Abstract

Darul Arqam merupakan gerakan dakwah yang didirikan ole Ashari bin Muhammad, gerakan memproklamirkan bahwasanya guru dari Ashari bin Muhammad merupakan Imam Mahdi. Fatwa sesat disematkan kepada gerakan karena tidak sesuai dengan aqidah Ahl Sunnah wa Jamaah. Mereka kemudian mengubah nama Darul Arqam menjadi Rufaqo, dan diganti kembali menjadi Global Ikhwan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan terkait gerakan dakwah Global Ikhwan yang berfokus kepada ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualititatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif. Global Ikhwan saat ini menjadi sebuah gebrakan baru dalam ekonomi Islam, mereka menghadirkan berbagai macam unit usaha di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia hingga mancanegara. Menariknya, banyak yang tidak mengetahui, bahwa Darul Arqam tidaklah punah atau hilang melainkan berganti nama menjadi Global Ikhwan.

Abstract

Ketika dapat melaksanakan suatu pembelajaran guna menerapkan rencana kurikulum (secara langsung program) standar proses pembelajaran, dengan adanya pelibatan antara para siswa bersama guru yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Pembelajaran online pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) whatshapp groupmerupakan suatu pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dalam jaringan dimana gejolak guru dan cara memberi bahan ajar tidak bertemu langsung. Pembelajaran online whatshapp groupialah progres pembelajaran ketika sekolah bisa menerapkan penekanan pembentukan karakter dari berbagai kepribadian para siswa, baik karakter intrapersonal dan interpersonal. Dari latar belakang penelitian, peneliti bisa membuat rumusan masalah yakni terlaksananya pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, efektivitas pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, pengendalian pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, serta evaluatif pembelajaran online berbasis soft skill. Tujuan penelitian ini guna mendeskripsi terkait terlaksananya pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, perencanaan pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, pengendalian pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, serta evaluatif pembelajaran online berbasis soft skill.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Seeing the root problem of radicalism is how ideology is This interprets every message conveyed by religion which is contained in the Qur'anic hadith which tends to consider their teachings to be the most correct, so of course those who have the competence to make people aware in this field are the scholars or religious leaders. This is where the roles and responsibilities of scholars are very important. In this study, there is one main problem, namely how the role of the Aceh Dayah ulama in fortifying the people of Aceh, especially the South West Region of Aceh against radicalism. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were that the Aceh Dayah Ulama had a strategy to anticipate these threats through three aspects. First, from the aspect of the faith which is carried out by convincing the true understanding of the sunnah wal jama'ah experts. Second, from the aspect of sharia, namely getting used to worship by using the Shafi'i school and not deviating from the school of thought. Third, from the aspect of Sufism, namely by fortifying oneself through Sufism. Keywords: Role, Ulama, and Radicalism ABSTRAK Melihat akar masalah dari Faham radikalisme adalah bagaimana ideology ini memaknai setiap pesan yang disampaikan oleh agama yang tertuang dalam al- Qur’an hadits yang cenderung menganggap ajaran merekalah yang paling benar, maka tentunya yang punya kompetensi untuk menyadarkan masyarakat dalam bidang ini adalah para ulama atau pemuka agama. Di sinilah peran dan tanggung jawab ulama menjadi sangat penting. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat satu pokok masalah yaitu bagaimana Peran ulama Dayah Aceh membentengi masyarakat Aceh Khususnya Wilayah Barat Selatan Aceh terhadap Faham radikalisme . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Ulama Dayah Aceh memiliki strategi dalam mengantisipasi ancaman tersebut melalui tiga aspek. Pertama, dari aspek akidah yang dilakukan dengan meyakinkan pemahaman ahli sunnah wal jama'ah yang sebenar-benarnya.Kedua, dari aspek syariat yakni membiasakan ibadah dengan menggunakan madzhab Syafi'i dan tidak melenceng dari madzhab tersebut. Ketiga, dari aspek tasawuf yakni dengan membentengi diri melalui tasawuf.

