Abstract

General anesthesia causes reversible loss of consciousness and pain and requires the use of breathing aids such as a face mask or Laryngeal Mask Airway (LMA) to ensure adequate ventilation during surgery. In surgical procedures such as Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF), especially on the upper extremities, understanding the mechanisms of general anesthesia, the selection of airway devices, and postoperative risks is important for optimizing perioperative management and patient safety. The objective is to determine the airway status of upper extremity ORIF patients undergoing ORIF surgery with General Anesthesia using LMA. This study is a descriptive observational study with a sample size of 5 patients diagnosed with upper extremity fractures who underwent ORIF surgery at Diponegoro Dua Satu General Hospital in Klaten. All patients had good preoperative airway evaluation results and were categorized as ASA I–III. During the anesthesia procedure, LMA placement was successfully performed in all patients without complications, with adequate and stable spontaneous ventilation throughout the surgery. Intraoperative monitoring showed that the patients' hemodynamic and respiratory parameters, such as SpO₂, ETCO₂, airway pressure, and tidal volume, remained within normal limits without any signs of obstruction or airway complications. Airway management with LMA intubation and invasive monitoring proved to be safe and effective during the ORIF surgical procedure.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of the pair check cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 106162 Medan Estate in the subject of IPAS (Science and Technology) with the material of buying and selling activities as one of the fulfillment of needs. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research population consisted of 72 students, namely all fourth-grade students at SDN 106162 Medan Estate, which consisted of two classes, namely class IV A with 34 students and class IV B with 38 students. Class IV A was the control class that was given treatment using the conventional learning model, and class IV B was the experimental class that was given treatment using the pair check cooperative learning model. The instrument used was a cognitive test in the form of 25 multiple-choice questions. Based on the results of processing the data from the independent sample t-test using SPSS 31, the results of this study showed that the learning outcomes of students using the pair check cooperative learning model were higher than those of students using the conventional learning model. The independent sample t-test showed a two-sided p < 0.05, namely 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the pair check cooperative learning model can significantly affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This qualitative case study at SDN Kalipang 1 aims to examine the strategic role of principal leadership in managing teacher resources and to determine the impact of teacher professional development programs on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the school level. In-depth interviews with the principal and examination of school documents such as the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) and the Education Report were also used to collect the necessary data. According to field findings, the principal defines teachers as role models using a visionary-instructional leadership paradigm. The Education Report serves as the primary benchmark for identifying teacher deficiencies in the design of needs-based teacher professionalism program policies. The BOS Performance Fund is effectively allocated to support internal Learning Communities (Kombel) that prioritize the implementation of the Teacher Professionalism Program. Significant improvements in teacher policies in the classroom in creating Independent Curriculum assessments can be observed in classroom procedures, such as the implementation of Positive Discipline and the effective integration of digitalization into learning. These are the impacts of the Teacher Professionalism Program that has been created. The effectiveness of school curriculum transformation is determined by the organized and data-driven leadership of the principal. This has proven effective in integrating the outcomes of teacher professionalism programs into quality classroom learning practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orangtua tunggal terhadap kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Kadu Jangkung, kecamatan Mekar Jaya, Pandeglang-Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Expost facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orangtua tuggal. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berdasarkan teknik total sampling yaitu 20 orangtua tunggal di desa. Kadu jangkung, kecamatan. Mekar jaya, pandeglang-banten. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Pengujian validitas dan reabilitas instrument, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS 29.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pola asuh orangtua tunggal trhadap kemmapuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di desa. Kadu jangkung, kecamatan. Mekar jaya, pandeglang-banten. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan yang diperoleh yaitu 0.011<0.005 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of curriculum implementation and learning principles in the era of digital transformation, with a focus on the use of interactive platforms as educational bridges. Amidst the rapid development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the world of education is required to adapt learning strategies that are not only content-relevant but also methodological. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study of 5th-grade students at Pasarbatang 03 Public Elementary School, Brebes Regency. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and curriculum document analysis. The results revealed that the synergy between flexible curriculum design and active learning principles significantly increased students' emotional and cognitive engagement. The integration of the Roblox platform as a Game-Based Learning (GBL) medium proved effective in visualizing abstract curriculum concepts, increasing learning interest by up to 93%, and strengthening students' multimodal literacy skills by up to 96.2%. However, the findings also indicated challenges in the form of potential disruption of focus and gaps in technology access. This study concluded that the effectiveness of a modern curriculum is highly dependent on the role of teachers as digital literacy navigators and internet ethics monitors. This research recommendation includes the need to develop standardized game-based teaching modules to support 21st-century learning principles.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan yang berfungsi untuk menilai ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran serta meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan evaluasi pembelajaran dan berbagai jenis evaluasi yang digunakan dalam konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan sumber akademik yang relevan terkait evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan evaluasi pembelajaran mencakup evaluasi terhadap komponen pembelajaran serta penafsiran hasil evaluasi, yang meliputi evaluasi acuan kriteria dan evaluasi acuan norma. Selain itu, jenis evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi evaluasi perencanaan dan pengembangan, monitoring, dampak, efisiensi-ekonomis, dan evaluasi program komprehensif. Dalam praktik pembelajaran, penilaian formatif, sumatif, diagnostik, dan penempatan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai pendekatan dan jenis evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik merancang sistem evaluasi yang efektif, objektif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan potensi peserta didik.

