Abstract

Liquid tofu waste is one type of organic fertilizer as a waste product from the tofu industry that functions as a supplier of nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and also easily releases these nutrients for use by plants. NPK fertilizer has a fairly high nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content so that it can contribute macro nutrients that are very much needed. This research method uses a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 6 treatments consisting of 3 treatments of liquid tofu waste poc and 3 treatments of inorganic NPK fertilizer and 3 repetitions. The first treatment on liquid tofu waste poc is (P0) 0% which consists of 5000 ml of distilled water or, the second treatment is P1 45% (POC 2,250 ml + 2,750 ml of distilled water) and the third treatment is P2 55% (POC 2,750 ml + 2,250 ml of distilled water). The first NPK treatment was (N0) 0 g NPK fertilizer, the second treatment was N1 (1 g NPK fertilizer) and the second treatment was N2 (1.5 g NPK fertilizer). The results showed that the combination of liquid tofu waste POC and NPK fertilizer gave significant results in increasing the growth of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). The conclusion obtained from this study was the best treatment P2N2 (POC 45% + NPK 1.5 g).

Abstract

Increasing awareness of the importance of sustainable agriculture encourages the use of local resources, including organic tofu waste and ecoenzyme as alternative nutrient sources in the cultivation of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.) in a hydroponic system. Ecoenzyme is a result of fermentation of household organic waste, has the potential to increase the efficiency of nutrient absorption and plant growth. This research method uses a non-factorial randomized block design with 4 treatments and 5 repetitions. The first treatment as a control consisted of AB mix 10 ml/liter of water, the second treatment (450 ml POC/liter of water), the third treatment (1 ml ecoenzyme/liter of water) and the fourth treatment (45% POC and 1 ml ecoenzyme/liter of water). The duration of the study was 1 month since transplanting. The parameters measured included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant wet weight, root volume and chlorophyll content of red spinach. The results showed that the combination of tofu waste POC and ecoenzyme gave significant results in increasing the growth of red spinach compared to other treatments. The conclusion of this study is that the best treatment is the fourth treatment, namely 45% POC and 1 ml of ecoenzyme/liter of water).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the important role of fisheries instructors in implementing and optimizing the issuance of these cards in Sikka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that fisheries instructors have three main roles, namely: (1) socializing the program to fishermen, (2) assisting in the administration process of issuing Small E-Pas cards, (3) increasing the ability of fishermen to utilize karu to access government programs. However, challenges such as limited administrative literacy of fishermen and access to remote areas are still the main obstacles. This research concludes that the success of the program is highly dependent on the active role of fisheries instructors, with the need for additional support from local governments to overcome existing obstacles.

Abstract

Abstract Food safety is an important aspect in public health, especially in preventing foodborne diseases. This study aims to analyze pathogenis microbial contamination in several food samples such Dried Anchovy, Dried Shrimp dan Brownies. The test methods used include otal plate count (measuring the total number of microbes in the sample), Most Probable Number (MPN) to detect Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus test and Salmonella test. The results showed that all food samples tested were still within the safe limits set by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) so they were suitable for consumption. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of microbiological monitoring and testing in ensuring food safety to prevent health risks due to pathogenic microbial contamination. Abstrak Kemanan pangan merupakan aspek penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat terutama dalam mencegah penyakit akibat pangan (Foodborne Diseases). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cemaran mikroba patogen pada beberapa sampel pangan seperti Dried Anchovy, Dried Shrimp dan Brownies. Metode pengujian yang digunakan meliputi angka lempeng total (mengukur jumlah keseluruhan mikroba dalam sampel), Most Probable Number (MPN) untuk mendeteksi Escherichia coli, uji Staphylococcus aureus dan uji Salmonella. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa seluruh sampel pangan yang diuji masih berada dalam batas aman yang ditetapna oleh Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan dan pengujian mikrobiologis dalam memastikan keamanan pangan untuk mencegah risiko kesehatan akibat kontaminasi mikroba patogen.

