Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of location and promotion through Instagram social media on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously using quantitative analysis methods with a verification descriptive research type. Determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS27 software. The results showed 1) Location for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained very good criteria 2) Promotion through Instagram social media for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained very good criteria 3) Purchase decisions for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained good criteria 4) Location partially had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee 5) Promotion through Instagram social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee 6) Location and promotion through Instagram social media simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee with a value of 27.1%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effect of price, service quality, and trust on Maxim online transportation customer satisfaction in Jabodetabek. The method used in this research was a quantitative method using multiple regression analysis to measure the effect of one variable on another, and obtained a total of 150 respondents. This research uses two variables, namely the independent variable with the indicator variables Price, Service Quality and Trust. As well as the dependent variable, namely the Customer Satisfaction variable. Based on the results of a simple correlation analysis, a correlation of 0.489 was obtained, which means there is a positive influence between the variables because the R value is positive. Then based on the results of the overall index of Price, Service Quality and Trust, customer satisfaction was 48.9%, which shows a very strong relationship. Looking at the background of this research, Maxim customers are dissatisfied with several service indicators provided, therefore the practical implication of the results of this research that can be carried out by online transportation service providers Maxim is the need to provide service quality that is comparable to several things, such as Maxim drivers responding and implementing suggestions for complaints given by customers, maintaining customer trust so that customers can feel satisfied with the services provided, accompanied by drivers who always maintain cleanliness and tidiness so that customers can feel comfortable when using Maxim's online transportation services.

Abstract

Health services at the poly elderly puskesmas need to be considered and the quality of service is still often questioned, especially at UPTD Puskesmas Emparu. This quantitative study aims to obtain information on the quality of service satisfaction of the elderly who visit the Puskesmas. This study involved 75 elderly (men 23 elderly, women 52 elderly) as research subjects. Data on service quality and satisfaction of the elderly were collected by filling out questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and t (partial) tests with the help of SPSS application version 30. Information was obtained that the dimensions of direct evidence (tangibles) and responsiveness (responsiveness) affect elderly satisfaction with services in the elderly poly. The follow-up that needs to be done for the elderly at the UPTD Puskesmas Emparu elderly poly is to update facilities and infrastructure as needed and respond quickly in serving

Abstract

This study aims to prove and verify the potential for Fraudulent Financial Reporting (FFR) based on the hexagon fraud theory. FFR practices cause losses to investors, creditors and other stakeholders, so it is important to identify the elements that trigger FFR practices. The elements of the hexagon fraud theory are stimulus, capability, collusion, opportunity, rationalization and ego in influencing the occurrence of FFR. Companies in the financial industry listed on the IDX 2017-2022 as the population in this study with a total of 95 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and produced 55 companies as research samples. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS which is processed with the SmartPLS Vs 3.0 program. The findings in this study indicate that stimulus, capability, ego and collusion have a negative effect on FFR while there is no opportunity and rationalization effect on FFR. The results of this study contribute to academics in broadening references regarding factors triggering the occurrence of FFR, as well as adding insight to companies in detecting FFR as an effort to improve the company's control system and as a tool for potential investors in analyzing their investments to reduce the risk of loss

Abstract

Various types of industrial sectors, both service industries and manufacturing industries, are still often faced with turnover problems. To prevent the turnover rate from increasing, the company must be able to observe the factors driving employees to decide to leave the company. The factors driving turnover intention can consist of various things, including workload and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervention for employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative data analysis method which is used to examine the magnitude of the direct and indirect contribution of the influence of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening factor. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Path Analysis path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The variables observed in this research consist of workload as an independent variable, turnover intention as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this research was 178 employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia and the sample of this research was 123 employees. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention has a negative and significant effect, the effect of workload and turnover intention is negative and significant. From the Sobel test calculations, the values obtained prove that the influence of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening has a significant effect.

