Abstract

Learning media are all forms in the form of tools and objects that can help the learning process by stimulating thoughts, bringing feelings, to growing students' attention and willingness to further explore the material presented so as to create learning conditions that are intentional, orderly, purposeful, and effective. under control. The history of Islamic culture itself consists of 3 words, each of which has a meaning, namely, history, culture, and Islam. In Arabic history is called tarikh / date, which is a branch of science that deals with various events. The meaning of history is all forms of past events that have important value in the human journey. This Audio Visual Learning Media is present because there is less than optimal learning. And one of the subjects that really need it is the History of Islamic Culture. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method or method used in analyzing research data by clearly describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is. Based on the results of product moment statistical analysis, there is a positive correlation between variable X and variable Y, which includes a strong correlation between audio-visual media in SKI learning and learning outcomes. The teacher applies learning and students can get good learning so that students are able to develop their talents and can improve their attitudes and behavior after receiving learning from the teacher. Student learning outcomes can also be obtained properly influenced also by the conditions of students that allow them to participate in the teaching and learning process, such as physical health, school environment, and community environment. Abstract

Due to their unique risk profile, Islamic banks face challenges in risk management. This study aims to review the risks faced by Islamic banks. This study explores risk practices through selected literature and describes the risks faced by Islamic banks. The results show that there are several risks faced by Islamic banks including: credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, legal risk, withdrawal risk, benchmark risk and fiduciary risk. Another finding is that Islamic banking is riskier than conventional banks due to its uniqueness in providing financing. In addition, this is also due to an immature money market, limited availability of lender of last resort facilities from the central bank, and a lack of market infrastructure. Islamic banks from the literature analyzed, have not shown to have developed effective solutions to manage the risks of conventional banks and face their own unique risks. Abstract

Horticultural crops or green plants have a great possibility of increasing because they have a high monetary value and a truly open market potential, both locally and abroad. Capacity as a supplier of different nutrients, minerals, fiber and blends for healthful satisfaction. As a financial capacity, green harvest is a type of income for farmers, traders and industry. With the many elements of green plants as will be described, there are also inhibiting elements that cause agricultural crops to not develop ideally, this is due to one element of disease. The strategy used in this paper is a subjective technique, with library research procedures. The information used is from the Statistical Measurement Agency (BPS). In collecting information involves references related to the creation of plants in Indonesia. The agrarian business sector will contribute, among others, to job retention and the production of higher added value in the various items submitted. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the development of Untirta TV in 2008-2013. This research method is historical, includes heuristics (data collection), source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation were carried out at Untirta TV. The results of this study indicate that the forerunner to the birth of Untirta TV campus community television in 2008 was community television as a laboratory facility for television broadcast production courses. Untirta TV aims to prepare human resources who excel in communication science and have academic insight to compete in the practical world in real life in society. In its development in 2009-2013, it went through a long process to obtain a broadcasting operation permit (IPP). In 2009 Untirta TV was inaugurated as a community television and was the first broadcast on electronic mass media screens, namely analog-based conventional television using Ultra High-Frequency transmitters. Furthermore, in 2010-2012 Untirta TV struggled to get a Broadcasting Operation Permit (IPP). In 2012 Untirta TV succeeded in obtaining the first stage of the Broadcasting Operation Permit (IPP) from the Ministry of Communication and Information, namely conducting a trial. one year for television broadcasts. Furthermore, in 2013, the trial period for the broadcasting license has ended. It can be extended once until a permanent broadcasting operation license (IPP) is obtained. In 2013, along with increasingly rapid technological developments, Untirta TV finally switched to using a new mass media, namely the online media YouTube. Untirta TV community television contributed to the field of education in 2009-2013, namely as a forum for the aspirations and information of the Untirta TV academic community that is educative by holding a program of activities both internal and external activities carried out by Untirta TV as a medium of communication for students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Abstract

