Cinematherapy is one of various techniques in therapy, but in this paper the researcher tries to combine cinematherapy techniques and the use of Islamic films in cinematherapy techniques. This study has a purpose, namely, to analyze the development of cinematherapy to help clients, and the lack of specific references that discuss cinematherapy in a religious context. Therefore, this research is here to try to contribute in the academic and social sciences in terms of counseling guidance so that it can contribute to the development of cinematherapy in Islam. The method used in this research is library research from the findings of journals that specifically discuss cinematherapy problems, namely 16 journals obtained through geoogle schoolar, garuda journals, sinta journals, and various searches found. The results of the study found that the cinematherapy technique has a high success rate in terms of general scientific fields but specifically the use of cinematherapy in Islam to overcome client problems has not been found. Therefore, researchers are trying to present Islamic values in cinematherapy techniques as a form of scientific development in the form of cinematherapy as techniques and methods in overcoming client problems Keywords: therapy, film, cinematherapy, islam

Indonesia recently entered the rainy season, causing flooding in several areas, including in Jombang Regency, due to heavy rains. In light of this disaster, various physical and psychological supports are needed. Thus, emotional regulation is an important factor, because flood victims face difficult situations during disasters, ranging from loss of property to the most severe loss of family. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of emotional regulation training for flood victims in the Jombang area before and after the treatment. The subjects involved in this study were victims of the Jombang flood, which consisted of 30 children and 10 adults. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental research design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The data collection method used is by using a questionnaire with an ERQ (Emotional Regulations Questioner) scale. The data analysis technique used is to measure the difference between pretest and posttest. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the experimental group that was given the treatment experienced a significant increase in emotional regulation than the control group. This indicates that this training is able to improve emotional regulation for flood victims who experience the psychological impact of the disaster they experienced. Education is expected to be a good community personality forming agent and full of responsibility through the role of BK teachers. In the process of implementation, education is faced with the complexity of problems, one of which is related to the lack of availability of BK teachers. So that this kind of condition forces in many schools / madrasahs still make PAI teachers as BK teachers and will eventually cause problems. This research is a library research in digging and getting an overview of the problems of PAI teachers as counselors in order to optimize BK services in schools. The problems experienced come from internal and external factors. Internal problems include perception and understanding considering that BK services are not the work of PAI teachers, BK services are considered as additional tasks, the lack of knowledge of PAI teachers in mastering the field of BK science. External problems include the lack of understanding of parents towards BK services, BK Services are only complementary as if it can be done by anyone, BK teachers are considered school police so that learners feel afraid of BK teachers. The skills that must be possessed by a counselor are not only basic skills in understanding techniques to carry out various counseling services. However, a great counselor must also master and know the various values that live in society, even though these values are different from the values they hold. It is possible that a counselor will deal with clients from different cultural backgrounds. This article was written with the aim of describing the cultural-based counseling skills that should be held by a counselor, especially counselors who are in a culturally diverse society. This article uses library research methods and literature studies by analyzing various interesting studies that give rise to new theories that can be seen logically to become something that can be applied in the field. Improving the skills of the counselor does not need to be by eliminating or removing the basic skills that the counselor already has. Even the various abilities that counselors already have can be used by utilizing and devoting these strengths to the fullest. Keywords: counselor skills; culture-based counseling

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-esteem and self-confidence of orphanage youth. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational techniques to 73 adolescents who live in an orphanage in Lima Kaum District. This study uses two scales, namely the self-esteem scale from Coopersmith and the self-confidence scale from Lauster. Data analysis used statistical analysis with the help of SPSS Version 20 software. The results showed that self-esteem had a significant positive relationship with self-confidence with a correlation coefficient value of 0.084> 0.05. This means that the higher the self-esteem of adolescents, the higher the self-confidence of adolescents. On the other hand, the lower the self-esteem of the teenager, the lower the self-confidence of the teenager. Keywords: self-esteem;self-confidence;adolescents

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a change in learning patterns from generally face-to-face either in the university enviroment or in a place of practice, turning into bold or online learning that carried out from their respective homes to fulfill the rights of students to receive education during the pandemic. This learning pattern becomes a separate problem that will trigger the occurrence of academic stress. One of the factors that influence academic stress is social support. Social support is believed to be able to overcome academic stress. The research objectives areThis study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between social support and academic stress in Malahayati medical students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research, using a sampling technique Accidental sampling totaling 121 samples. The research respondents were 121 students with the highest level of social support in the moderate category (67.8%) and the highest level of academic stress in the severe category (54.5%). The results of this study indicate that there is no significantcorrelationbetween social support and academic stress in Malahayati University medical students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Students life was changes in Covid-19 pandemic, both in learning or in economy aspect. This case can trigger the person to experience academic stress. One of the factors that influence academic stress is mindset. Mindset can more affect a person when facing a problem. The person’s who have negative mindset usually consider themselves incapable so they can prevent a person from getting a better quality of life. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between negative mindset with academic stress in Medical Students of Malahayati University during covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a analytic type. Data sources with questionnaires.The study respondents is 121 students with the most negative mindset levels in the moderate category, which was 78 people (64.5%). And the highest level of academic stress in the weight category amounted to 66 people (54.5%). Statistical studies show the value of p or p-value is 0.989 (p > 0.05) and the correlation test is 0.001, so it can be concluded that there is no significant association between negative mindset and academic stress in Malahayati University medical students during the Covid-19 pandemic class of 2018. Testing the effect of group counseling with behavioral rehearsal techniques on increasing student learning responsibilities in the era of the covid-19 pandemic is the purpose of this study, one group pretest and posttest designs were used in this study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the Sarbini Grabag Islamic Junior High School students who had low learning responsibility characteristics using a sample of 8 people. It is carried out by using a learning responsibility questionnaire on the data collection method. Parametric analysis of paired sample t-test was used in the data analysis method. This research has succeeded in proving that group counseling with behavioral rehabilitation techniques has an effect on increasing learning responsibilities in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the paired sample t test are proven by the probability value of sig(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.0005 There is a difference in the average score of the learning responsibility scale of 37.68% between the pretest and posttest on the results of the discussion and data analysis. The conclusion from the results of this research is that group counseling with behavioral rehearsal techniques has an effect on increasing student learning responsibilities in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The purpose of this study is to find, study and further explore scientifically and theoretically, about the importance of the position and role of needs analysis, in order to maximize the process of guidance and counseling services in schools. Through this research, it will be explained scientifically about the reasons for the importance of needs analysis for the formulation of bk services in schools. It is hoped that later from this research a basic paradigm of thinking will emerge related to the urgency of analyzing the needs for bk services. This research is a literature study which is a study carried out through the collection of information and data on various sources derived from libraries, which is inseparable from the problem to be solved. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by the content analysis method. Needs analysis plays a role in planning programs in the long term, short term and certain programs, as well as laying the foundation for the formulation of counseling service programs that will be carried out. The implementation of the needs analysis for students can be the basis for the formulation of guidance and counseling programs in schools, by conducting a needs analysis of students, teachers can formulate various guidance and counseling service programs appropriately. This article aims to determine the effect of the authoritarian parenting style on the independence of class XII SMAN 22 Surabaya. Quantitative research using correlational design. The sample used was 100 students by taking simple random sampling. Data collection uses a measurement scale with the instrument of authoritarian and independent parenting based on the aspects of each variable. Data analysis with product moment correlation. The results show that authoritarian parenting affects independence, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient (-0.294) with a significant level of 0.003 (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a negative effect of authoritarian parenting on independence. This means that low independence is a result of high authoritarian parenting.
