Abstract

The learning carried out by the teacher in a classroom must develop the qualities of learning, which one of them is students’ learning motivation. Students who are not passionate about learning may find it difficult to develop their achievement. Many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously. This research was a qualitative research and sampling technique of saturated sample was applied. 30 students were selected as primary data source and 2 teachers was as secondary data source. Data collecting techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification. Research stages I and II involved students and teachers with Da'wah educational background. While, stage III and IV involved students and teachers with PAI educational background.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students' lathe practices who are taught by using work preparation sheets and not using the work preparation sheets in turning practice. It is also to find out the differences in the learning outcomes of students in both classes during machining practice-training courses at the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen. The research method used was a True Experimental Design research method in which the implementation used a Posttest-Only Control Design type that compares the experimental class with the control class. The population in this study was class XI TPM Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen which consisted of 2 classes with 58 students. Class XI TPM 1 was selected as the experimental class and class XI TPM 2 as the control class. The data collection was obtained from the results of the lathe practice. The results showed that the students of class XI TPM1 (experimental class) obtained an average value of turning the practice of 85.62. While the learning outcomes of class XI TPM2 students (control class) obtained an average value of 62.78 lathe practice. From these results, it can be concluded that learning outcomes using work preparation sheet learning during practice are better than those who do not use work preparation sheets during lathe practice.

Abstract

Al-Quran Hadith is one of the subjects in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Arabic language. This subject is important to learn without reducing the importance of other subjects that are still in the same family or other general subjects being taught. This article aims to provide strategies for finding appropriate and relevant patterns related to the development of science and technology; times have changed towards the era of society 5.0. Changing is a strategy used by the tutors of Al-Quran Hadith subjects while continuing to update their knowledge to deal with changes, which changes cannot be restrained and inhibited. So that students have the stimulation to study the Al-Quran Hadith to encourage them to be individuals who give benefits to themselves, their families and society. Many cases in this country can be minimized through students' understanding of the Al-Qur’an and Hadith. This research was library research and used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected through various articles and relevant books. A descriptive analysis was carried out and conclusions were made. The result of this article showed a strategy that must be owned by educators was adapting to the times they are facing, especially the subjects of the Al-Quran and Hadith as the main guidance for Muslims

Abstract

As of May 26, 2020, the world was shocked by a virus outbreak that spread across planet earth, the impact of which must be felt by the world community in general and the Indonesian people in particular. This virus has infected 5,623,503 people, with a death toll of 348,760 and several patients who recovered 2,393,552 and infected 213 countries, according to world meters that informed it in 2020. Therefore, the world is currently busy with the emergence of the virus. the. The virus is known as the coronavirus or Covid-19. Meanwhile, in Indonesia itself, the spread of the coronavirus was first discovered on March 2, 2020, and this was conveyed directly by President Joko Widodo. If the atmosphere of the family or home environment is not supportive, then all maturity that is ready to develop will not develop. So if the atmosphere of the family or home environment is not conducive, it will affect the formation of character in children This research uses the library research method. The Result of this research is the habituation method is the right way or system and is recommended to be used in the context of character building, especially during this pandemic because children interact more with their families than with teachers, it is an opportunity for parents to instil their children's character through habituation methods.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of Islamic education in France. The reviews in this paper are increasingly exotic because they stretch the historicity of Islamic education with a political-sociological perspective in the country that was once Napoleon Bonaparte’s zone of power. Although it uses literary research methods, analysis with a political-sociological approach supported by adequate literature data produces objective conclusions. Some of the findings of this methodological creation include: first, France is one of the European countries with a high Muslim population growth rate; second, the development of Islamic education in France reaped heavy resistance when secular ideology colored the country, but in the era of republican rule its development accelerated until the establishment of private Islamic educational institutions recognized by the government; and third, the sacred public space of Muslims is increasingly widespread both in terms of worship, the use of symbols (headscarves), and others.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research was to describe the experience of teaching activities using shift system during the pandemic and to know the obstacles students’ experience in the learning activity. The method of this study was qualitative with descriptive design. Subject of the study was one teacher and 10 students of XI IPA3 of SMAN No.3 Langsa. The data were collected by using questionnaire and documentation. Based on the result of the research, the experience of teaching activity using shift system has an impact on the learning process. The teacher must arrange the schedule and students material according to the syllabus continuously for different days. It often leads the teacher to repeat the material was unintentionally. In addition, the duration of learning is only 30 minutes, which the previous was 45 minutes. Then, students also experienced obstacles during the learning. Students found difficulties in understanding the materials explained by the teacher because the duration was short. The system made them lazy to study as the learning is divided in to shift A & B. It can be concluded that the teaching activity using the shift system do not run optimally.

Abstract

Ethics plays an important role and becomes a guideline for human behavior. This is also the case with counselors who must have interaction ethics in counseling services. Specialized research discusses more specific prophetic interaction ethics, namely some that I would like to investigate prophetic in hadith. The purpose of this study is to explore how hadith relates to counselor-client relationship ethics and how the practice of Prophetic hadith relates to relationship ethics in counselor-client relationship ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques to describe the topic and subject of the research. The data sources used are primary data, secondary data from hadith books, and books related to the research focus. The findings of this study are relevant to the ethics of counselor-client interaction, namely: The counselor must be polite, greeting, humble, share the good news, behave well, be honest, patient, empathetic, shameful, obey prohibitions, and hurt. as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. The conclusion that can be drawn is that in order for the counseling process to run effectively, counselors must master and understand the ethics of interaction in the counseling process.

Abstract

Splay principals play a decisive and strategic role in education sector. They play multi-functional roles, not only as leaders and educators but also as motivators, supervisors, controllers, and administrators. In the context of educational supervision, the principal is a role model in conducting business services and providing assistance between employees and the leader. This s contributes to teaching and learning process to develop their abilities improve and enhance the teaching and learning process at school. This research applied field research with a qualitative approach. The method used was a descriptive analysis study. Results showed that the supervision model of the school principal of SMP Negeri 1 Julok in improving the Islamic Religious Education teachers’ performance emphasized on developing punctuality in various aspects, especially at the administrative level.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in madrasah is a component that significantly determines the success of leadership. Madrasah leaders play a strategic role in improving teacher activity. This research aims to find out how madrasah management can improve the performance of MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki teachers. In this study, qualitative research methods were used. Data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data provision, and total pictures. The results showed that the leadership of the head of MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki has carried out leadership well, including in terms of influencing subordinates with communication to achieve goals, giving orders or tasks, motivating and coordinating teachers in realizing all plans to achieve the vision and mission of the madrasah and creating a sense of confidence and support among subordinates. This has a significant impact on improving teacher performance at MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki. However, it cannot be denied that the performance of MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki teachers still needs to be maximized

Abstract

Problem-solving is a high-level mental process and requires a more complex thinking process. So special treatment is needed so that students can solve the problems given by the teacher. This study aims to explore problem-solving ability through students' communication skills in solving the flat building test. Data were collected through written tests on number pattern problems and interviews for anything unclear. The data were analyzed by the constant comparative method. The research was conducted on 30 students of Nurul Huda Junior High School in Malang. The result of the research is the stages of problem-solving through communication skills in solving math problems namely: understanding the problem, planning the solution, implementing the plan, and looking back. Our findings show that communication skills have an important role in the researcher's exploration of building students' problem-solving abilities. Students who are able to communicate well orally and in writing can solve problem-solving tests/questions and are interested in facing challenges and willingness to solve problems. The results and findings of this study can contribute knowledge to educators in building students' problem-solving abilities through their communication skills throughout problem-solving.
