Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between cafeteria lifestyle and preventive predictors of diabetes mellitus in adolescents in the city of Lhokseumawe. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional survey method approach. The research results show a relationship between the cafeteria lifestyle and preventive predictors of diabetes mellitus in adolescents (p-value 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Apply Dots M-Health in improving medication taking and quality of life. Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients. This research method is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design method. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (ρ value < α (0.05)). In conclusion, there is an influence of DOTS M-Health on increasing medication taking and the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Abstract

This research aims to determine psycho-religious therapy by reading and listening to the Koran for hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. The method used is a literature study using PubMed, CINAHL, and Google Scholar with inclusion criteria for quantitative research articles focusing on Al-Qur'an therapy, publications in 2018-2022, and full text available in Indonesian and English. The results of the study showed that there were seven articles analyzed that showed their effectiveness in reducing hallucinations in schizophrenic patients using Al-Quran therapy by reading, listening, and SQEFT activities. This therapy is applied to conditions of stress, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. The implementation procedure is to read Surah Al-Fatihah and listen to Surah Al-Baqarah for 30 minutes. In conclusion, Al-Qur'an therapy has proven to be effective in reducing hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. Keywords: Al-Qur'an, Hallucinations, Schizophrenia, Psychoreligious Therapy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of cabin fever during the hybrid learning period in undergraduate students at the Faculty of Nursing, Padjadjaran University. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is the 2019 and 2020 Faculty of Nursing Undergraduate Program Students with a total sample of 262 students. Sampling using total sampling technique. The results showed that the average score of cabin fever in nursing students at Padjadjaran University was (15 ± 12.44), which means that the level of cabin fever during the hybrid learning period was less than the average score of 15 and it can be concluded that cabin fever among nursing students at Padjadjaran University during the hybrid learning period fall into the low category. Abstract

Nutrition education for primary school teachers is currently one of the government's focuses in the School Child Nutrition Programme in fulfilling the nutritional needs of children. This is considering the many cases of stunting or malnutrition in children which will have an impact on the health and intelligence of children later, if this continues continuously it will produce unqualified human resources, therefore it is necessary to increase the role of every aspect that is directly related to children including the role of teachers. To see the difference in knowledge pre and post nutrition education intervention in elementary school teachers. The study used a Mix Methods approach using Saquential Explatory Design through qualitative and quantitative analysis, in this study qualitative data collection was carried out with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) consisting of 12 informants, quantitative data samples used as many as 30 teachers to measure knowledge variables and tested using t-test to get pre and post intervention differences. There is a pre and post difference in the knowledge variable in the good category before the intervention with a value of 0 and after the intervention to 86.6% with a mean of 17.38 and as well as in the knowledge with the category less which before the intervention 100% to 13.4% with a mean value of 22.08%. And attitudes have an average value before 19.54% and after the intervention increased by 25.43%.There is a significant difference between pre and post intervention knowledge and attitudes in elementary school teachers related to nutrition education. Abstract

This study aims to identify decreased blood pressure and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients post general anesthesia and sub-arachnoid block (SAB) anesthesia. The research method used is descriptive statistics. The study showed a relationship between hypotension and the incidence of PONV in patients receiving general anesthesia, as indicated by the results of the contingency coefficient test, which had a significant value of 0.018. The study's results also showed a relationship between hypotension and the incidence of PONV in patients receiving SAB anesthesia, as indicated by the results of the contingency coefficient test, which had a significant value of 0.027. In conclusion, there is a relationship between a decrease in blood pressure and the incidence of PONV in patients who received general anesthesia and SAB anesthesia at Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of implementing nurses and patients' perceptions of the implementation of patient centered care. It is hoped that through this research there will be a serious evaluation of the implementation of patient centered care at Masohi Hospital, Central Maluku. The method used is a quantitative method. The type of research that will be used is a survey carried out using a descriptive analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the patient's perspective on the quality of service (patient satisfaction), there is an influence of the nurse's perspective on the quality of service (patient satisfaction) and together there is an influence of the perspective of patients and nurses on the quality of service through patient satisfaction. In conclusion, this research shows that a high proportion of patients and nurses who have a good perspective can increase supervision of service quality, reduce errors, and jointly improve service quality through the level of patient satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze nurses' knowledge about supervision and their ability to carry out documentation of nursing care at Murni Teguh Hospital, Medan. This type of research uses a cross sectional approach design. With this type of observational research, quantitative approach. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and patient care documents from medical records. The research results showed that there was a relationship between nurses' knowledge about supervision and nurses' ability to carry out nursing care documentation, with a value of p = 0.004. In conclusion, nurses' knowledge about supervision at Murni Teguh Hospital in Medan is still lacking, so based on the results of statistical tests it was found that there was a relationship between knowledge about documentation and the ability to carry out documentation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mutual Al-Qur'an therapy on pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients. This research method is Quasi experiment pre-post non-equivalent with a control group. The sample of this study were long bone ORIF postoperative patients totaling 37 in the control group and 37 in the experimental group. Data collection was carried out twice pre and post murottal intervention with the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) instrument. Data analysis used Mann-Whitney statistical test analysis. The results showed that the p-value was 0.000 (α <0.05) which indicated that Ha was accepted or murottal Al-Qur'an therapy was effective in reducing pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients at dr. Fauziah Bireuen. In conclusion, Al-Qur'an murotal therapy can be applied as an intervention in providing nursing care to post-ORIF patients to reduce pain levels. Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of health education through the Wheel of Self-Efficacy (ROPEDI) and videos on increasing the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients. The method employed is Quasi-Experimental with a pre and post-test design involving a control group. The research results indicate a p-value of 0.02, demonstrating a significant change in self-efficacy values across all three groups. Further analysis tests (post hoc) showed that there was a change in the average value in the Rotating Wheel of Self-Efficacy (ROPEDI) group (26.08), the educational video group (25.67) and the control group (20.17). In conclusion, there is an influence of the Wheel of Self-Efficacy (ROPEDI) media and videos on increasing the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients.