Abstract

Zakat plays a role in realizing socio-economic justice and poverty alleviation through job creation and entrepreneurial opportunities. Zakat given to mustahik will support their economic improvement if it is channeled to productive activities. One area of ​​productive zakat utilization is business capital assistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the use of productive zakat funds by Baitul Mal in Banda Aceh City on the income level of mustahik in Banda Aceh City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the venture capital assistance program managed by Baitul Mal had no impact on the mustahik's income level. This is due to several things, namely mustahik's not being able to develop their business optimally, lack of supervision and assistance for mustahik's businesses, and declining sales during this pandemic. Therefore, comprehensive support is needed from various parties such as the government, the community and other institutions that support poverty alleviation programs).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out the detailed steps in the process and completion of library research and identify the scope of Islamic studies and opportunities for library research in the development of Islamic science. Utilization of this type of library research with an interpretation approach and using content analysis is an effort to achieve the two aims of this study. The results of this study indicate that there are six systematic steps in conducting library research, which are referred to as corner notes (1) determining the topic and specifying keywords; (2) records of search results and collection of information on topics based on keywords; (3) notes on determining the focus of the study, accompanied by problem identification, research objectives and significance; (4) inventory records of secondary and primary data based on research subjects and objects; (5) records of data presentation with the classification of themes and sub-themes of the findings of the data inventory; and (6) research report notes, which can be in the form of quotation notes. The object of study in order to downstream library research in the development of Islamic science is determined based on the discussion of the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the works of previous scholars during the heyday of Islam. The results of each study can actually provide a stimulus for follow-up research plans.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan studi tokoh pemikiran Jasser Auda yang menawarkan maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dengan pendekatan sistem. Tawaran yang dihasilkan Auda merupakan hasil dialektika ilmu pengetahuan dengan realitas yang dihadapi umat manusia di era kontemporer. Alasan penulis memilih Jasser Auda tidak lebih karena integritas ketokohan Jasser Auda sebagai pionir maqāṣid al-syarī’ah era kontemporer dan juga buku-bukunya yang dijadikan rujukan akademisi di perguruan tinggi. Dalam tulisan ini peneliti akan mengkritisi pemikiran Jasser Auda dan menenemukan dinamika formulasi menuju reformulasi maqāṣid al-syarī’ah di era kontemporer. Peneliti penyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga reformulasi yang digagas oleh Auda, yaiti 1). Maqāṣid yang berupa pengembangan (development), dan hak (right) yang keduanya menyasar sumber daya manusia (human resources), 2). Hak Asasi Manusia merupakan landasan dalam menyusun tipologi teori hukum Islam kontemporer, 3). Sistem hukum Islam yang berbasis maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dengan mengandalkan watak kognitif hukum Islam (cognitive nature), kemenyeluruhan sistem hukum Islam (wholeness), keterbukaan sistem hukum Islam (openness), interelasi hierarki sistem hukum Islam (interrelated hierarchy), multidimensi sistem hukum Islam (multi-dimensionality), tujuan sistem hukum Islam (porposefulness) sebagai fitur-fitur sistem. Peneliti juga menemukan adanya relevansi-internalisasi bangunan maqāṣid al-syarī’ah untuk mewujudkan hukum Islam yang humanis Kata kunci: Maqāṣid Al-Syarī’ah, Jasser Auda, Humanist Islamic Law Abstract This paper is a study of the thought leader Jasser Auda who offers maqāṣid al-syarī'ah using a systems approach. Auda’s offer is the result of the dialectics of science and reality faced by humanity in the contemporary era. The researcher’s reason for choosing Jasser Auda is nothing more than the integrity of Jasser Auda's character as a pioneer of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in the contemporary era and also his books which are used as references for academics in universities. In this paper, researchers will criticize Jasser Auda's thinking and find the dynamics of the formulation towards the reformulation of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in the contemporary era. The researcher concludes that there are three reformulations initiated by Auda, namely 1). Maqāṣid in the form of development and rights, both of which target human resources, 2). Human rights as one of the foundations in compiling contemporary Islamic legal theory typology, 3). An Islamic legal system based on maqāṣid al-syarī'ah by relying on the cognitive nature of Islamic law (cognitive nature), the wholeness of the Islamic legal system (wholeness), the openness of the Islamic legal system (openness), the interrelated hierarchies of the Islamic legal system (interrelated hierarchies), the multidimensional system Islamic law (multi-dimensionality), the purpose of the Islamic legal system (purposefulness) as system features. The researcher also found that there is a relevance-internalization of the maqāṣid al-syarī'ah building to realize humanist Islamic law. Abstract

