Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management accounting as a tool supporting managerial decision-making at Bolly Department Store Sila, Bima Regency. The research uses a qualitative case study approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the store owner, operational manager, administrative staff, and warehouse employee. The findings indicate that management accounting plays an important role in planning, cost control, and performance evaluation. Financial and non-financial information—summarized in daily, weekly, and monthly reports—is utilized as the basis for decisions related to product procurement, promotional strategies, workforce allocation, and operational efficiency. Although the recording system remains simple and is mostly conducted using Microsoft Excel, the information produced is relevant, timely, and actively used by management. These results demonstrate that management accounting does not need to be complex but must align with organizational conditions, consistent with contingency theory. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of management accounting practices among small and medium-sized enterprises in regional areas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal maupun eksternal. Faktor eksternal yang memiliki peranan penting antara lain lingkungan belajar dan fasilitas belajar. Perbedaan kondisi lingkungan serta ketersediaan fasilitas belajar di sekolah sering menimbulkan variasi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih di MA PP–MTI Tg. Berulak Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X1 dan X2 yang berjumlah 67 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket untuk mengukur lingkungan belajar dan fasilitas belajar, serta dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar Fiqih. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar dan fasilitas belajar masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Fiqih siswa. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41,2% terhadap hasil belajar Fiqih. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas lingkungan belajar dan fasilitas belajar secara terpadu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan toleransi di kalangan pelajar masih menjadi isu penting dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di tengah masyarakat yang multikultural. Rendahnya sikap toleransi siswa sering kali dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman keagamaan yang bersifat sempit dan kurang kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, literasi keagamaan dipandang sebagai salah satu faktor penting yang berpotensi membentuk sikap toleransi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keagamaan terhadap sikap toleransi siswa SMP swasta di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa sebagai responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keagamaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap toleransi siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 serta koefisien regresi bernilai positif. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa literasi keagamaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 44,8% terhadap sikap toleransi siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik literasi keagamaan siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula sikap toleransi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi keagamaan dalam pembelajaran agama sebagai upaya membentuk sikap toleransi dan kehidupan sosial yang harmonis di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji coba bahan ajar digital interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar. Bahan ajar digital dirancang dalam bentuk Learning Management System (LMS) menggunakan Google Sites yang mengintegrasikan video pembelajaran, e-book, forum diskusi, kuis interaktif, dan tugas digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan project pengembangan dengan uji coba terbatas pada siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 337 Salotengnga. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket respon siswa dan guru, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS yang dikembangkan mudah diakses, terstruktur dengan baik, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar siswa. Siswa memberikan respon positif terutama pada penggunaan video dan kuis interaktif, sementara guru menilai LMS membantu pengelolaan pembelajaran dan penilaian. Meskipun masih ditemukan kendala terkait akses internet dan literasi digital siswa, bahan ajar digital ini dinilai layak dan efektif sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan berpusat pada peserta didik sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

One of the most important and crucial elements in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is the role of Islamic religious education teachers. Students' morals, religious knowledge, and the application of all Islamic teachings in their daily lives are the duties and roles that Islamic religious education teachers must fulfill. This refers to the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in creating and planning programs, implementing and evaluating religious activities, and producing a generation that is qualified in both material and practice, while continuously improving the quality of Islamic religious education. This study aims to (1) describe the role and efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah Elementary School, and (2) describe the obstacles experienced by Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah Elementary School. This research, conducted at Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah Elementary School, used qualitative research methods and was descriptive qualitative.The collected data were generated through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research that has been conducted are, (1) the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah Elementary School is by organizing, implementing and evaluating religious activity programs so that students can understand and apply them in everyday life. These religious activities include emphasizing moral learning, Dhuha prayer, Friday infaq activities, the flagship program of memorizing the 30 juz of the Qur'an and memorizing important surahs such as Surah Yaseen with the insertion of learning to read the Qur'an using the Yanbu'a method. (2) the obstacles for Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are the lack of support and concern from parents, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of enthusiasm from teachers and these obstacles come from the students themselves who are less disciplined in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The role of Qur'anic education is crucial in the moral development of students, especially at the elementary education level. Through a value-based approach to the Qur'an, this education aims to shape students' character and morality, enabling them to exhibit good ethics in daily life. This study aims to analyze the role of Qur'anic education in the formation of students' character at the elementary level, using both theoretical and practical approaches. The study reviews the literature on the concept of Qur'anic education, its influence on students' character, and the implementation of Qur'anic learning in elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that when applied with appropriate methods, Qur'anic education can significantly influence the development of students' moral character, rooted in Islamic values of ethics and morality. Therefore, Qur'anic education in elementary schools plays a strategic role in shaping a generation with noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of extracurricular activities implemented in elementary schools on the formation of student character. The type of research used in this study is library research from previous research. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection in this study was carried out through literature studies from journals, books, and other sources that have been recognized for their accuracy. The results of this study analysis indicate that there is a visible influence of extracurricular activities on the character of students in elementary schools. Through extracurricular activities, students can develop their character and talents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Mutqin Al-Muyassar method on improving students’ Qur’an memorization at SDIT Mufidatul Ilmi, Banyuasin Regency. The research used a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The subjects consisted of 30 fifth-grade students enrolled in the tahfidz (Qur’an memorization) program. Data were collected through memorization tests (pretest and posttest), classroom observations, and student questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test to determine the significance of improvement in memorization performance after applying the Mutqin Al-Muyassar method. The results revealed a significant increase in students’ Qur’an memorization ability after using the Mutqin Al-Muyassar method. The average pretest score of 59.2 increased to 84.7 in the posttest, with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the Mutqin Al-Muyassar method effectively enhances students’ fluency, tajwid accuracy, and memorization retention. Moreover, 93% of students reported higher motivation and enjoyment in participating in the tahfidz sessions due to the engaging and structured nature of the method. Therefore, this method can be recommended as an effective learning strategy in Islamic elementary schools to foster a generation that loves and memorizes the Qur’an wholeheartedly.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the potential feasibility of the DIA-VAR (Diorama Variation Augmented Reality) learning media using the Assemblr Edu platform for the subject matter of Diverse Landforms and their relation to Professions in Grade IV of Elementary School. The necessity of this media emerged from an analysis identifying low student engagement and the limited use of interactive digital technology in visualizing abstract IPAS (Science and Social Studies) concepts. The development process follows the systematic ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The final product is designed to combine a physical diorama with interactive Augmented Reality (AR) features. This study’s primary objective is to produce a media that is theoretically valid, highly practical, and provides an effective, contextual solution to enhance students' comprehension and motivation toward IPAS material
