Abstract

The tourism sector in Indonesia still has a low contribution to gross domestic income compared to other countries in ASEAN; therefore, the tourism sector in Indonesia has the potential to continue to be developed and, of course, can contribute more to the economy. This research analyses the influence of social media use, destination personality, destination image and self-congruity on behavioural intention to visit Labuan Bajo. This research was conducted on 173 respondents who had visited tourist attractions in Labuan Bajo. The method used is quantitative with the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The research results show that the use of social media, destination personality and self-congruity can influence behavioural intention to visit Labuan Bajo significantly and positively. However, destination image cannot significantly influence behavioural intention to visit.

Abstract

Project time management is the process of planning, compiling, and monitoring the project activity schedule. This is an approach to meeting needs in construction projects that involves managing the planning, design and project implementation processes in an integrated manner. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of accelerating work duration using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method on the Selili sub-district project. The acceleration alternative used is by cutting work time and combining several jobs that can be done at one time by looking for advanced calculations and backward and critical path calculations use the critical path which is then accelerated in the form of shortening the time of activities on the critical path. Then a float diagram is created to determine the work that has been cut. The results obtained from the work using the CPM method are a summary of work days of 15 days from the initial plan which was planned to be completed within 163 days, after going through the critical path using the critical path and knowing the results of the forward and backward calculations then depicted in a float diagram that the work can be completed within 148 days

Abstract

The construction services industry in Indonesia is expanding rapidly, necessitating efficient project management to maintain competitiveness. This study analyzes time management in residential construction in Samarinda, using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Microsoft Project software. The research aims to identify deficiencies in current practices to enhance project efficiency. A quantitative approach was adopted, involving literature review, data collection through field surveys and interviews, and data analysis. Findings reveal that the total construction period is 93 days, with a project duration of 4,900 hours. Weather conditions were a significant factor causing incomplete tasks. Cost analysis indicates total expenses of Rp201,290,412, emphasizing the importance of precise cost management alongside time management. The study concludes that effective use of CPM and Microsoft Project can optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project management. Recommendations include regular critical path reviews and enhanced team communication to mitigate delays and ensure timely project completion

Abstract

This study investigates how perceived brand globalness and localness influence consumer-brand identification and purchase intention for local skincare brands in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 218 Indonesian respondents through an online survey. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the conceptual model and test hypotheses by using AMOS 22 software. The results reveal that perceived brand localness positively affects consumer brand identification and purchase intention for local skincare brands, while perceived brand globalness has no significant impact. Furthermore, consumer brand identification mediates the influence of perceived brand localness on purchase intention. These findings suggest Indonesian consumers value the localness of skincare products more than their global presence, possibly due to the personal nature of skincare and desire for locally-tailored offerings. As the Indonesian skincare market continues growing, leveraging perceived brand localness emerges as a key strategy for local brands to foster consumer identification and drive purchase intent

The population in this study were tourists who visited the Denai Lama Tourism Village. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with a total of 98 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that facilities and price have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, price also has a positive effect, indicating that more affordable prices can increase consumer buying interest. The conclusion of this research is that improving the quality of facilities and setting competitive prices is an effective strategy to increase consumer buying interest in the Denai Lama Tourism Village. These findings provide practical implications for tourist destination managers in planning and developing appropriate facilities and pricing strategies to attract more visitors

Abstract

This research aims to develop a data-driven marketing strategy to increase consumer purchase interest in XYZ Hijab. This small and medium-sized Muslim fashion enterprise experienced a sales decline of 65.2% in 2022 and 2023. Utilizing the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology and employing Python programming language with Google Colab, this study combines RFM-D analysis and K-means clustering for customer segmentation, as well as Market Basket Analysis (MBA) for product bundling strategies. The study uses sales transaction data from December 9, 2023, to January 8, 2024. The analysis results indicate that the optimal RFM-D model uses four customer clusters: Superstar Customers (50.37%), Golden Customers (31.92%), Typical Customers (17.65%), and Dormant Customers (0.06%). The MBA identifies 11 product association rules that can be utilized for bundling strategies. The recommended marketing strategies include exclusive loyalty programs for top customers and tailored promotions for potential and dormant customers. Implementing these strategies will increase customer retention and revenue for XYZ Hijab.
