Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran teorema phytagoras menggunakan e-comic berbantuan pixton yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini di SMP Negeri 1 Rasau Jaya kelas VIII D semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 24 peserta didik dan objek penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran teorema phytagoras dengan menggunakan e-comic berbantuan pixton yang telah dikembangkan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Uji kelayakan dilihat dari angket penilaian ahli yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi serta tanggapan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kelayakan ahli media memperoleh persentase 77,5% (sangat layak), (2) kelayakan ahli materi memperoleh persentase 76,92% (sangat layak), (3) tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran. media teorema phytagoras menggunakan e-comic berbantuan pixton sangat layak dengan persentase 85,97%. Jadi media pembelajaran teorema phytagoras dengan menggunakan e-comic berbantuan pixton sangat layak dan efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Panasab glass is one type of glass that can absorb some of the heart's heat so that the temperature in the room is more comfortable. One of the national glass companies that produce hot glass monitors the silvering coating process. The silvering method is considered less effective because it is expensive. Therefore, in this paper, the process of controlling the quality of hot glass is carried out on the quality characteristics of the left and right CD edge distortion, which is the length of the roll marks on the right and left sides of the net glass that affect the presence or absence of distortion in the visual check results. The two quality characteristics correlate with each other. Therefore, quality control is carried out using a Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) control chart to monitor process variability and averages. MEWMA control chart statistics are affected by the weighting value . The quality characteristic data of panasab glass is divided into phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1 is used to obtain an in-control parameter estimate (IC) which is then used for monitoring phase 2. Quality monitoring in phase 1, the process has been statistically controlled after iterations have been carried out. By using =0.4. Meanwhile, phase 2, based on the MEWMA control chart, shows that the producton procrss of panasab glass production has not been controlled statistically. Based on process capability analysis, the results obtained that the level of precision and accuracy of the quality of panasab glass products is still low. So it can be concluded that the production process of panasav glass is not yet capable.

Abstract

Etnomatematika merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk menjelaskan realitas hubungan antara budaya dan matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kualitas E-LKPD berbasis etnomatematika pada materi trigonometri. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model Plomp yang meliputi tiga fase, yaitu fase penelitian awal, fase pembuatan prototipe, serta fase penilaian. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah validator, guru matematika, dan peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, angket respon, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil uji validasi menyatakan bahwa E-LKPD “sangat valid” dengan nilai validasi media adalah 80%, nilai validasi materi adalah 98%, dan nilai validasi budaya adalah 80%. Hasil uji kepraktisan menyatakan bahwa E-LKPD berada pada kategori “sangat praktis”. Hasil uji keefektifan menyatakan bahwa E-LKPD berada pada kategori “sangat efektif”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka E-LKPD berbasis etnomatematika pada materi trigonometri merupakan media pembelajaran yang layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low social arithmetic score of class VII students of MTs Negeri 1 North Lampung of 82.10% under the maximum completeness criterion of 70. So a solution to this problem is sought by analyzing student needs. The purpose of the study aims to analyze the needs of students on Android-based M-Learning media. The method used is descriptive exploratory. The research was conducted on March 21, 2022, with 33 class VII students at MTs Negeri 1 Kotabumi as subjects. The research subjects were randomly selected. The data in this study is in the form of an Android-based M-Learning media needs questionnaire. The findings of this study are that students think that social arithmetic is an important but difficult subject to understand. Difficulties in understanding social arithmetic are indicated due to the lack of available learning resources. Furthermore, regarding the learning strategies or techniques used by the teacher in the learning process, students want material. Discussion regarding the analysis of student needs requires learning resources for social arithmetic material in the form of media that can be visualized with moving animation. In addition, it can be packaged and accessed easily on each student's gadget. Android-based M-learning can accommodate all of that, where social arithmetic material is made in an attractive animated form with complete components in it. Components in the form of learning objectives, basic competencies, questions, and exercises. Android-based M-learning is in the form of an application that can then be installed and accessed free of charge by students. The conclusion is that it is necessary to develop Android-based M-Learning media at MTs Negeri 1 Kotabumi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis RPG (Role Play game). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Dharma Siswa Tangerang yang berjumlah 71 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan angket, lembar validasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan tes pilihan ganda 20 soal. Hasil validasi ahli media dan materi masing-masing memperoleh nilai rata-rata total sebesar 4,62 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Sedangkan hasil validasi ahli pendidikan diperoleh nilai rata-rata total sebesar 4,12 dengan kriteria “baik”. Sedangkan hasil kepraktisan pada uji coba terbatas diperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,22 dan 3,19 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Untuk hasil uji efektifitas diperoleh hasil 81% siswa pada kategori tuntas. Dari hasil penelitian maka media pembelajaran berbasis RPG valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kesalahan siswa kelas XI SMA dalam menyelesaikan soal matriks. Subjek penelitian 3 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan tingkat kemampuannya dan yang melakukan kesalahan paling banyak pada tes diagnostik kesalahan. Lembar tes kemampuan matematika, lembar tes diagnostik kesalahan, serta pedomana wawancara merupakan instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Tes diagnostik memuat tes yang berkaitan transpose, kesamaan dua matriks, perkalian dua buah matriks, prinsip atau sifat-sifat matriks (perkalian skalar, pengurangan, perkalian, determinan, invers matriks), serta operasi-operasi pada matriks. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) Subjek Tinggi melakukan kesalahan konsep perkalian matriks dan tidak melakukan kesalahan prinsip. Kesalahan operasi pada soal perkalian skalar, pengurangan, kesamaan matriks, perkalian matriks, determinan, dan invers matriks yang disebabkan kekurang telitian dalam melakukan perhitungan; (b) Subjek Sedang melakukan kesalahan konsep transpose, kesamaan dua matriks, serta perkalian matriks. Kesalahan prinsip terjadi terkait materi perkalian dan invers matriks. Kesalahan operasi pada soal transpose, perkalian skalar, pengurangan, perkalian, serta invers matriks; (c) Subjek Rendah melakukan kesalahan konsep transpose, kesamaan matriks, serta perkalian matriks. Kesalahan prinsip pada soal perkalian skalar, pengurangan, perkalian matriks, determinan, serta invers matriks. Kesalahan operasi terjadi pada semua soal. Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu yang dapat mempermudah dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Cabang ilmu matematika yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kehidupan salah satunya adalah teori graf. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian matematika terapan yang mengacu pada Algoritma, dimana algoritma yang dipakai adalah algoritma Welch-Powell. Dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan eksistensi teori graf dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan di dunia pendidikan, yaitu penjadwalan Ujian Akhir Semester dengan pewarnaan graf. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah penjadwalan UAS pada Program Studi Pendidikan matematika, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. Studi kasus ini diambil karena selama ini penjadwalan UAS masih sesuai jadwal perkuliahan. Pada implementasi algoritma Welch-Powell, jika simpul memiliki warna yang sama maka simpul dikatakan tidak bertetangga. Sehingga dapat di tempatkan dalam kelas yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pewarnaan Graf dengan Algoritma Welch-Powell menghasilkan enam warna dari 36 matakuliah. Hasil tersebut merepresentasikan sebaran UAS matakuliah yang dilaksanakan selama enam hari.