Taklim assembly is classified as an association outside of school to shape the morals of teenagers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the taklim assembly in shaping the morals of teenagers. At the same time to find the contribution of the taklim assembly in shaping the morals of youth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. Determination of the sample as the object of research using a purposive technique. The results showed that the Majelis taklim was very effective in improving the morals of teenagers because the Majelis taklim as a forum or place for teenagers to gain knowledge about morals and worship in religion. Another finding is that the taklim assembly carries out various moral developments for adolescents starting from providing motivation to adolescents, developing quality youth resources such as teaching social morals according to Islamic teachings, inviting youth as administrators of the taklim assembly and carrying out religious counseling. At the same time providing an example or example for teenagers to follow the example of the teachers in the taklim assembly. In the economic field, youth have been involved in youth empowerment activities such as making dish soap, deodorizing clothes and vehicle lubricants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan Berpikir Kritis di siswa dan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Model Discovery Learning dengan media mind mapping terhadap peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI SMAN 2 Pandeglang. Metode yg digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan Nonequivalent control group Desaign. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini memakai teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini kelas IPS 6 menjadi kelas Eksperimen dan kelas IPS 5 menjadi kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan penelitian di peroleh adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen yg memakai model Discovery learning dengan media mind mapping dengan kelas kontrol yg menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional ceramah serta diskusi N-gain menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nila rata-homogen kelas eksperimen memperoleh yang akan terjadi 0,83 yg masuk kedalam katagori tinggi, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-homogen 0,46 menggunakan katagori rendah sesuai yang akan terjadi uji t’ di peroleh nilai t'hitung = 8,42 serta t'tabel 1,65 menggunakan taraf signifikan ɑ = 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dampak penggunaan Media Mind Mapping pada menaikkan berpikir kritis kritis siswa di mata pelajaran Sejarah di SMAN 2 Pandeglang. berdasarkan akibat uji t’diperoleh nilai thitung 8,24 dan ttabel 1,999 dengan tafar signifikan ɑ=0,05 maka ada perbedaan berpikir kritis antara siswa kelas Eksperimen yg memakai model pembelajaran Discovery Learning menggunakan media mind mapping dengan siswa kelas kontrol yang memakai model pembelajaran konvensional maka penggunaan model discovery learning dengan media mind mapping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada sisw kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Pandeglang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population taken is the staff of KSPCU Dharma Prima Kita, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, and the method used is saturated sampling (census). The sample consisted of 40 respondents from KSP CU Dharma Prima Kita. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive test, multiple regression test, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous) were used to prove and analyze the research results. The results showed that 1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work discipline has a positive and important effect on the quality of job satisfaction. 4) Management style, organizational culture, and work discipline also have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Attitudes and Perceptions on Decisions to Use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. With Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Data analysis in this research is quantitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis test tool. The object of this research is Peer To Peer Lending Syariah Fintech users in Indonesia. The sample was taken using the proportioned cluster sampling method, where the sample taken was only Sharia peer-to-peer (P2P) fintech users up to 100 samples. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that Attitudes, Perceptions affect the satisfaction of Fintech Syariah Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction affects the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Attitude influences the satisfaction of Fintech Syariah Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Perception does not affect the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between attitudes towards the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceptions of decisions to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the short-term effect of the relationship between Stock Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Jakarta Islamic Index, and LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study is 208 time series data by including the entire population into the sample, which is 208 time series data. VECM is one of the econometric models used in analyzing the data in this study. Based on the research the hypothesis is accepted because the variables of Jakarta Islamic Index and LQ45 stock trading volume have an effect, while other variables do not, so the hypothesis is rejected.Keywords : Stock Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Jakarta Islamic Index, LQ45 Index, VECM

Abstract

This research is motivated by environmental conditions that are increasingly disturbing caused by human actions. Therefore, to realize environmental awareness, environmental education is needed at various levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze environmental education at the Al-Hassan Modern Islamic Boarding School Pondok Gede, Bekasi. The method is a descriptive method which is intended to describe phenomena that exist in the form of scientific phenomena. The results of this study indicate that Al-Hassan Pondok Gede Modern Islamic Boarding School, Bekasi has carried out an environmental campaign that started around the islamic boarding school and eventually spread to the surrounding community. Some of the program carried out are the vision and mission of an environmentally friendly islamic boarding school, the rules and regulations that exist in the Al-Hassan Islamic boarding school Pondok Gede Bekasi prioritizing an attitude of caring for the environment.
