Abstract

Keberadaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, proses pemerataan yang lebih baik, serta meningkatkan stabilitas nasional. Dari sisi jumlah, UMKM di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Akan tetapi, peningkatan ini belum diimbangi dengan peningkatan pemahaman maupun keterampilan pelaku UMKM tentang laporan keuangan dan strategi bisnis. Hal inilah yang mendorong pengabdi untuk melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Dukuh Sukorame, Dlingo, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mengenai laporan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Sebelum adanya pengabdian, pelaku UMKM sudah menganggap bahwa laporan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran penting baginya akan tetapi pelaku UMKM belum mengimplementasikannya. Oleh karena itu, adanya pengabdian ini dapat mendorong pelaku UMKM dapat mengimplementasikan pembuatan laporan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

The alumni gathering for the 25th years Mechanical Engineering of Sanata Dharma triggered the participants to initiate a forum to build communication, synergy and collaboration between alumni and the alma mater as well as informally started the alumni national network. However, four years have passed, the board of management has not been definitively realized. As a result, the initiators still carry out their mandate as ad interim board. This situation is not ideal. As a reflection and evaluation, a regeneration needs to be further conducted to strengthen the collaboration. This paper describes the participation rate of alumni in the formation of the board of management for 2022-2025 period. The result shows that the participation rate increases as the stages ware carried out. In addition, the figure gaining the majority establishes the support.

Abstract

Program bimbingan belajar dari rumah yang biasa disebut dengan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) ini dilaksanakan secara mandiri di rumah masing-masing. Namun, banyak orang tua mengeluh tentang belajar dari rumah karena merasa  mereka terima selama bertahun-tahun, terutama dalam matematika. Penulis melakukan program bimbingan belajar matematika untuk siswa sekolah dasar melalui pengabdian masyarakat di Dusun Jamblangan Desa Margomulyo. Program bimbingan belajar matematika dari rumah ini dilakukan melalui media Video WhatsApp bagi siswa yang mengikuti program ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu, (1) pengecekan ketuntasan belajar siswa; (2) menjelaskan materi yang ditanyakan; (3) membiarkan siswa mengerjakan tugas sesuai dengan yang telah dijelaskan; dan (4) menilai hasil belajar. Hasil bimbingan belajar matematika dari rumah yang dilaksanakan secara daring ini menjadi kegiatan tambahan belajar siswa SD untuk penguatan materi-materi belajar di sekolah. Namun, seperti diketahui bahwa kemampuan setiap siswa dalam menerima pembelajaran berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhatian dan kesabaran khusus bagi siswa yang sulit mengikuti pelajaran di masa pandemi

Abstract

Learning assessment is expected to assist students in improving higher order thinking skills (HOTS). In accordance with these conditions, teachers are also required to be able to develop HOTS-based questions as an assessment instrument. This training activity aims to provide training and assistance to teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Wiradesa regarding the development of HOTS-based questions consisting of the concept of HOTS questions, the characteristics of HOTS questions, and how to develop them. The methods used in this training include planning, implementing and evaluating training. The training participants amounted to 46 teachers who were teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Wiradesa. The results of this training activity are teachers can find out how to develop HOTS-based questions and can practice them according to the subjects taught. keyword: Development, Questions, HOTS

Abstract

This service aims to develop MSME products for processing boiled salty through packaging training and online marketing during the pandemic with various problems including decreased sales results, uncertain weather, and fish supply. Based on this problem, the KKN and DPL groups formulated to conduct product packaging training, and promotional activities and expand product marketing offline and online. This service was carried out from February to March 2021 at the UMKM salted fish processing business, UD. Jarot Mandiri. The results obtained are improving the results of packaging for MSMEs that are up to date and adjusted to market demand, the results of packaging training such as in processed packaging techniques for crackers and salted fish. Another result that has been done is facilitating marketing in the marketplace via Instagram, Facebook, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc. In addition, high enthusiasm is seen in MSME entrepreneurs who are increasingly motivated and dare to compete with processed fish products from outside the Jepara area. Abstract

Peningkatan sampah plastik selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat signifikan disebabkan oleh peningkatan kemasan plastik dalam rangka mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Sampah plastik tersebut didominasi oleh sampah rumah tangga, oleh karena itu perlu kiranya diberikan pengetahuan tentang proses daur ulang sampah kepada keluarga. Peranan keluarga dalam proses daur ulang sampah plastik sangat penting untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik dan dapat menambah pendapatan bagi keluarga. Dua wilayah dijadikan pembanding dalam mengukur tingkat kesadaran warga terhadap konsep daur ulang sampah plastik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran warga akan pentingnya mendaur-ulang sampah plastic rumah tangga.