Abstract

This research is research and development (Research and Development) which aims to produce a product in the form of android-based digital literacy media "Lotika" in improving students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The development of this media refers to the Luther model. This model consists of 6 stages of development namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The instruments used to collect data in development research these are documentation, observation, assessment sheets, questionnaires and concept understanding tests. Documentation and observation is carried out to find out potential problems and initial analysis of product design. The assessment sheet is used to determine the feasibility of teaching material products that have been developed from the responses of experts. While the questionnaire is used to determine the practicality of the product that has been developed and has been validated by experts. While the concept understanding ability test is used to see whether there is an increase in conceptual understanding ability after using the media. The results of the analysis of the validator's assessment on the media aspect obtained an average score of 3.38 and on the media spec 3.44 so that these two aspects are in the very good category. For the results of user response data, an average score was obtained in the small group product trial of 3.75 and in the field test 3.48 so that the two trials were in the very good category. While the results of measuring the ability to understand concepts obtained an N-Gain of 0.31 which is in the medium category. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the products that have been developed and have been tested can be used in the learning process. The products developed are stated to be valid and practical to use and these products can improve students' ability to understand mathematical concepts in understanding mathematical logic material in the moderate category.

Abstract

The Role of Student Team Heroic Leadership Strategy: Mathematical Communication of Middle-School Students. Objectives: In this article, we focus on how to improve students’ mathematical communication in building effective group discussions using the student team's heroic leadership strategy. Methods: This type of research is Classroom Action Research, which was held in 2 cycles. The research subjects were 16 seventh-grade students (six boys and ten girls). Findings: The findings indicated that by implementing the Student Team Heroic Leadership learning strategy, students’ mathematical communication improved significantly. This finding is confirmed by the increase in the average score on students’ communication tests from 76% in cycle I to 96% in cycle II. The completeness criteria of the students’ mathematical communication exam results also progressed from the first to the second cycle. Other data indicate that students concealed information they did not comprehend during the learning process, making it harder for the teacher to assess their comprehension of the mathematical concepts provided. Conclusion: The study’s findings indicate that after using the Student Team Heroic Leadership learning strategy, students’ mathematics communication skills improved dramatically. As suggested, additional research should be able to examine ways to boost students’ self-confidence, particularly while displaying confusion when doing mathematical tasks provided by the teacher.

Abstract

The interaction between two populations that are prey and predator can be described in a prey-predator model. In fact, in the interaction of prey and predators it can occur that when the density of prey is low, the effect of predation is also low, but if the size of the prey population increases, predation will be more intense which is stated in the Holling III Type response function model. In addition, it can also be found in an environment where there are populations of sick predator that result in death from the disease. This study aims to analyze the stability of the prey-predator model with the Holling III Type response function which consists of three subpopulations namely prey, healthy predator and sick predator. The analysis was carried out using the linearization method and then the type of stability was determined based on the characteristic eigenvalues obtained using the Routh-Hurwitz criteria. From this research it was found that population extinction is not possible while prey exists, extinction of diseased predator and populations exist is still possible if the required conditions are satisfy. Numerical simulations show that an increased harvesting rate in healthy predator populations results in a decrease in healthy predator populations, an increase in prey populations and a decrease in diseased predator populations. Meanwhile, a reduced harvesting rate for sick predator populations does not have a significant effect on the number of diseased predator populations, but results in an increase in the number of healthy predator populations and a decrease in prey populations
