Abstract

Determining top employees is a vital element in human resource management at BMT Al Mubarok Bondowoso. The right decision can improve organizational performance. The research aims to establish a tool to assist in making policies to determine the most outstanding staff through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP was chosen because it can break down complex problems into an easy-to-understand hierarchical structure. The way it works is by recognizing the related parameters in choosing the most outstanding staf, such as performance, discipline, cooperation, initiative, and responsibility. Each criterion is given a weight based on its level of importance through a pairwise comparison process. Furthermore, employees are evaluated based on these criteria to determine the best employee. The research results show that the AHP method is effective in providing objective and systematic recommendations. The developed system produces employee rankings based on the final score from the criteria weights and employee assessments.

Abstract

Extracurricular is a learning process that takes place outside normal class hours, aimed at developing students' interests and talents. The problem that arises is the lack of proper mapping in choosing extracurricular activities, so that students often have difficulty choosing activities that suit their interests and talents. So an expert system application was designed to assist the extracurricular selection process using the forward chaining method. The main feature of this application is calculating and calculating this data to provide appropriate extracurricular recommendations. This application development uses the waterfall method to ensure a more structured and systematic process. testing with blackbox testing with results in accordance with the plan which shows an interactive system on all devices and the results of the analysis regarding potential interests and talents are displayed in the output.

Abstract

The main problem if using a regular canopy, if the room is used for activities such as drying clothes, sunlight cannot enter the area and the canopy becomes less effective in terms of design or benefits. This research aims to develop a tool to monitor and control the canopy automatically using the prototyping method starting from Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. This research produces innovative solutions to increase the effectiveness of canopies, especially if they are on limited land, using microcontrollers combined with Raindrop, DHT22, BH1750 sensors. The addition of the DHT22 humidity sensor and the BH1750 light sensor can help the Raindrop sensor in validating rainy or sunny conditions, making the system more accurate. The test results of the three sensors based on the rules / regulations obtained a system that can carry out the task as expected. Based on Black Box testing on the IoT System, the results show that the system can be integrated with the Blynk platform properly.

Abstract

Tomatoes are a vegetable commodity that has high economic value and is widely consumed by the public. Tomato ripeness plays an important role in determining the quality and durability of tomato products. The process of ripening tomatoes only takes a short time. To overcome this problem, researchers used the K-NN method to classify tomato fruit ripeness based on color feature extraction. In the process of classifying the maturity level of tomatoes, 150 datasets from 3 different maturity classes are used, namely 50 ripe, 50 ripe and 50 unripe. The 150 datasets were divided into 90 training data and 60 test data. The classification results using K-NN show the optimal value, namely k=5 with an accuracy of 98.33%.

Abstract

Hoax news is false and misleading information that can cause provocation and hatred for readers. With easy internet access, the spread of hoax news is getting more massive. Therefore, there needs to be a method that can detect hoax news. The research uses deep learning methods by integrating text mining to find information and news patterns related to hoaxes. By using a dataset from the kaggle site totaling around 2700 then text preprocessing is carried out so that the data is more structured for further processing. Then make feature engineering from BERT so that the data can be processed by machine learning with three classification methods namely BERT, SVM and random forest then testing and evaluation. In this study, the model that produces the highest performance is BERT with (accuracy = 0.99, ROC-AUC = 0.99) compared to traditional machine learning models.

Abstract

Sumber jaya merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi kue tambang, Produk kue tambang saat ini menggunakan kemasan yang kurang menarik serta masih menggunakan kemasan yang biasa dipergunakan oleh produk sejenis. Salah satu komponen paling penting dari sebuah produk yaitu kemasan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh potensi pasar UMKM kue tambang dan kebutuhan untuk merancang ulang kemasan produk guna meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen. Hasil survei menyatakan 96,7% responden setuju untuk dilaksanakan pengembangan kemasan pada kemasan kue tambang. Pada penelitian ini mempergunakan metode kansei engineering karena metode ini meyakinkan barang ataupun jasa memenuhi respon emosional yang diinginkan oleh konsumen yang kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam parameter desain. Desain baru hasil dari pendekatan kansei engineering yaitu X1.2 (warna: satu warna), X2.1 (jenis penutup: non ziplock), X3.2 (jenis kemasan: standing pouch), X4.1 (gambar kemasan: ikon kue tambang).

Abstract

Pembuatan sistem keamanan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pada sepeda motor dan juga mempermudah dalam mengontrol ON dan OFF serta starter menggunakan mikrokontroler Esp32. Seringnya terjadi masalah pada kunci kontak sepeda motor mengharuskan para penggunanya menggunakan sistem kunci kontak yang efisien dan memiliki fungsi yang baik. Penggunaan modul Esp32 memiliki beberapa keungulan modul ini memeliki fitur lengkap dan juga memiliki kinerja yang tinggi serta memiliki dua prosesor untuk mengelolah jaringan Wifi dan Bluetooth. Hasil dari penelitian sistem smart key pada sepeda motor menggunakan modul Esp32 ini adalah membantu menanggulangi masalah pada kunci kontak sepeda motor dan disela mempermudah dapat juga mengurangi beberapa problem yang ada seperti kehilangan kunci kontak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem smart key yang baik khususnya pada sepeda motor dan juga mengurangi tingkat Abstract

The government has issued guidelines based on Minister of Public Works Regulation NO.24/PRT/M/2008 for the maintenance and care of buildings. These guidelines aim to reduce damage and issues in building construction in terms of quality, facilities, and safety, and to facilitate handling if damage occurs. Structural observation of buildings requires careful testing. This study evaluates the maintenance and care of buildings in accordance with these regulations. The results show that, out of six hotels inspected, the implementation of building maintenance reached 55.57%, while the implementation of building care reached 63.39%. This study helps assess the extent to which these guidelines are applied and understood in the field.

Abstract

Along with the increasing population growth, the need for housing also continues to grow. This is in line with the efforts of the Bojonegoro Regency Government in prospering its community through the aladin program, namely roofs, floors and walls for uninhabitable houses (UH) in the community. With a target of 2018 to 2023 is as many as 22,528 residential housing units that can be realized. And one of the materials used is light brick material which is expected to make the work faster and more efficient. The purpose of this study is to determine the productivity value of light brick installation using the objective matrix method. By conducting observations and measurements in the field, the Productivity Index (IP) value with the largest value was in the third house of 177.67 and the lowest was the ninth house with a value of 4.00. And after analyzing the indicators from the calculation of the ratio 1-3, it is known that the lowest ratio is at ratio 3 and recommendations for improvement are obtained to increase productivity

Abstract

This study discusses planning the Economic Feasibility of a Hybrid Solar Power Plant for consumer homes from PLN customers who are included in non-subsidized customers. Planning is carried out for middle and upper-scale households in Bekasi City. A household segment that uses a large amount of energy every month, high electricity bills every month makes consumers have to save energy so they can save on monthly bills. With the rapid increase in population growth, the energy demand is higher, so the electricity price from consumers will also increase. In addition, hazardous substances produced from using fossil energy sourced from PLN are one of the primary research focuses. From the simulation results using HOMER, it was found that installing PLTS can reduce CO2 emission levels by 33% with an NPC saving cost of Rp. 67.2 million, the energy that can be generated from the 4 Pv and Inverter configuration is 3,172 kW/yr with a COE of Rp.499.95.
