Abstract

Educators and teaching staff are the human resources in schools. Quality resources will have a positive impact on organizational success. Commitment from educators and teaching staff is needed to create a supportive and motivated work environment. The high turnover rate at the Yayasan Pendidikan Islam X Tangerang is the reason this research was conducted to analyze the commitment of educators and staff. There are many factors that influence commitment, some of which are leadership style, job involvement, and perceived organizational support. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator in testing the effect of these factors on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Yayasan Pendidikan Islam X Tangerang to the entire population of 38 people. The cross-sectional method was used in quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. This research used the PLS-SEM analysis method. The results of this study state that there is a positive influence between school leadership style, job involvement, and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction also mediates the relationship between school leadership style and job involvement on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Company value is investors' perception of the company's level of success which is related to share prices. A high share price will increase the company value and increase investor confidence. This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, liquidity and hedging on company value in non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling based on certain criteria to obtain 216 observation data. This research is quantitative research with secondary data. The method used is panel data regression analysis. The research results show that capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and hedging do not simultaneously influence firm value (Tobin's Q). Partially, capital structure and liquidity influence company value. Meanwhile, hedging has no effect on company value.

Abstract

The increasing number of money supply in society from year to year, in 2020 it has increased by 12.4%. in 2021 it increased by 13.9%, and in 2022 it increased by 8.3%. Increasing money supply in society can trigger effects such as uncontrolled inflation and decrease interest rate especially for deposit savings. This study will find out which variables have a positive influence in making people want to save their money in Bank in long term savings which is time deposit. Data utilized in this research consist of a sample of 400 customers who have deposit savings product. The objective is to analyze the impact of age, account balance, and income on the amount of deposit savings. The independent variables are age, account balance, and income, while the dependent variable is the amount of deposit savings. Data analysis employs Multiple Linear Regression with Microsoft Excel software. Based on the analysis, it can be inferred: (1) Age, account balance, and income positively influence the amount of deposit savings; (2) The value is 34%, signifies the independent variables influences for 34% of the deposit savings amount, with the remaining 66% influenced by other independent variables

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of corporate governance and social responsibility on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study was 18 companies obtained using a purposive sampling method in automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies during the 2020-2022 period and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 14 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was obtained. The total sample data for the 2020-2022 period is 42 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that governance and corporate social responsibility have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020

Abstract

This study aims to analyse whether service quality, store atmosphere, and pricefairness have an influence on customer loyalty either directly or using the customer satisfaction variable as the mediation. This research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The findings of this research aim to benefit the food and beverage industry, particularly the coffee shop company. The sampling procedure was carried out by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The total number of respondents used was 225 respondents. The data was processed using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Based on the test results conducted, it is stated that the service quality and price fairness variables affect customer loyalty. However, the store atmosphere variable has no influence on customer loyalty at Sallo Coffee. while the customer satisfaction variable fails to mediate the three variables with the customer loyalty variable

Abstract

The 2019 Fraud Survey in Indonesia published the three biggest types of fraud occurring in the country, including corruption at 64.4%, misuse of state or company assets at 28.9%, and financial reporting fraud at 6.7%. PNM, as a company operating in the financial sector, is also vulnerable to fraud. Based on data from the Anti-Fraud Strategy Implementation Report of PNM 2022 published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, it is known that the Mekaar service experienced 6,163 cases of fraud. This situation prompted PNM to undergo transformation in transaction recording processes using digital-based accounting. Considering this phenomenon, researchers were interested in analyzing the impact of implementing digital-based accounting on fraud prevention at PNM Mekaar Syariah. This research method employs a simple linear regression analysis model with the assistance of SPSS V.27 software. The data collection process involved questionnaires directed at Back Office employees and Finance Administration Officers at PNM Mekaar Syariah. From the analysis conducted on fifty samples, it is found that the implementation of digital-based accounting has a positive and significant impact on fraud prevention at PNM Mekaar Syariah.

Abstract

Purpose of this research are analyzing impact digitalization among the SMES in Surabaya City by using digital technology which measuring by their perception ease of use, usefulness and trust using digital technology and its impact on SMES Performance. Research conduct with quantitative analysis by using explanatory research design. The population of this research are 7158 SMES in Surabaya especially East Surabaya then we acquired 100 sample of SMES by using Slovin-Formula. Data collected by share questioner among 100 Respondents of SMES in East Surabaya. Data analyzed by using SEM-PLS with instrument validity and reliability test then bootstrapping to know hypothesis-testing results. Results identified perceived ease of use and usefulness affect SMES performance and can improve productivity by using digitalization technology. However, trust has no impact on SMES Performance in Digitalization Technology Context. This study offers significant advantages for the government, particularly in Surabaya City, aiming to enhance digitalization among SMEs by leveraging social media and e-wallets, thereby improving their technological performance. Additionally, it sheds light on how SMEs can harness digitalization technology to increase profitability and reap numerous benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of social media marketing activities on consumer brand engagement, willingness to pay premium prices, and purchase intentions. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling involving 115 respondents. In addition, data analysis was carried out using AMOS software. In this research, social media marketing activities will be examined to see their impact on consumer brand engagement, willingness to pay premium prices, and purchase intentions. Purposive sampling is used as a sample selection technique, which allows researchers to select respondents who comply with previously established criteria. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how social media marketing activities can influence consumers' brand engagement, willingness to pay premium prices, and purchase intentions. Apart from that, this research can also provide insight into the effectiveness of purposive sampling technique and the use of AMOS software in data analysis

Abstract

This study aimed to identify best practices and areas for improvement in enhancing the quality of Human Resources within Komunitas Kejar Mimpi Pontianak. Employing a qualitative approach, the research conducted a case study within the organization. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews, observation, documentation review, and focus group discussions. Data analysis utilized the interactive analysis technique proposed by Miles & Huberman. Findings revealed several best practices contributing to Human Resource development in Komunitas Kejar Mimpi Pontianak, such as member appreciation, active member involvement, targeted short-term training programs, adaptability to dynamic changes, and fostering strong member bonds. Conversely, areas requiring improvement, or "bad case practices," included deficiencies in technical skill development, shortcomings in the recruitment process, insufficient focus on professional and personal branding development, and the absence of personalized member development plans

Abstract

This study presents the design and evaluation of an e-commerce application tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Medan. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) approach and the system development life cycle (SDLC) model, the research identifies user needs and designs a solution to meet these needs. The solution includes features such as marketplace learning materials, a discussion forum, and marketplace recommendations. The design process involved creating storyboards, information architecture, wireframes, and mockups. The application's user experience was evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), revealing a generally positive user experience with areas for improvement in efficiency. The research underscores the importance of such applications for the growth of SMEs and suggests further research to enhance user efficiency
