Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) pada perilaku profesional dan prestasi akademik siswa dalam PjBL (project-based learning). Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 6 SD Al-Irsyad Banyuwangi dengan topik kemagnetan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Normalitas data diuji dengan menggunakan uji Exact dan signifikansi perbedaan antara dua kelompok berpasangan diuji dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed rank. Sebelum pendekatan siklus PDCA, rata-rata aspek work = 3,93, power = 3,81, ide = 3,54, tension = 3,74, dan prestasi akademik = 42,63. Setelah pendekatan siklus PDCA, rata-rata aspek work = 4,58, power = 4,54, ide = 4,38, tension = 4,43, dan prestasi akademik = 81,89. Uji signifikansi Wilcoxon signed rank untuk semua aspek adalah p-value < 0,05 yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pendekatan PDCA dalam PjBL. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PDCA membantu siswa dalam mengelola pembelajaran proyek pada aspek perilaku profesional dan prestasi akademik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing e-learning content method on learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning in achieving student learning outcomes at SDN Inpres Pela. The research method utilizes a quasi-experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group design, involving class VA (experimental group) applying the e-learning content method and class VB (control group) using conventional teaching methods. Evaluation of learning outcomes involves pre-tests and post-tests, as well as descriptive data analysis encompassing mean, median, variance, and standard deviation. Furthermore, requirement analysis is conducted through tests of homogeneity and normality. The research results reveal a significant improvement of 53.18% in the experimental group, with a substantial increase of 71.59% in learning outcomes compared to the control group. This study strengthens the evidence that the use of e-learning content in the learning process has a significantly positive impact on student learning outcomes. It provides a deeper understanding of the benefits of the e-learning content method in enhancing student learning achievements at SDN Inpres Pela.

Abstract

The application of innovation and creativity in counseling can help in building the relationship process between the client and the counselor. Researchers try to construct a counseling model by placing cultural values, and indigenous studies as the philosophy of the study concept. One approach that meets these elements is the "Among system." Researchers try to collaborate on the concept of thinking by using an educational approach in the implementation of indigenous counseling services. The study used the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) design, which explores how individuals understand their personal and social worlds through a detailed examination of their lives's experiences. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively, using Coding data analysis. The technique used is to compare and check the degree of trustworthiness of information obtained through different times and tools. Among is a result of Ki Hadjar Dewantoro's thinking, which means opvoeding or paedagogiek, so that intervention through among values, is an intervention based on pedagogical values.

Abstract

Rendahnya nilai matematika siswa diindikasikan salah satunya karena rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Kemampuan tersebut penting dimiliki oleh siswa baik untuk belajar matematika maupun kehidupan sehari-harinya, namun hasil observasi menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa disebabkan kecenderungan siswa belajar secara individu, serta kurangnya stimulus dan respon terhadap pekerjaan siswa, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu cara sebagai solusinya, yaitu dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran AIR yang melibatkan auditory, intellectually dan repetition untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran AIR terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dan mengetahui pembelajaran yang lebih baik antara model pembelajaran AIR dengan pembelajaran konvensional serta sikap siswa terhadap model pembelajaran AIR. Penelitian ini berbasis quasi experimental designdengan hanya melakukan posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan antara lain berupa tes pemecahan masalah, observasi, wawancara, dan skala sikap dengan subjek penelitian jumlah tiap kelas sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas AIR lebih tinggi sebesar 71,87 dibandingkan kelas KVS sebesar 59,54. Hal ini menandakan bahwa model pembelajaran AIR lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran AIR terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika yang didukung oleh sikap positif siswa terhadap pelaksanaan model pembelajaran AIR.

Abstract

Early childhood independence is influence by habituation factors applied by parents. In general, working parents have limited time in the process of guiding and developing children’s independence. In playing it, parents who work are sometimes assisted by other parties such as grandmothers, grandfathers or nannies. But there are parents who decide to carry out this role independence of children’s independence. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this research consisted of 3 children aged 5-6 years who both worked. This research data was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that from the third subject there was a difference in the picture of independence. Subject R shows that he is starting to be independent, while subjects I and M are already independent. For parents who are helped by grandmothers, children appear independents. For parents who are helped by grandmothers, children appear to be more independent compared to parents who are not helped by grandmothers. Therefore, this research recommends that parents ask for help parenting if needed and have three main roles, namely as a guide, motivator and facilitator.

Abstract

This study examines the mathematical communication skills of eighth-grade students in solving exponential problems. Effective mathematical communication enables students to articulate ideas clearly through writing, drawings, or symbols. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving three students with high, medium, and low math abilities. Data were collected via problem-solving tasks and semi-structured interviews to analyze students' strategies and thought processes. Results revealed notable differences in skills: high-ability students developed accurate models but lacked consistency, medium-ability students had a sufficient foundation but struggled with contextual interpretation, and low-ability students relied on basic operations without grasping the problem's context. These findings emphasize the need for adaptive learning approaches tailored to students' abilities to enhance mathematical communication. Study limitations include a small sample size and narrow topic focus. Future research should explore broader samples and topics to deepen insights, contributing to the development of more responsive math teaching methods that effectively foster mathematical communication skills.
