Abstract

Peramalan merupakan perencanaan produk yang berorientasi pasar, kapasitas manajemen, dan produksi selanjutnya. Nilai deviasi (eror) sebagai kesalahan, antara nilai yang diramalkan dan nilai aktual digunakan untuk menilai keandalan model peramalan satu dengan model peramalan yang lain. Jika dibandingkan dengan teknik peramalan jangka menengah lainnya, model ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) memberikan hasil prediksi yang cukup akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pembuktian asumsi model peramalan, serta menentukan nilai peramalan periode berikutnya pada studi kasus PT ABC memproduksi serbuk minuman produk x. Data yang digunakan merupakan permintaan produk x periode Januari 2021 sampai Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model ARIMA (1,1,1) adalah model yang sesuai untuk model peramalan permintaan PT ABC. Nilai eror model ARIMA (1,1,1) lebih kecil dari pada model peramalan lainnya, termasuk model Trend Linear. Hasil tersebut mengkonfirmasi bahwa model ARIMA merupakam yang paling efektif digunakan untuk setahun berikutnya.

Abstract

PT. ABC merupakan perusahaan jasa pengolahan konstruksi baja. Yang selama tiga bulan mengalami kecelakaan kerja berkaitan dengan pekerjaan jasa konstruksi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan megurangi potensi bahaya selama proses fabrikasi. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode (HIRARC) untuk melakukan analisis risiko. Dan Metode (JSA) untuk mengidentifikasi tahap bahaya. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi bahaya resiko, yang terkait dengan setiap pekerjaan akan dinilai berdasarkan tingkat keparahan dan kemungkinan untuk menetapkan tingkat risiko. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 4 bahaya Extreme risk, 1 High risk dalam proses welding, 4 bahaya Extreme risk, 1 High risk proses menggerinda, 1 bahaya Extreme risk, 2 High risk, 2 Medium risk dalam proses cutting, 1 bahaya Extreme risk, 1 High risk, 1 Medium risk, dan 1 Low risk dalam proses assembling.

Abstract

This study presents the results of an investigation into the performance and exhaust emissions of a four-stroke, 1-cylinder internal combustion engine. In order for the engine to produce optimal energy, the right fuel is needed so as to reduce exhaust emissions, which are considered very dangerous for the survival of living things. Bioethanol is considered to optimize combustion reactions in the form of CO dan HC produced, but bioethanol contains less energy compared to gasoline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the fuel v-power shell of RON 95mixed with 15% bioethanol fuel with a comparison of carburetor venturi hole sizes 26 and 28. From the results obtained, fuels with bioethanol mixtures have lower levels of waste emissions while, performance is improved compared to non-mixed petrol fuels.

Abstract

When at a restaurant, pregnant women often face difficulties in choosing healthy and appropriate foods during pregnancy, primarily due to lack of knowledge, uncertainty about food ingredients, and difficulty in remembering the list of foods to avoid. This research aims to assist restaurants and pregnant women in avoiding consuming foods containing unhealthy ingredients for pregnant women. Our solution is to develop an Android-based application that can detect foods containing ingredients that pregnant women should not consume and then offer alternative foods that are similar to those foods. The application is developed using the Rapid Application Development method, and the algorithm used is the K-nearest Neighbor. The application has been tested with a User Acceptance Test with an 84-90% acceptance rate.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah produsen pupuk terlengkap di Indonesia yang memproduksi bermacam-macam pupuk. Salah satu produk PT.XYZ yaitu pupuk phonska dengan standar spesifikasi kadar N₂O harus diantara 3.8% - 16.2%, P₂O₅ 9.2% - 10.8%, dan K₂O 11.0% – 13.0%. Selama proses produksi pada bulan januari 2024 dengan total produksi sebanyak 510 kali terdapat produk out of spec sebanyak 264 kali dengan persentase produk out of spec sebesar 51.76%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk minimasi variasi proses yang digunakan guna mengurangi kecacatan produksi dengan metode six sigma serta mengetahui solusinya dengan prioritas tindak perbaikan yang dilakukan dengan metode FMEA. Hasil dari analisis diketahui bahwa nilai sigma pada proses produksi pupuk phonska sebesar 2,44 dengan faktor yang mendominasi terjadinya kecacatan produk untuk ketiga indicator cacat disebabkan karena faktor mesin dikarenakan mesin tidak berfungsi dengan baik sehingga perlu dilakukan pengecekan dan kalibrasi berkala terhadap indikator mesin.

