Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of Regular BOS at SD YAPIS Bogor City and its impact on improving infrastructure and the quality of learning at SD YAPIS Bogor City.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The resource person consists of 6 people with positions, Head of school, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, treasurer, operator and teacher at fifth grade.The results showed that the management of regular BOS increased the infrastructure at SD YAPIS. In 2023 Yapis already has a Computer Lab with 12 sets of computers along with tables and chairs. While in the previous year there were only 6 sets. This also affects the increase in ANBK results. ANBK is an indicator of improving the quality of learning for elementary school level students which is implemented in grade 5 students. From the 2023 Education Report Card, the proportion of students with numeracy skills reaching a minimum competency increased by 42.86%. Where in 2022 it will be 23.33 and in 2023 it will be 33.33. Abstract

Teacher performance will be optimal when it is integrated with components per school, whether it is the principal, teachers, employees or students. Some of the indicators used as the basis for assessing the low quality of education in the country can be considered, including the low competence of teaching staff, the direction and policy of education itself, and various problems directly related to teaching staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the madrasa principal's democratic leadership style on teacher performance, the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance, and the effect of democratic leadership style and teacher competence simultaneously on teacher performance at MTs Persatuan Umat Islam (PUI) Bogor City. This research is a quantitative study using the survey method, data analysis using statistical tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS Version 26.0 for windows program. The research population is all 23 teachers at the Islamic Community Association MTs (PUI) Bogor City for the 2022 academic year. /2023 The sample was taken by saturated sampling, namely all teachers in the study population were 23 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the research show that there are three conclusions. First, there is no significant effect of the democratic leadership style of the madrasa principal (X1) partially on teacher performance (Y) with a value of Sig. = 0.353 > 0.05 and tcount <ttable (0.949 <2.086), r square (R2) of 0.041 or 4.1% and the linear regression equation Ŷ = 78.585 + 0.130 X1 2. Both have a significant influence on teacher competency (X2) partially on teacher performance (Y) with a Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (5.716 > 2.086) of 0.609 or 60.9% and the linear regression equation Ŷ = 35.792 + 0.242X2. Third, there is the influence of the democratic leadership style of the madrasa head (X1) and teacher competency (X2) simultaneously on teacher performance (Y) with a Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (23.597 > 3.467) of 0.702 or 70.2% and the linear regression equation Ŷ = 45.358 - 0.241)X1 + 0.309X2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. 2) The significant influence of learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. 3) The significant influence of learning motivation and learning discipline together on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were all class VII students of MTsN 2 Bogor for the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 320 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using product moment correlation and reliability test using alpha crombach's formula. Analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes after the coefficient of determination test is carried out, the R square value is 0.973 or 97.3%. This means that the learning motivation variable has a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes of 97.3%. 2) There is a significant influence between learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes. After testing the coefficient of determination, the R square value is 0.962 or 96.2%. This means that the learning discipline variable has a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes of 96.2%. 3) Based on the results of the determination test, the correlation value (R) between learning motivation and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes is 0.989. This shows a correlation between learning motivation and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.977 or 97.7%. Thus the variables of learning motivation and learning discipline have an influence on changes in social studies learning outcomes by 97.7%, while the remaining 2.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the application of the baayun mulud culture to the Banjar people in shaping character education for children in Kota Rantang Village, 2) the supporting factors in forming character education for children through the baayun mulud culture 3) the inhibiting factors in forming character education for children through the baayun mulud culture in Kota Rantang Village, Hamparan Perak District. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the study indicate that the application of the baayun mulud culture in shaping children's character education in Kota Rantang Village can form religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined and responsible characters in children through the baayun mulud tradition, 2) Supporting factors namely the recitation of prayers, al-barzanji and marhaban prayers which are played to the child during the baby boy. Listening to the chanting of prayers and praise that benefits his memory when he grows up and is supported by parental education. Meanwhile 3) Inhibiting factors are lack of belief in tradition, economic factors as for parents who do not have the costs to attend the baayun mulud event, busy parents, and parenting styles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the number of Hamzah Qath'i who are located above _alif_ (أ), above _ya'_ (ئ), and above _waw_ (ؤ), as well as the number of Hamzah Washl in Surah An-Nisa'. This is qualitative research with an analytical nature. Data collection was carried out by searching for verses in Surah An-Nisa' that contain Hamzah Qath'i and Hamzah Washl. These verses were then collected, followed by reading books related to the discussion of Hamzah Qath'i and Hamzah Washl, and the last one was to analyze both. The research results obtained in Surah An-Nisa's verses 1–50 show that the number of Hamzah Qath'i located above the _alif_ is 225, the number of Hamzah Qath'i located above the _ya'_ is 40, the number of Hamzah Qath'i located above the _waw_ is as many as 225, and the number of Hamzah Washl is as many as 213.

