Abstract

This research aims to test whether service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand image affect customer loyalty to Shopee users in the DIY area. This research took samples from several e-commerce users who were in the DIY area. The method of determining the sample is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed using a google form. The number of questionnaires processed was 100 questionnaires obtained from the Hair formula, namely the indicator multiplied by 5. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and this processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. But partially, Service Quality has no effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Loyalty, and Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control on consumptive behavior among millennials in Karangtalun Kidul Village, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency with a total of 93 respondents. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire instrument and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that young people in Karangtalun Kidul Village, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency must consider their financial situation starting from aspects of financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control in order to avoid consumptive behavior. Based on the results of the research test, it was found that 1) financial literacy has a positive and insignificant effect on consumptive behavior among the Millennial Generation in Karangtalun Kidul Village, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency. 2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior among the Millennial Generation in Karangtalun Kidul Village, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency. 3) Self-control has a negative and insignificant effect on consumptive behavior among Millennials in Karangtalun Kidul Village, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fundamental variables (Ratio On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio) and technical factors (Past Stock Price and Trading Volume) partially and simultaneously on stock prices by using panel data analysis. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method, resulting in 8 manufacturing companies registered on LQ45 in 2017-2021 as samples. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Sales Volume partially have no effect on stock prices; 2) Past Share Prices partially have a significant positive effect on stock prices; 3) Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Past Stock Prices, and Trading Volume simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the R2 determination coefficient test show that the variability of the dependent variable (stock price) can be explained by the independent variables (Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Past Stock Prices, and Trading Volume) of 88%, so that the remaining 12% the dependent variable is explained by other factors that the researchers did not input into the study. Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan bagian utama dari kehidupan manusia. Mereka dirancang sebagai makhluk sosial, itu bisa tidak hidup tanpa orang lain. Keterampilan komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan agar pekerjaan berjalan lancar dan tujuan dapat tercapai. Ada juga efek komunikasi pada karyawan kinerja yang menarik untuk diketahui. Komunikasi dalam perusahaan dapat diibaratkan seperti makanan bagi tubuh, yang merupakan hal terpenting dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Dibutuhkan karyawan keterampilan berkomunikasi agar dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang telah disepakati. Sebagai tambahan, komunikasi juga dapat menghilangkan asumsi yang salah antar karyawan, sehingga oleh menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif karena hal tersebut penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh jawaban terkait kinerja karyawan sehingga menjadi pembahasan harus kualitatif atau menggunakan analisis kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi memiliki kedekatan hubungannya dengan kinerja karyawan. Adanya komunikasi yang baik akan sangat besar mempengaruhi kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan. Karena pada dasarnya komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan yang ada sehingga dengan komunikasi yang baik dapat memacu karyawan untuk bisa meningkatkan kinerja dan moral masing-masing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the fanaticism of fans and Instagram social media on purchasing decisions at the Persebaya store with buying interest as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research. This research is located in Surabaya involving 100 Persebaya store consumers. The data collection technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. While the model analysis technique and hypothesis testing used by researchers is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that (1) fanaticism of supporters has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest (2) Instagram social media has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest (3) fanaticism of supporters has no significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (4) Media social Instagram has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (5) Purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (6) Purchase intention as mediation (intervening) has an effect on variable fanaticism of supporters and purchase decisions (7) Purchase intention as mediation (intervening) has an effect on Instagram social media variables and purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on the performance of Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. This research is a quantitative type research. The population in this study were Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. The sample in this study were all employees of the Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul using a saturated sampling technique so that the total sample was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation, work environment, and compensation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is 1) to find out what factors should be focused on and improved by PT.Indosat. 2) to find out the relationship between the variables studied, especially in the variable perceived quality of purchase intention which is proven to have inconsistent results in previous research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS version 22. In this study using a quality test data, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and sobel test. The results showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction of Indosat users in Indonesia, (2) there was a positive and significant effect of perceived quality on customer satisfaction of Indosat users in Indonesia, (3) there was a positive and significant effect on value perceived quality on customer loyalty of Indosat users in Indonesia, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty of Indosat users in Indonesia, (5) there is a positive and significant effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Indosat users in Indonesia, (6) there is positive and significant effect of perceived value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Indosat users in Indonesia, (7) there is a positive and significant effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Indosat users in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of productivity of employees of PT Graha Nusa Pratama; analyze the influence of age, work experience, and wage suitability variables on employee productivity of PT Graha Nusa Pratama; and determine between age, work experience, and wage suitability variables, which variable has the greatest effect on worker productivity. The object of this research is to analyze the factors that affect employee productivity at PT Graha Nusa Pratama, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted at PT Graha Nusa Pratama. The research was conducted on 20 employees. Data collection is carried out according to working hours starting at 08.00 WIB until 16.00 WIB. Statistical analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. Calculation of employee work productivity using the work sampling method. The results showed that the magnitude of the productivity level was obtained from the results of data collection about the level of LUR (labor utilitation rate) of each worker for 1 day. From the results of data processing about the productivity level (LUR) of each employee at PT. Graha Nusa Pratama, it can be seen that the average productivity level of LUR is> 50%. This shows that the level of work productivity is productive and satisfactory. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that age has no significant effect on the age variable on the productivity of PT Graha Nusa Pratama workers, while work experience and wage suitability have a significant effect on the worker productivity variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, burnout, and work conflict partially on the work stress of employees. The population in this study were employees of PT DM Baru Retailindo, precisely at the DM Baru 6 Bantul branch. Data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS software application version 25.0. Based on the results of research tests found, namely: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (2) Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (3) Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (4) Workload, Burnout, and Work Conflict have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. Keywords: Workload, Burnout, Work Conflict, Employee Work Stress.

Abstract

This study aims is finding out the competency and career development affect the Performance of Employees at PT. MUFIDA FAJAR UTAMA, with a total of 50 employees. Researcher use a sampling technique using the Slovin technique which is based on the calculation of the sample who became respondents, a whole employees of PT. MUFIDA FAJAR UTAMA as many as 50 people. The method for collecting the data is using questionnaire. Regression with a significant level of 0.05 is used for technique analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) Competency development has a positive effect on the performance of PT. MUFIDA FAJAR UTAMA significantly. (2) Career development has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MUFIDA FAJAR UTAMA significantly. (3) Competency and career development have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MUFIDA FAJAR UTAMA significantly. Keywords: competency, career, employee performance
