Abstract

This study aimed to design and implement an integrated Semester Learning Plan (RPS) information system to support course content alignment monitoring and digital signature automation in higher education. The research employed a system development–oriented methodology consisting of needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment. The resulting web-based system integrated RPS document management, structured monitoring of instructional alignment, and secure digital signature workflows within a single platform. Functional testing and initial system utilization demonstrated that the system successfully standardized RPS formats, improved the effectiveness of learning implementation monitoring, and significantly reduced approval time through automated digital validation. Role-based access control ensured data security and workflow integrity, while audit logs enhanced traceability and accountability of academic documents. User feedback indicated positive acceptance, improved usability, and better coordination among lecturers, administrators, and quality assurance officers. Overall, the implementation of the integrated RPS information system contributed to increased transparency, efficiency, and accountability in academic planning and governance. The system also supported institutional digital transformation efforts by promoting paperless administration and sustainable academic quality assurance practices.

Abstract

LinkedIn menjadi salah satu platform utama dalam publikasi lowongan kerja, namun banyak lowongan bidang Teknologi Informasi (IT) memiliki ketidaksesuaian antara judul jabatan dan isi deskripsi pekerjaan sehingga menyulitkan pencari kerja dalam memahami kebutuhan kompetensi secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan bidang pekerjaan IT pada LinkedIn serta memvalidasi konsistensi label jabatan berdasarkan kesamaan deskripsi pekerjaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses web scraping menggunakan Selenium dengan total 417 data pada lima kategori, yaitu Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer, dan UI/UX Designer. Tahapan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui preprocessing teks meliputi case lipat, tokenizing, stopword removal, dan stemming. Selanjutnya, fitur teks dibentuk menggunakan pembobotan TF-IDF dan tingkat kemiripan antar dokumen dihitung menggunakan metode cosine kesamaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dari 417 data lowongan, sebanyak 393 data (94,24%) teridentifikasi valid karena label judul jabatan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaan yang paling mirip, sedangkan 24 data (5,76%) terindikasi tidak valid. Setelah validasi, kategori dengan jumlah lowongan terbanyak adalah Cloud Engineer sebesar 155 data (39,44%), diikuti Data Analyst sebesar 107 data (27,23%), UI/UX Designer sebesar 57 data (14,50%), Frontend Developer sebesar 54 data (13,74%), dan Backend Developer sebesar 20 data (5,09%). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa pendekatan berbasis kesamaan teks untuk membantu validasi klasifikasi TI lowongan sehingga informasi kebutuhan kompetensi pada lowongan kerja dapat lebih konsisten dan mudah dianalisis.

Abstract

Tourism in Samosir Regency has significant potential as a key sector in North Sumatra Province; however, there is an imbalance in the number of visitors across various tourist sites. This study aims to develop a decision support system for identifying and prioritizing tourist destinations based on accessibility and traveler preferences by integrating Geographic Information System (GIS) and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach. The system utilizes both spatial and non-spatial data to map tourist locations and determine priorities based on relevant criteria such as accessibility, distance, cost, attractiveness, and safety. The results show that Bukit Sibea-Bea emerges as the leading tourist destination with the highest priority weight (12.45%), followed by Godang Beach and Paromasan. The web-based system provides not only accurate geographical information but also recommends the best tourist destinations based on traveler preferences, making it a useful tool for more targeted and equitable tourism planning and development in Samosir Regency.

Abstract

Urban circulation and parking systems are essential elements shaping city structure and influencing the sustainability of urban infrastructure. This study aims to analyze circulation patterns and parking distribution in Marisa City using a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) approach to support sustainable infrastructure planning. A quantitative spatial analysis was applied through network analysis, buffer analysis, and overlay analysis to evaluate road connectivity, accessibility, parking service coverage, and the interaction between traffic intensity and parking locations. The results indicate that circulation in Marisa City is dominated by collector and local roads with moderate connectivity, leading to traffic concentration in commercial areas. Parking analysis reveals a heavy reliance on on-street parking, resulting in reduced road capacity and circulation inefficiencies. Spatial mismatch between parking demand and supply is evident, particularly in commercial zones. The findings highlight that poorly integrated circulation and parking systems negatively affect accessibility, land use efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of GIS-based planning as a decision-support tool for optimizing circulation and parking management to promote sustainable urban infrastructure development in Marisa City.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pembayaran di Indonesia, salah satunya melalui adopsi QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Kemudahan, efisiensi, dan keamanan menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna (User Experience) terhadap fitur pembayaran QRIS dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), yang mencakup enam skala penilaian: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden pengguna QRIS. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan alat bantu UEQ Data Analysis Tool serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur pembayaran QRIS mendapatkan penilaian positif secara keseluruhan pada seluruh skala UEQ, dengan skor tertinggi pada aspek Attractiveness dan Efficiency. Uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara aspek Pragmatic dan Hedonic Quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembang aplikasi pembayaran digital dan regulator untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan QRIS di masa depan