Abstract

Water apple contains high levels of nutrition and vitamin C for the body. This provides great potential for water apple because the demand for production increases every year. The decline in water apple production in North Sumatra is caused by poor seed types. Vegetative propagation by cuttings, cutting methods and administration of auxin PGR are expected to produce quality seeds. This study aims to determine the effect of cutting methods, administration of auxin PGR, and the interaction of cutting methods and auxin PGR on the growth of water apple shoot cuttings (Syzygium aqueum L.) on oasis media. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA test and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the best cutting method treatment was flat cutting on the percentage of cutting survival and net assimilation rate. The best administration of auxin PGR was a concentration of 100 ppm on the percentage of cutting survival, early emergence of shoots, number of shoots, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate and a concentration of 200 ppm on root length and number of roots.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an applicative-integrative E-Module (Electronic Module) based on differentiated learning as a form of support for the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Senior High Schools. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting the 4D development model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. This model consists of four main stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Thus, it can be concluded that the RPP for the Virus material is included in the "valid" category and is ready to be implemented. Based on the practicality criteria that have been set, it can be concluded that the Biology E-Module for Virus Material from the aspect of teacher response is called "Practical". The percentage of students with a minimum level of competency mastery in the competent category is 92%. So according to the success criteria, namely a minimum of 90% of students in the minimally competent category, the mastery of student competencies has met the classical standards.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low understanding of students of abstract and complex material, as well as the lack of interesting learning media. This study aims to improve the understanding of grade V students on the material of the human circulatory system through the application of the Learner Worksheet (LKPD). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were 16 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests in the form of pretests and postests. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students‘ understanding after the application of LKPD, which was shown through the comparison of the scores of students’ pretest and posttest.The use of LKPD is shown through the comparison of pretest and posttest scores. The use of LKPD helps students learn actively and independently, and increases learning engagement and motivation. Thus, the application of LKPD is proven effective in improving students' understanding of human circulatory system material. Keywords: LKPD, Blood Circulation Human Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang bersifat abstrak dan kompleks, serta minimnya media pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas V terhadap materi sistem peredaran darah manusia melalui penerapan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dokumentasi, serta test berupa pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah penerapan penggunaan LKPD yang ditunjukkan melalui perbandingan nilai pretest dan postest. Penggunaan LKPD membantu siswa belajar secara aktif dan mandiri, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan LKPD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Kata Kunci: LKPD; Peredaran Darah Manusia

Abstract

This research aims to make charcoal briquettes from corn cob organic waste, determine the right type of adhesive to make corn cob charcoal briquettes to produce good quality briquettes, determine the right percentage of adhesive to produce corn cob briquettes to produce good quality briquettes. good and know the characteristics of the best corncob charcoal briquettes which include water content, volatile matter content, ash content, bound carbon content and calorific value. The sample used was corn cob waste obtained from a corn farmer in Botuwombato Village, North Gorontalo Regency. This research uses experimental methods in the laboratory with several stages, namely: material preparation, carbonization, crushing and sieving charcoal, mixing charcoal with adhesive and water, briquetting, drying briquettes, and analyzing the quality of briquettes. From the research results, it was found that alternative energy sources, namely charcoal briquettes, can be made from biomass waste from agricultural waste of corn cobs and candlenut shells. The moisture content of candlenut shell charcoal briquettes is around 14.15% and the moisture content of corn cob charcoal briquettes is around 10.29%. , The test results of the calorific value of candlenut shell charcoal briquettes are around 4173 cal/gr and the calorific value of corn cob briquettes is around 7630 cal/gr.

Abstract

This study aims to descript the application of the inkuri learning model with the help of leaflet media in improving the learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri Satap Waitama. This type of research is an action research of Kemis & Taggar design classes with a descriptive quantitative approach. With the subject of the research, namely class VIII students totaling 30 students. The techniques and instruments for data collection are through tests and psychomotor assessment rubrics. results of the cognitive realm before using the use of the inquiry learning model in the pre-cycle pre-test of students who completed 23.33%, then in the post test of students who completed 50% and then in the first cycle of the pre-test of students who completed 33.33% and in the post test of 90% of students who completed then in the second cycle of students who completed 66.66% Then there was an increase in the post test to 100% of students who completed it. It can be concluded that the inquiry learning model assisted by leaflet media can improve learning outcomes. students who completed it. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model assisted by Question Box Media complete with Word Square LKS on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lewa. This type of research is experimental research. Consisting of 2 classes, namely the control class and the experimental class. The research stages are preparation, implementation and completion. The sample in this study was 25 students from Class VIII A who served as the control class and 26 students from Class VIII B as the experimental class. . It can be concluded that the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model assisted by Question Box Media complete with Word Square LKS has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of class VIII B students, which is an experimental class at SMP Negeri 2 Lewa.
