Abstract

Wisata Kuliner merupakan salah satu kegiatan Pariwisata. Wisata Kuliner Ikan Bakar Blimbingsari adalah satu-satunya wisata Kuliner ikan bakar terkenal diBanyuwangi. Makanan seafood pastinya memiliki banyak sekali gizi yang diperlukan tubuh manusia. Hygiene dan sanitasi pengolahan ikan bakar melalui pendekatan HACCP mendukung untuk mencegah terjadinya keracunan akibat makanan, apalagi di era pandemi Covid-19 dimana sisi kebersihan dan keamanan suatu produk harus terjamin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan Standart Pengolahan Ikan Bakar di Wisata Kuliner Ikan Bakar Blimbingsari Banyuwangi melalui pendekatan HACCP di Warung Lestari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, berupa Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi pengolahan pada ikan bakar di Wisata Kuliner Ikan Bakar di warung Lestari dengan menciptakan standar operasional prosedur pengolahan dan penyajian ikan bakar. Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada penjamah makanan agar lebih memperhatikan kebersihan diri dan menggunakan alat pendukung kebersihan, agar makanan di wisata kuliner ikan bakar Blimbingsari Banyuwangi aman dikonsumsi wisatawan. Abstract

This research is about the innovation of interdisciplinary studies in the fields of law, English, and tourism in building an ecotourism English village with village regulations regarding tourist villages in the Sumbawa district. This study uses a normative legal approach, using a statutory approach, which is carried out by reviewing the laws and regulations related to the legal issues being handled, in this case building an ecotourism English village with Village Regulations. The findings of this study are the village authority to form village regulations regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Furthermore, with the basis of village regulations, it becomes the basis for building an English ecotourism village in Sumbawa Regency. The English ecotourism village concept provides opportunities for the younger generation to explore and build tourism potential that is independent, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. The potentials assembled based on ecotourism English villages include fishing or marine tourism villages, production centers for producing agricultural equipment, making machetes, knives, Sumbawa swords, and coastal tourism supported by mangrove trees and several other types of plants. Furthermore, it was also found that the obstacles to the development of tourist villages, namely the lack of village governments in allocating adequate budgets for the development of tourism village potential so that the presence of tourist villages in several villages in Sumbawa Regency accomplishes not have adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the average tourist village in Sumbawa Regency, there is no village regulation regarding tourist villages. Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between language acquisition and culture and its changes for hospitality students. The instruments used in this research are (a) daily notes, (b) an interview guide, and (c) a camera. Observation methods, interview techniques and documentation in the form of recorded speech results when conducting research. The subordinate relationship reflects a quality of the relationship that is only one-sided, meaning that cultural dynamics affect the dynamics of language acquisition for hospitality students. It is evidenced by the relationship that states language is the result of culture when compared to the language used by hotel students with Balinese in general. It is partly influenced by foreign tourists who often communicate with hospitality students, where the students practice and do internships. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atribut destinasi daya tarik wisata, pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk memastikan bahwa informan terpilih memahami tentang topik penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi lapangan, wawancara tatap muka dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik themactic analysis dengan mengkelompokan data berdasarkan tema sesuai dengan rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di Desa Wisata Sambangan terdapat daya tarik wisata seperti air terjun, hutan desa, palowan hidroponik, dan kolam renang yang mana dalam pengembangannya melibatkan masyarakat lokal Desa Sambangan agar mereka mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi dari pengembangan desa wisata tersebut. Abstract

