<![CDATA[Laporan keuangan adalah bentuk pertanggungjawaban keuangan oleh manajemen kepada pemberi modal dalam sebuah usaha. Laporan keuangan yang baik adalah laporan keuangan yang menyajikan informasi yang relevan dan reliabel. Untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas diperlukan pemahaman yang cukup tentang prinsip akuntansi dan adanya sistem komputerisasi yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manajemen. Usaha simpan pinjam Tamba Artha Nadi merupakan salah satu usaha simpan pinjam yang dimiliki oleh Banjar Tembawu Kaja. Dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangannya masih menggunakan catatan manual walau menggunakan computer sehingga ada risiko kesalahan. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu manajemen Usaha Simpan Pinjam Tamba Artha Nadi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan diantaranya observasi awal, penelaahan laporan yang ada, dan pendampingan perbaikan penyajian laporan keuangan dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi tersebut dirasa dapat memudahkan manajemen dalam penyusunan laporan mengingat kegiatan usaha yang masih relatif kecil. Manajemen juga dibantu untuk melakukan analisa rasio keuangan sehingga dapat dilihat perkembangan usaha dari tahun ke tahun.]]>

<![CDATA[Pakraman Pau Village is one of the villages located in Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. As one of the developing villages in Klungkung which is rich in herbal plants. Many herbal plants are planted on farms and in the homes of residents, especially turmeric. Utilization of turmeric has not been processed optimally, especially in the area of ​​increasing health and added value in helping to improve the family economy. Previously, Pakraman Pau villagers used turmeric only as a kitchen spice and were used as a loloh for health drinks. Therefore, the need for processing with other forms and methods to be more practical and easy to consume can even increase the family's economic income. One of them is the use of turmeric into instant powder drinks with high economic value. The method used was socialization and counseling on the use of Turmeric, a Turmeric Processing Demo into Instant Powder Drinks and evaluation of activities. The results showed that Pakraman Pau villagers could increase their knowledge, understanding, and skills about using turmeric as an instant powder drink to maintain family health and could be a business opportunity for PKK mothers to help improve the family's economy]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Selat Duda berada di Kecamatan Selat Karangasem yang sebagian penduduknya dilihat dari segi mata pencaharian sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani. Hasil perkebunan di Desa Duda mayoritas penghasil salak akan tetapi ada juga yang menghasilkan kacang tanah. Beberapa warga terutama para ibu wajib bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Selain sebagai petani ada kelompok ibu rumah tangga bekerja membuat kacang kapri dengan memanfaatkan hasil kebun yang ada didaerahnya untuk menambah pundi-pundi penghasilan. Pembuatan Kacang Kapri ini masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional. Mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri ini dalam menjalankan bisnisnya belum menerapkan teknik pemasaran yang benar, cara memasarkan produknya dilakukan dengan menitipkan produknya di warung-warung dan sesuai dengan pesanan dan hal yang sama juga terjadi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang belum ada penerapanya dalam menjalankan usaha ini sehingga belum bisa diketahui besarnya keuntungan dan kerugian yang dialami.Teknik pemasaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha karena kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tujuan akhir dalam teknik pemasaran, maka perlu untuk memahami dan mengerti mengenai manajemen pemasaran yang tepat. Laporan keuangan dalam sebuah usaha merupakan proses akhir dari proses akuntansi. Laporan ini berfungsi sebagai bahan informasi dan bahan pengambilan keputusan bagi para pemakai dalam menjalankan usahanya. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka kami memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan Teknik Pemasaran dan Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan yang sederhana sehingga kedepanya usahanya bisa lebih maju dan bersaing ditengah-tengan pesatnya pertumbuhan Ekonomi saat ini. Dengan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri sudah mampu melaksanakan teknik pemasaran dengan baik dan juga dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang benar.]]>

<![CDATA[The Karangasem Strait sub-district, precisely in Duda Timur Village, is a sub-district seen from the perspective of its livelihood, with the majority of the population working as farmers. The majority of the plantation products are salak and head. Aside from being a farmer, some households use their plantation products as business land to be able to supplement their income, one of which is to use coconuts produced from plantations as Tanusan Oil. Tanusan oil is one of the traditionally made oils. This tanusan oil is still in great demand by the people in Bali because by cooking using tanusan oil the cuisine becomes more delicious and tasty. The business of the tanusan oil maker group still has not applied marketing management in its business processes so that the marketing method is only done by entrusting the products produced in stalls and according to order and so the bookkeeping has not been implemented in running its business so that it cannot know exactly how advantages and disadvantages clearly obtained. To help overcome these problems, we provide assistance in the field of marketing and simple bookkeeping so that in the future continuity of business can compete in the future. The results achieved in this community service are that this group of tanusan oil makers has been able to recommend its products to a wider market share and has been able to also do bookkeeping in a simple way.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescent are a transition period and highly sensitive to the influence of new values. The problems they face are also quite complex, one of which concerns reproductive health. Some studies suggest that peers are the most dominant factor in influencing the adolescent reproductive health behaviors. This dedication activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge and activate the role of peers and counseling teachers in disseminating correct information about reproductive health. The method of implementing activities in the form of providing material on adolescent reproductive health by a talk from the expert, training and mentoring to peer groups in carrying out mini counseling, as well as training and counseling for counseling teachers. After the implementation of this program obtained increased peer group knowledge and counseling teachers on adolescent reproductive health respectively as much as 50% and 30.8%. In addition, all peer groups are able to conduct mini-counseling as well as to do better counseling. Through this activity it is hoped that peer group partners and counseling is able to play an active role in continuously spreading information about adolescent reproductive health so that it can produce other peers who help keep the healthy atmosphere of the adolescents.]]>