Perjalanan integrasi pendidikan Islam on procces sejak sekitaran tahun 2007 hingga sekarang alih-alih menunjukkan produktifitas ilmu-ilmu agama, yang terjadi justru terkesan "umumisasi" (termasuk gelar kesarjanaan). Kesalahan itu disebabkan tidak saja karena implementasi integrasi yang hanya sebatas ta'arruf al-'ulum (mendekatkan ilmu), namun sejak semula telah terjadi kesalahan dalam memosisikan filsafat, agama, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Tulisan dengan metodologi riset kepustakaan ini menawarkan pergeseran paradigma integrasi keilmuan ke arah fertilisasi keilmuan dalam pendidikan Islam. Namun sebelum menawarkan paradigma fertilisasi tersebut, tulisan ini terlebih dahulu mereposisi agama, filsafat, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Reposisi tersebut akan berkontribusi terhadap pengayaan epistemologi keilmuan Islam. Dengan begitu, proses fertilisasi dalam pendidikan Islam dapat lebih mudah diimplementasikan melalui perubahan kurikulum dan rekonstruksi tradisi akademik.

Abstract

Jejak jalur rempah di pesisir Aceh Besar menggambarkan hubungan perdagangan antara masyarakat pesisir Aceh dengan bangsa-bangsa asing tempo dulu. Jejak ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya bekas dermaga/pelabuhan kuno, perkebunan rempah dan penamaan atau toponimi gampong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jejak jalur rempah di pesisir Aceh Besar terutama pada beberapa titik bekas pelabuhan kuno yaitu Ujong Pancu, Kuala Gigieng dan Krueng Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penulisan metode sejarah kritis secara deskriptif analitis. Dari hasil temuan menunjukkan bekas-bekas pelabuhan kuno terutama yang terdapat pada kawasan Kuala Gigieng, bekas perkebunan lada, cengkeh dan kemiri pada kawasan Ujong Pancu, Kuala Gigieng dan Krueng Raya. Serta juga terdapat beberapa gampong pada kawasan tersebut berhubungan dengan penamaan rempah yang pernah atau tumbuh pada beberapa gampong di ketiga kawasan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: The head of the madrassa in carrying out the main duties and functions of academic supervision has optimal authority in improving teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the use of the academic supervisory authority of the madrassa principals in improving the performance of Madrassa Aliyah (MA) teacher in West Aceh District. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach in revealing the problem of using the authorities, obligations and powers of the madrassa principals in improving teacher performance. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, interviews and study of program documents and academic supervision activities. Data processing techniques were conducted by means of data verification, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions from research results. The data analysis technique is by reflecting, interpreting and compiling an action plan on the research results. The results showed that the use of the academic supervision authority of the madrassa principals was still categorized as weak in improving teacher performance. Madrasah principals still do not take it seriously in using their authority in planning academic supervision programs. The heads of the madrassas in carrying out the obligations of implementing the academic supervision program are still not in accordance with the applicable technical instructions. The power of the heads of madrassas in carrying out innovations in academic supervision programs has not been utilized properly to improve teacher performance. These findings can be recommended to the head of the Regency/City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and madrasa supervisors to carry out programmatic guidance and training for madrasa principals on the implementation of academic supervision in Madrassa. Abstract

The research aims to reveal the position of Islamic education towards development in the form of UNESCO's four pillars of education offering and the use of the metaverse. This research uses literature study as a qualitative method and approach. Primary sources and secondary sources that are relevant to the research variables are traced first to obtain the required data. Data is classified to facilitate analysis and drawing conclusions. The four pillars namely learning to know, learning to do, learning to be and learning to live together have principles that are aligned and Islamic education can use them in the learning process. The Metaverse, which offers a more complex life in the virtual realm, offers many benefits as well as several risks. Metaverse eases the learning process and reduces time and space constraints. Metaverse also helps provide a more comprehensive understanding of learning materials. However, there are issues of morality that have the potential to be violated in virtual space. In fact, the virtual realm is not a value-free realm and is still bound by the values ​​espoused by civilized society. Islamic education has a role to strengthen the application of these values ​​so that people do not fall into immoral acts even though they are carried out in the virtual realm as the second realm of life in this era. It is necessary to strengthen the morality of society so that there is no dichotomy in the living space which can lead to actions that demean human dignity and violate the rights of other individuals.