Abstract

The rise of online stores in Indonesia makes shopping easier for consumers with the various facilities provided, making it attractive for consumers to be lazy about visiting conventional stores. This change in shopping lifestyle is because traditional markets are visited more by people who need goods in large quantities or wholesale at low prices. Meanwhile, modern markets are a shopping option with a small number of goods rather than specific ones and more adequate comfort. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out where people choose shopping places, (2) To find out people fulfill their family needs, (3) To find out the influence of choosing shopping places in streamlining family needs. This research will be built with an experimental research design to determine the relationship between cause and effect of a situation using a descriptive quantitative approach with survey research methods. The population in this study were residents of Cawang RT 006 RW 02 Cawang, East Jakarta, with a total of 32 heads of families, where the entire population was also used as the research sample. The result of this research is that the Sig value for the influence of X on Y is equal to 0,000 > 0,05 and tcount value 4,692 > ttable 2,045, so it can be concluded that the choice of shopping place influences the family's needs. The family's needs are urgent and must be purchased immediately, so a physical store is needed as the solution. If you buy from an online shop, it takes time for delivery, so what you can buy are items that are not urgent to use. Shops/stalls influence family needs as a place to buy various family needs

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Transportasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kompensasi memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner diuji, dan data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam memotivasi pegawai dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan dalam kompensasi akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 25,7%. Namun, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang juga memengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 69,9%. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain seperti motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memperbaiki kepuasan kerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai mereka untuk memastikan bahwa mereka merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk memberikan kinerja terbaik mereka

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menyampaikan gambaran tentang pengelolaan Dana Wakaf dan Zakat Produktif Terpadu dan dana Wakaf yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung secara optimal mulai dari nadzir yang profesional, pengelolaan harta wakaf yang optimal, dan pelaporan keuangan yang baik. Demikian juga dengan pengelolaan dana zakat produktif yang tepat sasaran dan sejalan dengan berbagai program yang dirancang oleh Daarut Tauhiid Peduli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan keabsahan data yang terkumpul dengan kenyataan di lokasi penelitian. Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah: Pengelolaan dana wakaf terpadu dilakukan dengan mempekerjakan nadzir yang profesional, pengelolaan aset yang optimal, dan penyajian laporan keuangan yang baik dan transparan. Sementara itu, dana zakat produktif yang dikelola sejalan dengan target yang dirancang dalam berbagai program DT Peduli seperti DT Peduli Ekonomi, DT Peduli Kemanusiaan, DT Peduli Kesehatan, DT Peduli Pendidikan, DT Peduli Penghapus Riba, dan Pilar Dakwah.

Abstract

The research conducted took the object of research at Cafe Jolly Coffee Surabaya. Being one of the cafes in Surabaya City which has a strategic location in the middle of many existing cafes. The purpose of the research conducted was to find out and analyze how the marketing mix strategy carried out by Cafe Jolly Coffee Surabaya to increase sales turnover. Using descriptive qualitative research methods using SWOT analysis as the research method. Researchers collect data through interviews, observations, and documentation related to the 7P marketing mix which includes product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical appearance. Jolly Coffee Surabaya has a score of internal factors, namely strengths of 3.02 and weaknesses having a score of 0.34, while from external factors it has an opportunity score of 2.48 and a threat score of 0.62 through IFAS and EFAS analysis. Next, Jolly Coffee Surabaya is in Quadrant I (one) which supports an aggressive strategy to take advantage of existing opportunities by using its strengths. For the IE matrix, the results show that the business company is in Quadrant I (one) position, namely Growth Oriented Strategy in order to increase sales turnover at Cafe Jolly Coffee Surabaya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of professional certification bodies (LSP) in improving the quality of human resource management in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The study population was 110 people who were employees at the BBPVP Bandung City office. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained from this pattern is 64 employees with a research confidence level of 90%. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing or data analysis using SPSS V23. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. From all the tests carried out, the results obtained were that there was a role for LSP in improving the quality of human resources in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung city.
