Abstract

Obyek wisata adalah segala sesuatu yang unik, indah, dan bernilai tinggi berupa keanekaragaman kekayaan alam dan buatan yang menjadi sasaran atau tujuan kunjungan wisatawan dan daerah tujuan wisata disebut destinasi pariwisata sebagai tujuan wisata, Dusun Kaleak, Sagulubbeg. Desa Siberut Barat Daya Kabupaten Siberut memiliki objek wisata berupa air terjun Majaujau yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata di Pulau Mentawai. Namun dalam perkembangannya objek wisata ini belum tertata dengan baik, oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan destinasi wisata ini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori fungsional struktural Robert K. Merton. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan informan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan informan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah melakukan upaya pengembangan objek wisata air terjun Majaujau, walaupun belum maksimal namun perkembangan tersebut dapat dilihat melalui daya tarik, aksesibilitas, fasilitas, dan kelembagaan yang semuanya ada di dalamnya. Bentuk: pembangunan WC umum, promosi berupa spanduk, pertunjukan Turuk Langgai di daerah. Daya tarik wisata, sedangkan masyarakat berupaya berpromosi melalui penerapan sapta pesona. Pengelola air terjun Majaujau adalah kepala desa dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee perceptions of the implementation of the concept of Tri Hita Karana at Sudamala Suites & Villas Sanur. This research is descriptive qualitative & quantitative research. The sample in this research is using Saturation Sampling determination technique. The population referred to in this study are all employees (staff) Sudamala Suites & Villas who dujadikan the respondents a number of 70 people. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, interview, questionnaires distribution, literature study and documentation. The result of the research shows that employee perception towards the implementation of Tri Hita Karana concept in Sudamala Suites & Villas can be seen that from the three variables Tri Hita Karana has been categorized as well implemented with the total average score of 3.01, for Parhyangan get the average score 2,99, Pawongan variable got average score of 3.08, and variable of Palemahan get average score 2,96, this is because Sudamala Suites & Villas Sanur have implemented Tri Hita Karana concept but not yet fully. The result of this perception is in accordance with the opinion of the informant, Mr. Komang Satria Nugraha L. Putra as Asst. Human Resources Manager that the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana concept at Sudamala Suites & Villas has not been fully implemented due to several indicators of the unfinished Tri Hita Karana concept that caused Sudamala Suites & Villas Sanur to date have not been able to implement the concept of Tri Hita Karana. The suggestions that can be submitted based on the results of the discussion is to improve the application of the concept of Tri Hita Karana by joining the Tri Hita Karana Awards & Accreditation competition, establishing a special Team as well as adding to the diversity of flora in Sudamala Suites & Villas so that the existing plant species do not look monotonous and look more beautiful and beautiful.

