the application of the Numbered Heads Together type cooperative learning model (NHT). The research method used is in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely 1) research design, 2) research settings, 3) subject and object of research, 4) research procedures, 5) data collection methods, 6) data processing methods, and 7) interesting conclusion.       It can be concluded that (1) There is an increase in rhyme writing skills in class XI students. The implementation of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model increased by 27.91% from 58.14% in the first cycle to 86.05% in the second cycle. (2) There is an increase in the response of students of class XI JB1 SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar in the 2015/2016 academic year on the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model in participating in pantun writing learning.

Abstract

In general, the community maintains the placenta after the mother gives birth to the baby in the front door of the house, Namu to the Pekraman Trunyan traditional village community after the mother gives birth to the baby, Ari-ari (Placenta) is hung on a wooden tree branch in one of the Tantanbuni places .         The theory used to dissect the problem The unique tradition of hanging Ari-ari (placenta) is the Sociological Theory of Herbert Spencer with the functional Structural Theory and the Principle Theory of Religion by Kuentjaraningrat. Data were collected by observation, interview and document documents.         Based on the results of the study revealed that, the background factors in the beliefs and beliefs of the people of Trunyan Village were received from their ancestors since the descent "Ida Ratu Puserin Jagat" to Earth, Not permitted to pollute the earth (Trunyan Village Land) with the intention of maintaining the sanctity of the earth or land of Trunyan Village. As for the process of maintaining the Arienta (Placenta) after the mother gives birth to one of the places of Tantanbuni, after the placenta is inserted into the coconut shell which is halved by filling the equipment inside and then closed and hung on a wooden tree branch in Tantanbuni. The meaning contained in announcing and begging for the face of "Sang Hyang Akasa" (God of Heaven) Receiving and approving at the same time giving protection and safety to the Baby.

Abstract

This study aimed at (1) finding out the difference in the level of emotional intelligence between the senior high school students who came from the extended family structure and those who came from the core family structure in Bandung regency. (2) finding out the difference in the level of emotional intelligence between the senior high school students in Badung regency who came from the extended family structure and those who came from the core family structure with both types of the families had an accepting attitude. (3) finding out the difference in the level of emotional intelligence between the senior high school students in Badung regency who came from the extended family structure and those who came from the core fsmily structure in which both types of family structure had a rejecting attitude. This study was conducted to the senior high school students in Badung regency and used an ex post facto research method with 2x2 factorial design which involved a sample of 395 students taken by a technique which combined probability and non-probability sampling or multi stage purposive random sampling. The independent variables in this study were family structure and child rearing  pattern. Each of the independent variables were divided into two,i.e., family structure  was split into extended family structure and core family structure, whereas child  rearing  pattern was split into child rearing pattern in which the parents had an accepting  attitude and child rearing pattern in which the parents had a rejecting attitude. The dependent variable was level of emotional intelligence. The study used questionnaires as the instruments to collect data, i.e., emotional intelligence questionnaire, family structure questionnaire and child rearing  pattern questionnaire. The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA with Scheffe test.          The result shows thet (1) there was a difference in the level of emotional intelligence when it was viewed from the extended family structure and when it was viewed from the core family structure, (2) the was a difference in the level of emotional intelligence between the studets whose parents had an accepting attitude and those whose had a rejecting attitude both in the extended and core family structure and (3) there was a difference in the level of emotional intelligence between the students whose parents had a rejecting attitude and those whose parents both in the extended and core family stuctures.          The conclusion thet can be made from this study is that an extended family structure can increase a student,s emotional intelligence. In order to get a maximum result the child rearing patterns has to be considered in a family structure.