Abstract

The implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) in SMA 8 Bengkulu City is not optimal. The problem is the teacher's skills in data analysis, such as: methodology, depth of analysis, and statistical analysis tools is low. Statistical analysis commonly used is descriptive statistics rather than inferential statistics. The solution is to carry out data analysis training for classroom action research using SPSS software. The activity has 3 (three) stages: 1. Preparation stage: collect the information, tracking, and survey of teacher needs, which includes problems faced by teachers in analyzing classroom action research data. 2. Implementation stage: training on SPSS software for data analysis. 3. Evaluation stage: practical tests for training participants. Based on evaluation, it concluded that the teacher's skill in data analysis had increased. keyword: Training, CAR, SPSS

Abstract

Pendapatan masyarakat Desa Pengkok Gunung Kidul pada awalnya relatif rendah karena hanya berasal dari sektor primer pertanian dan peternakan. Masyarakat mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya, dengan mengembangkan Desa Wisata. Gunung Ireng sebagai salah satu gunung api purba memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan karena selain menawarkan keindahan alamnya, Gunung Ireng juga memiliki potensi sebagai wisata pendidikan, ekowisata, agrowisata, seni, dan budaya. Masyarakat di Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam pembuatan batik sebagai pendukung wisata budaya. Strategi pemasaran batik sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkenalkan produk tersebut kepada konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan batik dan strategi pemasaran batik sebagai pendukung Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng yang nantinya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran batik ini diberikan kepada seluruh anggota Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng. Strategi pemasaran tidak hanya secara offline saja, namun untuk membantu pelaku usaha batik dapat memasuki marketplace di era digital dan menjaring pangsa pasar yang lebih luas maka dilakukan juga pelatihan strategi pemasaran batik berbasis digital. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha batik beserta strategi pemasarannya guna mendukung Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng.

Abstract

Space phenomena are natural events that are rarely seen by humans and are still a lot of mysterious and interesting things to observe and study. In Indonesia, there are still few places to observe and study space phenomena. The Sumatran Institute of Technology (ITERA) has a technical implementing unit as well as a study program related to space. The units are the Lampung ITERA Astronomical Observatory Unit (UPT OAIL) and the Atmospheric and Planetary Science Study Program. However, these units and study programs do not yet have an information system that can store various space data and display them, especially for the public to see. This is the background for us to do community service for lecturers and students in the form of making the OAIL database system. The information system can be used to store space data to be studied and can be seen by the public. The form of the system is website-based so that people throughout Indonesia, especially on the island of Sumatra, can see various space phenomena. For three months, the information system was successfully created and can be implemented by UPT OAIL, so that this community service activity went according to plan and well. It is hoped that the information system can always be developed and useful for the benefit of learning at ITERA and the community. Abstract

Teacher innovation in designing interesting learning requires continuous improvement of abilities. The learning assessment paradigm that revolves around the Asasemen Kopetnsi Minimum (AKM) where one of them is numeracy or also called numeracy literacy and mathematical literacy. A problem was found in teachers at the Palembang City MGMP in Difficulty in compiling learning tools that strengthen students' numeracy skills. Through training and mentoring in the learning community or collaborative learning, selecting KD for numeracy strengthening, determining numeracy demands for the KD, determining numeracy activities that can be embedded in learning, and determining mathematical tools and mathematical terms (terminology) used in activities. The results show that the teacher is able to use contexts that are close to the daily lives of students in learning. keyword: Collaborative Learning, Learning Tools, Numeracy
