This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data using a questionnaire technique. The research population was students of FEBI UINSU, using a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique; validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS 26 software. The results of the research variable Price partially have no effect on Purchase Decisions. Product Knowledge and Product Quality partially influence Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable by 30.7%, the remaining 69.3% is explained by other variables outside the study. Abstract

This research explores the influence of halal labels and product quality on the purchase intention of medicines, with a focus on postgraduate Sharia Economics students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU). In the context of Indonesia, with its significant Muslim-majority population, halal products have substantial growth potential. However, consumer awareness of the halal status of non-food products, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector directly impacting public health, remains low. The study aims to examine two independent variables: the influence of halal labels and product quality on the purchase intention of medicines. The hypotheses suggest that both halal labels and product quality have a significant influence on the purchase intention of medicines. A quantitative research method is employed, with data collected through a survey questionnaire distributed to postgraduate students in Sharia Economics at UINSU. The findings of this research are expected to provide insights into the factors affecting consumer decisions when purchasing halal medicines. Furthermore, the study's results may have practical implications for businesses and policymakers interested in promoting the production and consumption of halal products in Indonesia. This research is particularly relevant given Indonesia's status as the world's largest halal industry market.

Abstract

Despite being the country with the largest Muslim population globally, Indonesia faces challenges in implementing halal food supply regulations, particularly in the meat industry. This study aims to explore the factors influencing the decision of actors in the halal meat supply chain in Aceh, Indonesia, to obtain halal certification for their products. Data was collected through structured interviews with 150 participants involved in the halal meat supply chain. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study applied the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) alongside government regulations on halal food and compliance to predict certification behavior through the intention to certify. The findings suggest that attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, halal regulation, and compliance influence the intention to certify, which in turn affects the behavior of the actors. This study demonstrates that intention to certify acts as a mediating factor in the relationship between these variables and the behavior of actors within the halal meat industry. These findings have substantial implications for both the halal food industry and regulatory bodies seeking to enhance halal certification rates in Indonesia.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK - Determinan Perilaku Sertifikasi Daging Halal di Indonesia: Analisis Theory of Planned Behavior. SMEs often face limited resources, including capital, labor, and access to information. These limitations can affect the ability of MSMEs to conduct in-depth market analysis, develop long-term strategies, and implement necessary changes. Effective strategic management can assist MSMEs in achieving market differentiation, exploiting local advantages, and optimizing limited resources. MSMEs can also take advantage of their speed and flexibility to respond quickly to market changes, utilize information and communication technology to improve operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with customers and business partners. Abstract

In the life of the increasingly advanced millennial generation and intense competition, all parties are required to organize all work systematically with the aim that what has been planned at the beginning can be achieved properly.  Likewise, a company is required to be able to keep up with the times.  All of that can be done well if the company implements good management.  Likewise with sharia-based companies.  The development of the Islamic banking system in Indonesia is carried out within the framework of a dual banking system or dual banking system within the framework of the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API), to present a more complete alternative banking service to the Indonesian people.  Management in Islam is the activity of ordering, organizing and thinking that contains the values of faith and monotheism, structuring a good organization and system in accordance with the Qur'an and sunnah of the Prophet.  The millennial generation or generation Y is widely known as the generation born between 1980 and 2000. The millennial generation is goal-oriented and has a high level of self-confidence and independence.  The millennial generation, which was born along with the development of technology, often has more knowledge about the digital world than its predecessor generations.  Rapidly advancing technological knowledge launched the millennial generation into an era where everything can be accessed easily from various places and by anyone.  This type of research includes field research.  Field research is used by digging up data sourced from locations or field research.  This study uses qualitative methods, qualitative methods are research based on natural object conditions, (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out in triangulation (combined), data analysis is qualitative in nature, and the results of the research are more  Emphasize meaning over generalizations.
