Abstract

This research aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of third-trimester pregnant women towards postpartum IUDs through the application of I-VLAM. The research method used was an actual experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research results show that applying I-VLAM to pregnant women in the third trimester significantly influences increasing knowledge (value = 0.0001) and attitudes (value = 0.0001) toward postpartum IUDs. In conclusion, the application of I-VLAM to pregnant women in the third trimester has been proven to increase knowledge and attitudes towards postpartum IUDs.This research aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of third-trimester pregnant women towards postpartum IUDs through the application of I-VLAM. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of environmental sanitation and its impact on children's health and growth. The Systematic Review with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) was used as a guideline. The results of this study are: (1) Environmental sanitation in terms of the use of clean water has a correlation with stunting; (2) Environment sanitation from the aspect of waste management has a correlation with stunting; and (3) Environment sanitation from the aspect of toilet facilities has a correlation with stunting. Poor sanitation will increase the incidence of infectious diseases which have an impact on energy intake in the body, so that nutrients are difficult to absorb by the body so that growth is stunted or disrupted which is called stunting. Abstract

This study aims to determine which nebulization therapy is effective for improving respiratory status and reducing the length of stay in children with bronchiolitis. The research method used was a literature search using six databases: PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Sage Journals, and Embase. The results of the study showed that the average age of the children who were respondents was 0-24 months. Eight articles showed that all therapy options could improve the child's respiratory status, but not all significantly reduced the length of stay. In conclusion, nebulization therapy that can be used in pediatric patients with bronchiolitis to improve the child's respiratory status includes hypertonic saline (HS), normal saline (NS), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), interferon α1b (IFN α1b) In, In and In racemic epinephrine (RE). , while nebulized therapy that can reduce the length of stay is racemic epinephrine (RE) and hypertonic saline (HS).This study aims to determine which nebulization therapy is effective for improving respiratory status and reducing the length of stay in children with bronchiolitis. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of purine diets and uric acid levels in adults in Ranging Hamlet, North Satarmese District. The method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The research results showed that the majority of respondents' age distribution was 20-49 years, namely 48.8%, female gender was 56.1%, BMI status was normal 78.0% and knowledge about the purine diet was in the poor category 56.9%, negative behavior regarding the purine diet, it was 58.5% and most of the respondents' uric acid levels were in the high category, namely 56.9%. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior about the purine diet and uric acid levels in adults in Ranging Hamlet, North Satarmese District (p=0.000). The better the level of public knowledge and behavior regarding the purine diet, the more it can prevent an increase in uric acid levels in the body. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and adolescents' attitudes towards sexual violence. The research method uses a correlational approach, with a sample size of 98 adolescents selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results show that 40.8% of students have poor knowledge, 37.8% have good knowledge, and 21.4% have adequate knowledge. In terms of attitudes towards sexual violence, 57.1% of adolescents have a positive attitude, while 42.9% have a negative attitude. The Pearson correlation test results showed a p-value of 0.147. The conclusion is that there is no relationship between knowledge and adolescents' attitudes towards sexual violence, but efforts to improve attitudes and personal boundaries among students are necessary, as nearly half have a negative attitude. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of nebulizer disinfection contaminated with Klebsiella pneumoniae using one of the materials widely used in hospitals, chlorhexidine. The research method used in vitro experiments. K. pneumoniae was isolated from hospital samples and then multiplied for 24 hours. The nebulizer jet was then intentionally contaminated with K. pneumoniae and disinfected using chlorhexidine solution at various concentrations. The effectiveness of the disinfection process was then assessed using culture and calculated based on the number of colonies formed after the disinfection process. The results showed that chlorhexidine was effective in significantly reducing the number of K. pneumoniae colonies, especially at a concentration of 2.5%. The use of chlorhexidine as a routine disinfectant in pneumatic nebulizers could be an effective strategy in the prevention of VAP, thus improving safety in critically ill patients. This study supports the use of chlorhexidine as part of a disinfection protocol to reduce the incidence of VAP caused by K. pneumoniae. In conclusion, chlorhexidine is effective in reducing the number of K. pneumoniae colonies so that it can be a disinfectant to prevent Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP). Keywords : Disinfectant, Jet Nebulizer, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia
