Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya Organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja secara parsial, pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Bank BNI Cabang Bekasi. Jumlah sampel 70 orang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Data dikumpul menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Metode analisis menggunakan Path Analysis dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, untuk variabel mediasi digunakan Sobel Test.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, pelayanan perpajakan, dan penerapan E-SPT terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di wilayah KPP Jakarta Senen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di KPP Jakarta Senen. Jumlah sampel dipilih 100 responden dengan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan berbantuan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengetahuan perpajakan, pelayanan perpajakan, dan penerapan E-SPT secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi, (2) pengetahuan perpajakan, pelayanan perpajakan, dan penerapan E-SPT secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of administrative workload under the Merdeka Curriculum, time pressure, and organizational support on the mental well-being of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in the business and management department in Semarang City. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and survey method. The sample consists of 123 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 22. The findings indicate that administrative workload and time pressure have a significant negative effect on teachers' mental well-being, whereas organizational support has a significant positive effect. The R² value of 42.7% suggests that the independent variables explain a substantial portion of teachers' mental well-being, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors. These results highlight the importance of reducing administrative workload, managing time pressure, and strengthening organizational support to enhance teachers' mental well-being.

Abstract

Industri kopi di Indonesia semakin meningkat, seperti di Semarang saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat menjadikan gaya hidup masyarakat juga berubah, adanya tuntutan pekerjaan atau tugas sehingga mereka membutuhkan tempat yang mampu memberikan suasana yang nyaman dan aman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, suasana, dan harga berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan kopi kemenangan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk memahami komponen yang memengaruhi kesetiaan pelanggan dalam industri kopi yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari 110 pelanggan kopi kemenangan melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan partial least square (PLS). Hasil analysis menunjukan bah Harga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara kualitas dan Suasana memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dan kepuasan consument memiliki dampak positif terhadap loyalitas consument. Meskipun Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan, suasana memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada kopi kemenangan Semarang.

Abstract

Industry Revolution 5.0 is a process of implementing advanced technology in conjunction with human expertise to develop an education system that is more responsive to the changing times. This research was conducted as a solution to address the issue of active student involvement in the classroom. The objectives of this study are: 1) to design the development of an AI-based Mentimeter application, and 2) to assess the feasibility, practicality, and appeal of the AI-based Mentimeter application in the Digital Business Expertise Concentration subject, particularly in the fields of business economics and general administration. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method to produce a product in the form of an animated video utilizing the AI-based Mentimeter application. The development model applied is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The study involved 31 students from the Digital Business program, 2 course instructors, 3 subject matter experts (validators) in content, media, and language, as well as 1 teacher as the product user. The techniques used for data collection include observation to gather information and data on the issues faced by teachers in creating interactive learning media, validation surveys from content, media, and language experts, teacher feedback, testing with a small group, and testing with a large group. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The design of the learning media using the AI-based Mentimeter application, with the output being an animated video that is easily accessible to students; 2) The validation results of the AI-based Mentimeter application development by content, media, and language experts show excellent results. Feedback from Digital Business subject teachers was rated as very good. Similarly, feedback from students regarding the appeal of the AI-based Mentimeter application product was also rated as very good. Therefore, the animated video developed was proven to be valid, practical, and engaging for use in Digital Business Expertise Concentration learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sebagai lanjutan dari penelitian yang berjudul “Pengembangan Media Ajar Inovatif Berbasis AR Menggunakan Platform Assemblr Edu Pada Materi Aktiva” . Penelitian sebelumnya telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dengan tingkat validitas yang tinggi yaitu 84,5% dan 88,5% dalam kategori “layak”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektivitas media edukasi berbasis Augmented Reality menggunakan platform Assemblr Edu yang diintegrasikan dengan local wisdom Batik Trusmi Cirebon untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83,8% dari kelas eksperimen memiliki klasifikasi tinggi, sementara 65,4% dari kelas kontrol memiliki klasifikasi sedang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan budaya lokal dalam media pendidikan dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, kontekstual, dan partisipasi aktif dari siswa.

Abstract

Teaching English to ADHD students is certainly not an easy task. The characteristics of ADHD students, such as being very active, having difficulty focusing, and struggling to control their emotions, present unique challenges for teachers when teaching English in the classroom. Therefore, knowledge of appropriate teaching strategies for ADHD students is essential for teachers. This thesis aims to explore the strategies used by teachers to teach English to ADHD students at Athirah Islamic Elementary School. This research design uses case study qualitative methods. The subject of this study are 3 teachers consists of main teacher and two support teachers who teach ADHD students in grade 6 of Athirah Islamic Elementary School. Data collection was conducted through non-participant observation and semi-structure interview. The results of this study reveal seven strategies employed by teachers are, structured environment, visual aids, interactive learning, immediate feedback, frequent breaks, differentiated instruction, and co-teaching. This study contributes valuable insights into effective teaching strategies for ADHD students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, promotion, and distribution on consumer purchasing decisions in culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in East Jakarta. Culinary MSMEs play a vital role in the local economy but face marketing challenges in attracting and retaining consumers amid intense competition. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 100 consumers selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5), and the data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t-test and F-test.The findings indicate that product, price, promotion, and distribution each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these, product emerged as the most influential factor. Simultaneously, all four variables significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.580, suggesting that 58% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these marketing mix elements. The study highlights the importance of integrating product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of culinary UMKM, particularly in urban areas with dynamic consumer behavior such as East Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cloud-based accounting technology and the strength of internal control on the quality and auditability of financial reports in micro, small, and medium enterprises in East Java. The research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through online questionnaires and direct interviews with 107 respondents representing micro, small, and medium enterprises. Data were analyzed with statistical software using classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test. The results indicate that the adoption of cloud-based accounting has a significant positive effect on the quality and auditability of financial reports, while internal control also has a significant positive effect on financial reporting quality. Moreover, both independent variables simultaneously provide a significant contribution to enhancing the quality and auditability of financial statements in micro, small, and medium enterprises. These findings highlight the importance of accounting digitalization and the implementation of robust internal control in strengthening transparency, accountability, and the credibility of financial reporting, thereby contributing to the advancement of accounting knowledge, particularly in the context of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, including websites, social media, and video marketing, on new student admissions and parent satisfaction. The study population was parents of kindergarten through high school students at Al-Marjan School. A sample of 100 parents was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of parents aged 25–50 years from all levels. The research method employed a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the partial and simultaneous effects of variables. The results indicate that partially, websites, social media, and video marketing have a positive effect on new student admissions, while websites, social media, and video marketing also significantly increase parent satisfaction. Video marketing plays a dominant role in attracting prospective students. Simultaneously, all three digital marketing variables contribute significantly to increasing new student admissions while strengthening parent satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of an integrated digital marketing strategy for educational institutions to increase competitiveness, expand promotional reach, and build positive relationships with parents
