This research model is descriptive with a survey approach. This study shows that teachers who have a high understanding of writing best practice scientific papers are 64.3%. Meanwhile, 21.4% had a moderate understanding and the other 14.3% had a low understanding of writing best practice scientific papers. Based on the three percentages above, it shows that more teachers have an understanding of writing best practice scientific papers. Education is the key to developing a nation's civilization. The process of implementing education is one form of manifestation of human culture that is dynamic and full of development. Changes and developments in education are things that should happen in line with cultural changes. The thematic learning process is a tendency to return to the initial idea that children will learn better when the environment is created naturally. Learning will be more meaningful if children experience what they are learning, not knowing it. Thematic learning is learning that is designed based on certain themes. Likewise with integrated integration that integrates various subjects in one particular learning theme. This type of research is included in the type of Research and Development. The research and development methods can be used to produce and test the effectiveness of products from a particular study. To be able to produce certain products, research is used in the form of needs analysis and to test the effectiveness of the product so that it can function properly. The development of thematic textbooks for Class IV Elementary School was developed using a 4-D development model (four D Models), namely defining, planning, developing and disseminating. The study aims to find out the impact of the cooperative learning model of the jigsaw type and the learning style on the learning outcomes of social sciences in the fourth grade at 16th Bangku State Elementary School. This research has been discouraged because, in the present day, there are schools that use the method of lectures where learning is only centered on the teacher, making students look bored and sleepy so that the student's learning results are not optimal. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental design research, with the subject of the study being students of Class Four State Elementary Schools 16th. There are 26 people, consisting of 14 men and 12 women, who are divided into two groups: 13 people in the experimental group and 13 people in the control group. The Descriptive analysis results showed an average increase of 26.3% for the experimental class and 21% for the control class. Based on the test results of the hypothesis, the calculated value is greater than the value in the table with a significance value of 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, students' learning outcomes are significantly influenced by the cooperative learning model of the jigsaw.
