This study illustrates the accountability of local government performance in the administration of public services in South Labuhanbatu Regency which includes honesty and legal accountability, process accountability, and financial accountability and programs. The method used in this research is descriptive research method by conducting surveys and interviews. The study found that licensing is still not focused in one place, licensing procedures that still require manual signatures, internal and external coordination are still manual and the lack of understanding from the community is an obstacle in the performance of public service delivery.

In the last ten years the Human Development Index (HDI) in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province has always been at the bottom of all regencies/cities, namely between 9th and 10th, this is very sad because it is contrary to the condition of Tabalong District which is rich in Natural Resource. In connection with this the local government is trying to find ways to improve HDI so that it can catch up with other regions. Gerbang Emas Bersinar Program, which began in 2015 by local governments targeting mainly in the fields of economy, health education and people's welfare, was able to improve the HDI of Tabalong Regency, which had always been ranked lower in the last few years, always in the top 5. This research will explain how tGerbang Emas Bersinar Policy can contribute to the improvement of HDI in Tabalong Regency.

This study discusses the dynamics of direct regional head elections at the provincial level with a case study of the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2018. This study is not necessarily interpreted as a change in direct local elections to be indirect, but rather as a middle way in making policies in the future. will come. This study begins with a review of various direct election problems as a form of evaluation. Thus, the implementation of direct elections can improve the quality of democracy at the local and national levels. Further research is highly recommended after this study.

Perang melawan kelaparan, kekurangan gizi dan rawan pangan telah menjadi tujuan utama negara-negara di seluruh dunia. Walaupun ada perbedaan dalam bagaimana cara memproduksi pangan pada berbagai negara, akan tetapi tetap kelaparan tidak dapat di toleransi dalam bentuk apapun. Namun, kemajuan dalam memerangi kelaparan dan kekurangan gizi di negara-negara berkembang masih dalam taraf mengecewakan, bahkan ketika kemakmuran global secara keseluruhan telah meningkat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Semakin banyak orang yang kehilangan hak fundamental atas makanan, yang penting untuk semua hak-hak lain serta untuk keberadaan manusia itu sendiri. Krisis pangan dan gizi semakin dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, seiring meningkatnya volatilitas harga pangan dan resesi global yang memengaruhi kaum miskin. Dalam agenda strategis, akan perlu untuk mempromosikan pertumbuhan pertanian yang berpihak pada masyarakat miskin, mengurangi volatilitas pasar yang ekstrem dan memperluas perlindungan sosial dan aksi gizi anak. Perencanaan pegawai adalah suatu proses kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengestimasi secara sistematik kebutuhan dan suplai pegawai pada organisasi dimasa mendatang, sedangkan tujuan perencanaan pegawai sendiri adalah untuk mendapatkan pegawai yang memenuhi syarat baik segi kualitas maupun kuantitas agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik, sehingga dapat tercapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai seberapa jauh proses perencanan pegawai yang telah dilaksanakan oleh manajemen Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda deskriptif yang diawali dengan penelitian ekploratori untuk menemukan permasalahan dalam perencanaan sumber daya manusia.Metode deskriptif yang digunakan adalah "Studi Kasus" dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan informasi pada dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini diarahkan kepada 3 aspek yaitu (1) proses perencanaan pegawai (2) teknik peramalan kebutuhan dan suplai pegawai dan (3) data hasil penelitian. Kemudian data tersebut dibandingkan dengan teori perencanaan pegawai menurut konsep-konsep / prinsip-prinsip dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Data yang dianalisis adalah data pertumbuhan dan perputaran pegawai dari tahun 2015-2018 dan data beban kerja pegawai tahun 2019. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Subang, belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hal tersebut terlihat pada (1) aspek peramalan kebutuhan pegawai yang dibuat belum berdasarkan pada analisis beban kerja dan (2) aspek peramalan suplai pegawai baru dibuat berdasarkan inventarisasi pegawai yang ada tanpa memperhitungkan perubahan. Dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan perencanaan pegawai yang dibuat oleh manajemen dengan perencanaan pegawai yang penulis analisis berdasarkan teori manajemen sumberdaya manusia. Perbedaan ini menurut penulis muncul disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu dan dana dalam proses perencanaan pegawai yang disediakan oleh organisasi.

The research questions that will be investigated are how to establish a clear distinction between poverty and inequality in public policy debates and how public administrators can formulate and implement policies that will reduce world inequality today. Equality is not always seen as an equation of economic conditions but mainly as an equal opportunity to achieve it. This is why it is important to refer to the concept of social justice when addressing inequality. This article will review and analyze the current literature on poverty, inequality and social justice and will suggest some new approaches to eliminating inequality. Although the initiative required to achieve these objectives must come from politics, the public administrator will ultimately be the one to provide a definite plan or procedure to ensure the fulfillment of these political initiatives. This article will discuss how public policymakers can promote equality and social justice.

The BPBD annual report of North Sumatera shows that almost every year at several points the area has experienced an increase in natural disasters, this has implications for the formation of disaster preparedness cadets (Tagana) in Deli Serdang Regency who act as the front guard in disaster management. Through a qualitative approach, this thesis was conducted to describe how community intervention applied by Tagana in Deli Serdang regency in managing natural disaster so that it creates self-community in solving the problems, particularly the alertness in preparation to face natural disaster. The research findings show that, implementation of community interventions by Tagana in disaster management in Deli Serdang has a maximum are because of several supporting factors such as the community participation and professional personnel in terms of disaster expertise. In addition, Tagana is also facing the obstacle factors in the implementation of community interventions such as the predisposition and the dependence on funding.

This study aims to determine how much influence budget planning has on budget absorption. The method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 76 respondents, with the analysis technique is a simple linear regression coefficient. The results of this study have a significant influence between the dimensions of budget planning and budget absorption. With two-sided testing (significance = 0.05) the partial test results (t test) obtained t count > t table (12.582 > 1.995). In the simultaneous regression coefficient test (f test), the results of f count > f table (158.296 > 3.09) are obtained with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between budget planning and budget absorption. While the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 68.1%, the influence of budget planning on budget absorption is 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.

This study aims to reveal the search for the ideal method for optimizing the performance management of the South Tangerang Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) in an effort to resolve conflicts and create inter-religious harmony in South Tangerang City. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Purposive technique is used in determining the research subject. The results of this study indicate that the Tangsel FKUB has not implemented organizational management so that its role and performance in the society of South Tangerang are not optimal and optimal. Its presence is not widely known and its benefits have not been widely felt by the community. The researchers created the ESILINARY TRAS model as steps to optimize performance management that must be taken.