Abstract

The Manggelewa and Kilo Subdistricts, located in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, are plains with elevations ranging from 2 to 250 meters above sea level, highly suitable for agricultural crops (BPS Kab. Dompu, 2023). In the dry season of 2023, Manggelewa and Kilo Subdistricts were placed on early drought warning at alert level. This area has a high potential for meteorological drought, leading to a crisis in clean water availability and crops failure. To address this situation, an analysis of drought index was conducted using the Percent Normal Index (PNI) method with quantitative forecasting. The analysis of drought prediction for the period of 2003-2022 shows that there were 100 drought events in Manggelewa Subdistrict and 117 in Kilo Subdistrict. In the subsequent period from 2023 to 2032, Manggelewa Subdistrict experienced 23 drought events, while Kilo Subdistrict had 60, all classified as extremely dry. Notably, in July and August has the most severe drought conditions between 2003 and 2022, with 20 instances of extremely dry conditions. During the period from 2023 to 2032 from May to October experienced the worst drought, with 10 instances of extremely dry conditions.

Abstract

The electrical energy monitoring and control system is infrastructure that provides users with the ability to not only monitor, but also regulate and optimize the use of electrical energy. Through this system, the latest information regarding electrical energy consumption can be accessed by users, enabling wiser decisions regarding energy savings. The research carried out combines two different research methods to achieve the stated objectives, namely descriptive research methods and experimental methods. Data analysis integrates data analysis using Blynk and programming via Arduino IDE, users can manage information collected from current and voltage sensors. The results of the research are IoT technology tools that can be used to monitor and control home electricity use. The measurement of electrical voltage in the design of the tool can be declared successful and has a fairly good accuracy value.

Abstract

Indonesia is located on 3 large tectonic plates, making the Indonesian region vulnerable to earthquakes. To overcome this, it is necessary to plan buildings that are earthquake resistant. High population growth has resulted in many different models of tall buildings. These diverse building models have led to the emergence of irregular building designs, both horizontally and vertically. This irregularity can affect the results of structural analysis of earthquake loads. This research discusses the effect of horizontal irregularities in buildings on earthquake loads with the results of research that regular buildings have structural stiffness properties that are relatively stiffer than irregular buildings. In addition, irregularities also result in smaller deviation values ​​between floors in the X direction and larger in the Y direction when compared to irregular.

Abstract

The property industry is a sector that faces intense competition, so innovation is needed to plan business strategies. PT Wijaya Karya Realty faces several problems, such as determining strategic locations for its property products, such as houses or shophouses, and comparing the price of company houses with the market price of homes in specific locations. To answer these needs, it is necessary to implement a data warehouse and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL). In this research, Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) is used as a tool for managing and cleaning data that can be used as analysis material to assist in data-based decision-making. Apart from that, Mondrian can be used through the workbench scheme to improve data analysis effectively. Designing a star schema that includes a dimensional table and fact table can help optimize the analysis process better. The implementation of a data warehouse allows companies to make in-depth decisions based on critical variables. The research results show that the implementation of Star Schema can provide information for companies in decision-making and business strategy planning in the property sector.

Abstract

The importance of energy sustainability in Banten Province must be able to fulfil national energy needs in the future. In this case, making the right decision by energy policy makers and energy experts is a must to achieve this goal. Determination of appropriate, effective and relevant energy indicators is needed to improve and enhance the energy sustainability infrastructure as targeted. The purpose of this research is to present new indicators, investigate and develop various indicators that can be used to improve the sustainable energy development index. Seven indicators were selected for in-depth study, related data for each indicator were collected and analysed using comprehensive analysis method. The results of the conceptual analysis show that policy makers and energy experts should have careful planning to implement the established policies by taking into account the balance of the economy, security of energy supply, and preservation of environmental functions, then the top priority of energy development should adopt the principle of environmentally friendly energy.