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin kompleks, kebutuhan akan koneksi jarak jauh yang aman menjadi prioritas utama dalam pengelolaan sistem. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi dan evaluasi autentikasi Secure Shell (SSH) menggunakan algoritma Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) pada sistem operasi Debian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus eksperimental dalam lingkungan jaringan lokal yang dikendalikan oleh router MikroTik, dengan pengujian pada sisi server dan client, serta simulasi ancaman keamanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan autentikasi berbasis kunci publik ECDSA berhasil mengeliminasi kebutuhan password, mencegah serangan brute force, dan menjaga integritas koneksi melalui enkripsi yang kuat. Audit konfigurasi menunjukkan bahwa server menggunakan kurva NIST P-521, yang meskipun aman secara teknis, masih menimbulkan diskusi terkait transparansi kriptografi. Simulasi sniffing membuktikan bahwa komunikasi melalui SSH terenkripsi secara menyeluruh, tanpa kebocoran data sensitif. Dengan demikian, autentikasi SSH berbasis ECDSA terbukti sebagai pendekatan yang efektif dan layak diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keamanan koneksi jarak jauh, dengan catatan evaluasi algoritma secara berkala tetap diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan keamanan yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

This review synthesizes research on "Theoretical comparison of Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine for sentiment classification of product reviews" to address inconsistencies in algorithm performance and applicability across diverse datasets. The review aimed to evaluate theoretical foundations and practical implementations of both algorithms, benchmark classification metrics, analyze factors influencing performance, assess handling of neutral sentiments, and examine ensemble model efficacy. A systematic analysis of studies from Southeast Asia and related regions was conducted, focusing on supervised learning approaches with varied preprocessing and evaluation metrics. Findings indicate that Support Vector Machine generally achieves higher accuracy, precision, and recall across balanced and large datasets, while Naïve Bayes offers superior computational efficiency and recall in specific contexts. Preprocessing techniques and dataset characteristics significantly affect both algorithms’ robustness, with Support Vector Machine demonstrating greater adaptability to data variability and neutral sentiment classification. Hybrid and ensemble models combining Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine consistently improve classification accuracy and robustness but incur higher computational costs and remain underexplored. These results underscore the necessity of context-specific algorithm selection and optimization in sentiment analysis. The review highlights theoretical and practical implications for deploying machine learning classifiers in product review sentiment tasks, emphasizing the balance between accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within resource and data constraints.

Abstract

Round-trip time (RTT) is a key latency indicator for quality-of-service (QoS) control and task orchestration in cloud–edge systems. However, RTT is highly time-varying due to congestion dynamics, routing changes, and fluctuating traffic conditions, motivating short-term prediction to enable proactive decision making. This paper investigates a hybrid neuro-fuzzy baseline for RTT prediction implemented using an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) with subtractive-clustering-based initialization to avoid rule explosion in high-dimensional inputs. A controlled dataset was generated in Mininet using a dumbbell topology with injected delays (1–1000 ms). In total, 100,000 raw RTT records were collected (100 RTT measurements per run across 1000 runs) and aggregated into 1000 supervised samples paired with TCP-state features. Experiments followed a unified and reproducible protocol with a fixed 60/10/30 train/validation/test split, train-only feature standardization, train-only target normalization with inverse transformation for reporting, and validation-based checkpoint selection. The ANFIS baseline (radius ????=0.5r=0.5, 19 rules) achieved RMSE/ MAE/ MAPE/ ????2 of 1191.63/ 751.02/ 0.001921/ 0.999996 on validation and 1207.23/ 664.70/ 0.001311/ 0.999996 on testing. Training required 546.91 s, while inference remained lightweight (0.0846 s for 100 validation samples and 0.1493 s for 300 test samples). Diagnostic analyses using learning curves, parity plots, residual inspection, and empirical error distributions further supported the strong agreement between predicted and observed RTT values. These results indicate that ANFIS with subtractive clustering can deliver accurate and low-latency RTT prediction suitable for QoS-aware orchestration pipelines where training can be performed offline.