Perkembangan industri pariwisata yang semakin meningkat di dunia, membuat para investor dan pelaku usaha pariwisata memperkuat usahanya, seperti bisnis restoran dan perhotelan. Hotel adalah salah satu akomodasi yang dibutuhkan wisatawan sebagai tempat tinggal sementara selama perjalanan. Menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh masing-masing hotel, seperti menambah fasilitas yang lebih lengkap, memperbaiki gedung, menambah daftar menu makanan dan meningkatkan standar pelayanan, mulai dari departemen front office, departemen housekeeping dan departemen food and beverage. Guest Relation Officer Grand Club merupakan salah satu bagian dalam departemen front office yang memiliki tugas dan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan kenyamanan kepada tamu dan menyediakan informasi yang diinginkan tamu, Guest Relation Officer Grand Club dituntut untuk selalu bertindak efektif dalam melayani tamu hotel. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal yang dialami oleh objek penelitian seperti perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan dan lain-lain secara holistik dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah. Teknik pengumpulan data selama penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Hotel Grand Hyatt Bali selama 6 bulan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah Guest Relation Officer Grand Club memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam sebuah hotel untuk menghasilkan kenyamanan, keamanan dan pelayanan yang baik bagi para tamu. Bahkan Guest Relation Officer Grand Club harus menjalin kerjasama dengan travel agent, agar ketika Guest Relation Officer Grand Club berinteraksi, mereka akan menawarkan paket wisata dan membuat tamu merasa diperhatikan. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di hampir seluruh negara di dunia telah mempengaruhi kehidupan pariwisata, terutama bagi daerah-daerah yang menjadi tujuan wisata, salah satunya yaitu di desa wisata Kamasan, Klungkung. Desa wisata Kamasan selama ini dikenal sebagai daerah tujuan wisata bagi wisatawan yang ingin melihat, membeli serta belajar bagaimana seni lukis klasik tradisional Bali, selain terdapat jenis hasil seni lainnya seperti seni ukir emas dan perak, selongsong peluru dan uang kepeng. Hampir sebagian besar masyarakat Kamasan yang berprofesi sebagai seniman menggantungkan perekonomian dari pariwisata, sehingga adanya pendemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat eksistensi yang dilakukan pelukis wayang klasik Kamasan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelukis wayang Kamasan tetap bertahan ditengah pandemi dengan melakukan berbagai inovasi baik dari segi penjualan dan pemasaran produk maupun mengusung tema yang berbeda untuk lukisan yang dihasilkan, meskipun penghasilan yang diperoleh masih jauh dari sebelum pendemi terjadi. Produk lukisan wayang Kamasan merupakan budaya warisan yang wajib dipertahankan keberadaannya, sehingga diperlukan berbagai upaya untuk keberlanjutannya, salah satunya melalui - regerasi anak-anak di Kamasan melalui sanggar seni. Abstract

Penglipuran Village Festival is one of the festivals located in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli Regency, Bali. This festival has been running for 9 years. Through this festival a fhas been provided local community forum in order to innovate the products offered from this village, besides that through the existence of this contemporary festival it can also help to promote the Penglipuran Tourism Village. This research used a qualitative approach with data collection methods through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The Penglipuran Village Festival has a space for supporting preservation of the traditions and culture that have been attached to the Penglipuran Tourism Village. In addition, Penglipuran Village Festival also provides space to communicate and build relationships with the parties involved. And the last one, Penglipuran Village Festival, provides a space for young people to express themselves through their visions and creativies. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much customer interest in Dobro Coffee culinary business is from promotion through Food Vlogger on Tiktok Social Media. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with survey method. The number of samples was taken using the Slovin formula and the results obtained a minimum sample size of 100 people using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data collection technique in the study was carried out by distributing it to respondents via google form. The data obtained was then analyzed by statistical tools assisted by the SPSS program using Validity Test, Reliability Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Promotion Through Food Vlogger had an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business; Promotion through Tiktok has an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business; Promotion through Food Vlogger with Tiktok has an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business. Abstract

A hotel is a building or part of a building dedicated to providing accommodation and food for everyone, as well as access to other services and facilities. The system in national financial management is based on the process and model of public sector accounting which as a scientific field that is receiving special attention from the current government, is evidenced by the many changes and improvements to the management system including management accounting. Public sector accounting plays an important role in the smooth functioning of the organization which has been managed by government agencies, especially in terms of the effectiveness of revenue and expenditure management in order to achieve the expected goals. The implementation of public sector accounting is going well, so the management of EnHaii Hotel must have a good plan and strategy in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the destination's qualities in Desa Coklat Bali as an educational tourist destination in Tabanan Regency, based on the 6A Buhalis concept, which stands f or Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary System, Available Packages, and Activities. Data are gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation as part of a descriptive qualitative research methodology. Interviews were held with the Desa Coklat Bali management. To obtain f indings, data were processed using data reduction. The results show that Desa Coklat Bali has implemented attribute 6A for a tourism destination into practice. Desa Coklat Bali is one the educational tourist sites in Bali, which provides tour packages that cover everything f rom the introduction of knowledge about chocolate f arming (Chocolate Tour) to the method of manufacturing chocolate (Chocolate making). The attraction in Desa Coklat Bali is special since it of fers education on cocoa growing and management together with a variety of other activities and packages, including a Rice Plantation Experience, Chocolate Tour, and Chocolate Making.