Abstract

Pembentukan hukum pada hakikatnya tidak hanya merupakan proses normatif yang bersumber pada kewenangan negara, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai sosial yang hidup dan berkembang dalam masyarakat. Dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara norma hukum yang dibentuk secara formal dengan norma sosial yang dianut masyarakat, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya legitimasi dan efektivitas hukum. Kondisi ini menunjukkan pentingnya kajian mendalam mengenai pengaruh norma sosial terhadap pembentukan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran norma sosial dalam proses pembentukan hukum serta menjelaskan kontribusinya sebagai dasar sosiologis dalam mewujudkan hukum yang responsif dan berkeadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, yang meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, buku teks hukum, serta artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema norma sosial dan pembentukan hukum. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis dengan menelaah dan mensistematisasi norma hukum serta pandangan para ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam pembentukan hukum, baik dalam penentuan substansi hukum, peningkatan legitimasi sosial, maupun efektivitas penerapan hukum. Integrasi norma sosial dalam proses pembentukan hukum mampu menjembatani norma moral dan norma hukum, sehingga hukum yang dihasilkan tidak hanya sah secara yuridis, tetapi juga diterima dan dipatuhi oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The results of the pre-research also show that the family has a major role in the economic education process of the Baduy community. Parents teach children with habituation, example, and direct mentoring methods. There is no coercion or punishment in the learning process, but it is done through the process of observation (modeling) and imitation (imitation), which is the traditional method in indigenous peoples' education. In addition to the family, the community environment also plays a role in supervising, guiding, and ensuring that children continue to follow customary rules while engaging in economic activities. In the context of Baduy culture, the learning process is not only a function of formal schooling, but a function of the collective environment. This is in line with Vygotsky's thinking about the zone of proximal development which emphasizes that learning occurs through social interaction with more skilled people. Children learn through direct involvement with adults, not through abstract theory. They learn the value of life, not just economic competence

Abstract

The background of this research is because there are still many students who have not mastered the basic techniques of sepak sila in the game of sepak takraw. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of pair practice on the results sepak sila sepak takraw MTs Pondok Pesantren Masdarul Ulum. The research method used is an experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all male students who attended the sepak takraw extracurricular activity MTs Pondok Pesantren Masdarul Ulum. Sampling using total sampling technique as many as 16 male students. The data collection technique uses a measurement test with the test sepak sila sepak takraw. The data obtained from the results of the pretest with an average value of 27.44 with a standard deviation of 6.387 while the results of the posttest obtained an average value of 38.19 with a standard deviation of 6.725. Based on the results of the t test, the tcount value is 22.713 > ttable 1,753 with a significant value of 0.000 (2-tailed) <0.05. Abstract

Curriculum Innovation Management, Education Quality The research in this thesis departs from the phenomenon that curriculum and learning innovation is intended as an idea, concept or action to solve problems related to the principle of relevance between learning materials and student needs, between the quality of learning in schools and graduate users in the workforce, and the fulfillment of community needs. So that matters related to improving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor quality are truly embedded in students and to build the popularity of madrasah competitiveness. This research focuses on curriculum innovation management in improving the quality of education in madrasah, for that in planning, implementation, and evaluation it is described into three research questions, namely: 1. How is curriculum innovation management in improving the quality of education at MTsS Ma'arif Montor and MTsS Ittihadul Waqifin Nagasareh? 2. What are the factors that influence curriculum innovation management in improving the quality of education at MTsS Mamba'ul Ma'arif Montor and MTsS Ittihadul Waqifin Nagasareh? 3. Curriculum management model Curriculum innovation in improving the quality of education at MTsS Mamba'ul Ma'arif Montor and MTsS Ittihadul Waqifin Nagasareh?. This study uses a descriptive method with a multi-case study design. The researcher acts as a human instrument.