Abstract

Abstract Palembang City is the capital of South Sumatra Province which has diverse tourism potential in attracting tourists. It cannot be denied that the Asian Games will be held in 2018, contributing to the increasing number of accommodations in the city of Palembang. With the promotion activities carried out by hotel managers as well as offering the best prices for consumers, the determination of purchasing decisions will be easier. This research is a descriptive verification study using explanatory survey methods and the analysis technique used is path analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotions and prices both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at three Three-Star Hotels, namely Santika Radial Palembang, Batiqa Hotel Palembang, and Swarna Dipa Hotels. The relationship between promotion variables on purchasing decisions has a value of 0.988. The relationship between price variables on purchasing decisions has a price value of 0.756. The relationship between promotion and price on purchasing decisions based on the results of this study states have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku yang menunjang tercapainya tujuan. Sumber daya manusia dikatakan produktif apabila dapat menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab tepat waktu. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini memilih lokasi di Komaneka Bisma dikarenakan persentase okupansi kamar di Komaneka Bisma pada tahun 2019 mengalami fluktuatif apabila dilihat dari bulan februari sampai mei di tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Komaneka Resorts, Komaneka Bisma. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan 112 kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan operasional di Komaneka Bisma Ubud. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, hipotesis (uji t), dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan di Komaneka Bisma Ubud. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 46% variabel motivasi kerja. Uji t pada variabel motivasi kerja (X), menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung dengan nilai 9,688 lebih besar daripada t-tabel dengan nilai 1.981 serta nilai signifikansi variabel X sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil daripada nilai signifikansi alpha sebesar 0,025, bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan variabel motivasi kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan layak menjadi variabel penentu produktivitas karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 46% variabel motivasi kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Abstrak Jorong Aie Sanam merupakan jorong yang terletak di Nagari Sungai Nanam Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Jorong aie sanam memiliki pemandangan yang indah dan letaknya yang starategis yang dikelilingi perbukitan. Potensi wisata yang ada di jorongan Aie Sanam berupa Embung Sungai Nanam dan Bukik Cambai.Embung Sungai Nanam berdiri sejak tahun 2017, yang dibangun oleh PUPR yang kemudian dalam pengelolaannya diserahkan kepada masyarakat Aie Sanam. Dalam pengelolaannya ini masyarakat menjadikan Embung sebagai objek wisata. Namu dalam pengelolaannya, sejauh ini wisata tersebut belum begitu optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami masyarakat dalam mengembangkan Objek Wisata Embung Sungai Nanam Di Aie Sanam Di Kecematan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori fungsionalisme struktural dari paradigma fakta sosial mengenai disfungsional yang dikemukakan oleh Robert K. Merton. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan 9 orang, jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengunpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi non partisipan dan wawancara mendalam, unit analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kelompok. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menjadi kendala masyarakat dalam mengembangakan wisata Embung Sungai Nanam di jorong Aie Sanam diakibatkan oleh 1) keterbatasan dana dan penyelewengan dana, 2) kurangnya kerjasama masyarakat yang diakibatkan karena sensitifitas masyarakat, serta adanya pro dan kontra masyarakat terhadap pemberian nama wisata Embung Sungai Nanam, 3) kurangnya sarana prasarana yang ada diwisata, yang diakibatkan keterbatasan dana yang terjadi. Abstract

The background of this research is because the high of workload on the employees that impactthe quality of service or work from FO Spv, reception, belldriver, and reservation. That will cause the decrease theservice rate, the level of work concentration, excessive work hours, and the attention to the guests will be lessened, and it will probably make guests feel disappointed about the services provided by the Front Office Department. The purpose of this study is to discover the workload and the total manpower that should be needed at the Front Office Department at The Astari Villa & Residence Jimbaran. The methods in collecting the data were by doing observation, interview, and did a questionnaire. In analyzing the data was used descriptive qualitative to describe the job of the Front Office Department, and used quantitative methods to answer the problem of the study in this research. The result of the data analysis shows the workload from the entire section of the Front Office Department at The Astari Villa & Residence Jimbaran encounter with lack of manpower which has different quantities of manpower in every section, that decreasing the quality of service to the guests. It could be seen from the guests’ comments to the service that provided by the Front Office Department, were dominated with ‘Average’ rate. To increase the service for the guests, there should be also increased the amount of manpower in every section of the Front Office Department. The actual total manpower needed are 2 for FO Spv, 4 for reception, 2 for belldriver, and 1 for the reservation to completing the duties and be responsible for their work. But, due to the emptiness of the reservation section, they need to hire a new manpower to fulfill the section. The additional of manpower in every section will probably help the operational duties of Front Office Department goes well and could give the guests the best and fast service. Abstract