Abstract

This research analyzes and describes the views of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari on the Manners of a Scientist and Their Relevance in the Digital Era, as a central figure in various areas of national needs, the kyai and nobles who are inherent in him do not become shackles to forming a personality with far-reaching effects. This research uses library research with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the etiquette of a scientist in the book “Ādabul 'Ālim wal Muta'allim” contains a concept of etiquette that is appropriate for a scientist and of course the effect is on society globally. Adab or a good personality, he had a concept for purposes that are not momentary so that the theories in his thinking are relevant at this time, of course by assessing the rapid and rapid turnaround of human civilization today. So the etiquette of a scientist can be a role model with the knowledge he has and be able to become an inspiring intellectual figure in the digital era, especially social media. A scientist must be able to maintain etiquette in expressing his opinions on social media and be able to be a good role model in the midst of the rapid flow of globalization. .

Abstract

This research aims to develop a doratoon learning medium based on PBL on IPA subjects in grade IV SD. Students' learning interest in the learning process is an important role in learning. To ensure that learning goes smoothly, the student's interest in learning is crucial. We need an application of learning that supports the occurrence of such things and potentially student centers. One such learning model is the problem based learning model. Researchers are interested in raising a learning medium to attract student learning interest in the learning process. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development). The model used in this research is the ADDIE development model. (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection with observations, interviews, spreadsheets and documentation studies. The results of the research showed that the media output after the revision obtained a 97.5% credibility percentage with the category “Very Worthy” and the material outcome after the review gained a 100% credibility percent with the categories “very worthy”. Thus, the development of doratoon learning media based on PBL on IPA subjects in grade IV SD is highly suitable for use by schools, teachers and students.

Abstract

The variety of cultures and religions of the population in Indonesia is because Indonesia has various ethnicities and races too. In Palembang, there are not only ethnic Malays, there are also people of Javanese, Indian, Acehnese and Chinese/Chinese descent. The ethnic Chinese in Palembang are thought to have come from Kuang Tung and Chyang Chou in mainland South China. This place is mostly Muslim, like the Yunnan region where Admiral Cheng Ho came from. In Palembang, there is also cultural acculturation where Palembang people marry ethnic Chinese. Ethnic Chinese are included in PITI. The founders of the Islamic Tauhid Faith Builders (PITI) are Halim (Yu), Ting and Sadiqin. The aim of PITI is to unite with Muslims, to become a gathering place for learning about the Islamic religion. This is why a mosque was founded. This mosque was built with ethnic Chinese patterns and was named the Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque. The Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque in the city of Palembang was founded by PITI or the Indonesian Chinese Islamic Association. This PITI institution regulates and maintains the Al Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque. This mosque has routine Islamic activities in the mosque, for example recitation, etc. The Cheng Ho Mosque is an interesting study because it takes the concept of cultural acculturation in the Palembang area. So what is the history and factors related to the Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Islamic character at MI Slubung Blitar and Islamic character from the perspective of educational philosophy at MI Slubung Blitar. So this research raises the title "Islamic Character in the Perspective of Educational Philosophy at MI Slubung Blitar". This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. The data collection method uses interview and documentation data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with fiqh teachers and aqidah akhlaq teachers. Documentation was carried out to obtain document information related to research on Islamic character from the perspective of educational philosophy. The results of the research show that the Islamic character formed at MI Slubung Blitar is the 5 S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Politeness and Politeness), lining up, reading students' promises and shaking hands, reading prayers together before starting to study, carrying out Duha prayers and prayers. dhuhur in congregation, carrying out Muraja'ah, and carrying out the rituals of Hajj. Judging from the philosophy of education, the Islamic character formed at MI Slubung Blitar is in line with the philosophy of Realism. In the context of Realism, character education is the process of habituating learners or students to creating a climate (creating an atmosphere) of goodness (virtue).