Salah satu yang wajib perempuan Hindu di Bali kuasai adalah mejejaitan, yang merupakan tahapan kegiatan dalam membuat upakara banten. Upakara atau banten tersebut sebagai sarana untuk berhubungan/mendekatkan diri dengan Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa/manifestasi-Nya yang akan dihadirkan dalam ritual persembahyangan. Pemberdayaan perempuan Bali dalam membuat upakara di Br. Gemeh ini, juga mampu mewujudkan fungsi-fungsi banjar adat baik di bidang agama, adat, budaya, sosial dan ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is preparing itself in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. For this reason, businesses are expected to be able to maximize the use of information technology to the fullest, one of which is by preparing financial statements. But now there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. This also happened in Kesiut village, located in Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The Indigenous Community microfinance institution still records finances manually and some even inconsistencies in carrying out the registration process. Of course this if not followed up immediately will pose a risk of future losses. The obstacle faced is the lack of professional quality human resources. Problem solving solutions are implemented by conducting socialization, training and assistance in preparing financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning with providing an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, followed by giving an overview of the general picture of how the industrial revolution occurred which could lead to diseruption. The next step is to carry out training in preparing financial statements based on information technology software. The final stage is assisted to help solve the problems faced in relation to the preparation of financial statements. Through the community partnership program which is manifested through the stages of outreach, training and mentoring, the Indigenous community microfinance institution in running its business is able to independently prepare financial reports and conduct evaluations of its business activities. By carrying out this activity it is also hoped that in the long run the Indigenous community microfinance institutions in the Kesiut village will further develop and of course with the development of indigenous community microfinance institutions, the economy in the area will also be stretched so that there will be an acceleration of the welfare of the village community.]]>

<![CDATA[Belandingan is the village of Bali Aga mountain type located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali. The location of Belandingan Village itself is quite secluded compared to other villages around Batur. Mount Batur was named the world geopark by UNESCO on 22 September 2013. Belandingan Village is included in 15 Batur Geopark Supporting villages. Although it has become a Supporting Village of Batur Geopark, there is not tourism planning done by the government. Research on the Village of Blandingan itself is difficult to find. The distinctive cultural richness of the Bali Aga Village has the potential for the development of a heritage Tourism Village. The character of Belandingan Village community that is friendly and open to outsiders is also a potential in promoting the tourism of the village. Existing traditions are still in verbal version. The community has not been moved to document their culture. The people themselves when invited to discuss are less aware of the cultural uniqueness they have. For this reason, assistance was provided to the community in this case the religious leaders in the village of Belandingan and Sekaa Teruna Teruni Mandala Cipta Belandingan Village to identify village heritage. It is hoped that the results of this identification will become written data and become material in promoting the field of tourism as a Bali Aga tourist village.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengaruh dan penyebaran Ramayana sebagai sebuah konsep cerita yang bersumber dari sastra Ramayana tidak dipungkiri telah menyebar di Indonesia semenjak Hindu dikenalkan. Ada berbagai sumber yang dapat dijadikan bukti hidupnya cerita Ramayana di dalam kehidupan masyarakat Hindu khususnya. Di Bali sendiri cerita ramayana tidak saja menjadi pergulatan pengamat budaya khususnya sastra-sastra yang seringkali secara eksis digemakan lewat bentuk seni budaya. Kecak merupakan salah satu bentuk karya seni pertunjukan klasik yang mengambil inspirasi dari cerita Ramayana. Sangat beralasan ketertarikan karena menggugah pandangan masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya menjadikan bentuk bentuk garapan semakin menarik. Kecak yang seringkali diasosiasikan dengan kera tampaknya memberikan sentuhan harmoni musikal yang sangat tepat dengan latar budaya Ramayana. Ketokohan yang mengagumkan diperlihatkan oleh Hanoman atau kera berbulu putih yang senantiasa hadir demi menjaga dharma atau kebenaran dianggap menjadi inspirasi di dalam kehidupan masyarakat Hindu di Bali Inspirasi tersebut tampaknya menjadi alasan kuat bagi seorang peneliti India untuk memperlihatkan kepada dunia tentang pengaruh wiracerita yang dianggap berhasil menginspirasi masyarakat dunia.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to understand the tourism development strategies in the Indigenous Village of Asak Karangasem, which analyzes the impact of tourism development through cultural traditions on the economy of the community and describes the tourism development strategies that will be carried out and can find out aspects that need to be considered in tourism development so that it can affect the economy of the village community. This study uses the SWOT analysis method where by using this analysis we can find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist around the Asak Karangasem Indigenous Village. From the results of this study it can be proven that the tourism development strategy is able to have an impact on the economy of the surrounding community.]]>