This research is motivated by the quality of service bartenders / bartendres who must provide good service to tourists by providing good service. The purpose of this study was to find out about the quality of bartender / bartendres services and tourist satisfaction criteria for bartender / bartendres services at the Sea Fire Salt Bar at Anantara Uluwatu Resort & Spa Bali. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. Data were analyzed with Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Likert Scale and Importance - Performance Analysis The results of the study of 100 tourists from performance appraisal that affected the level of tourist satisfaction with the service quality of bartenders / bartendres at Sea Fire Salt in Anantara Uluwatu Resort & Spa Bali obtained an assessment of service quality performance categorized as good for tourist satisfaction. Of the five (5) indicators, all indicators get the same score that is said to be good, and no one answers very well. While the assessment of interests that affect the level of tourist satisfaction with the service quality of bartenders / bartendres at Sea Fire Salt in Anantara Uluwatu Resort & Spa Bali obtained an assessment of service quality performance categorized as important and very important to tourist satisfaction.Suggestions that can be given to the quality of service of the bartender / bartendres must continue to be improved so that tourists who visit get satisfaction and visitors are expected to return to visit the Sea Fire Salt Bar at Anantara Uluwatu Resort & Spa Bali

Abstract

The development of tourism n ndonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic has experienced a very significant decline. Bali as a major tourist destination n ndonesia also experienced the same thing. This has a direct mpact on various sectors, especially the hotel accommodation sector. Many hotels are doing various ways in order to survive in this pandemic era by carrying out promotional strategies. One of the promotional strategies that s carried out is a staycation. Alila Hotel Seminyak is one of the hotels affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which is conducting a staycation promotion to attract tourists to stay at the hotel. This study aims to determine the effect of staycation promotions on guest decisions to stay at Alila Hotel Seminyak during the covid-19 pandemic era. The research method used n this research s descriptive quantitative with simple linear regression data analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant nfluence between staycation promotions on guest decisions to stay at Alila Hotel Seminyak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi promosi destinasi wisata edukasi yang ada di Taman Nusa Tulikup Gianyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal dari langkah-langkah strategi pengembangan suatu daya tarik wisata dengan tujuan utama wisatawan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah secara kualitatif, dengan mengacu pada teori Promosi dan Teori Destinasi Wisata. Agar tersebar merata, dan mendapatkan data yang komprehensif, fokus penelitian berada pada Taman Nusa di Desa Sidan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah secara kualitatif, dengan mengacu pada teori Promosi dan Teori Destinasi Wisata. Agar tersebar merata, dan mendapatkan data yang komprehensif, fokus penelitian berada pada Taman Nusa di Desa Sidan, Kabupaten Gianyar. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi kepustakaan diharapkan, secara akademis, penelitian ini mampu mengkaji dan mengeksplorasi lebih dalam berkenaan dengan latar belakang, pola-pola sosialisasi yang diterapkan, dan implikasinya terhadap masyarakat setempat juga wisatawan khususnya yang berkunjung ke Taman Nusa yang berada di Desa Sidan, Gianyar. Kemudian diharapkan juga dapat menjadi salah satu sumbangan pemikiran dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan yang berbasis budaya yang inovatif, kreatif, dan berkesinambungan. Abstract

The pandemic that has occurred for almost two years has also changed the direction of tourism policy in Indonesia, the government is focusing on the tourism sector through the application of health protocols in a disciplined manner which is intensively carried out through various forms of socialization to the implementation of certification in various tourism business fields. Likewise Labuan Bajo, continues to strive to increase the confidence of tourists to come back by paying attention to health protocols in a disciplined manner. Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf took the initiative to develop CHSE-based health protocol guidelines in each tourism sector, including the accommodation sector. This is done considering that the CHSE-based health protocol has an important role to revive the tourism sector, especially in the accommodation sector. In this study, the researchers focused on the implications of implementing CHSE on phinisi tourist ships in Labuan Bajo. The results of the analysis of the application of CHSE are the success of the three ships in implementing the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability) concept even though they have not been certified CHSE by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. However, in the implementation of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability) all points in this application have health protocols that have met the criteria so that tourists can visit Labuan Bajo comfortably and safely by phinisi boat as the right choice of accommodation.
