Abstract

Boarding School Darul Ulum Kubu Raya is an Islamic educational institution that has a large population of students. In this era of globalization, every educational institution, especially pesantren that are full of extra-curricular activities, are challenged to be able to utilize efficient technology so that they can achieve all activity targets precisely, quickly, and correctly, because pesantren are still the ideal education system for many people. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research location is at the Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Islamic Boarding School located on Jl. Rasau Jaya, Limbung, Sungai Raya Sub-District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data. In this context, the IDU or Santri ID Card technology program is implemented to overcome some of the problems that exist in the previously used manual management system. The use of IDU (Kartu ID Card Santri) technology in monitoring students' spending money at Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Kubu Raya provides significant benefits in efficiency and financial management. Abstract

At this time, Islamic boarding schools do not leave the traditions that have been determined together, nowadays Islamic boarding schools continue to carry out updates both in the field of management and institutions. The emergence of Islamic educational institutions is required to include character values in the curriculum and learning strategies implemented. Pesantren are expected not only to provide religious understanding but also to provide an understanding of general sciences. To produce santri who are not only superior in understanding religion but also superior in understanding general sciences, so that in the future pesantren produce outputs of religious experts who are faithful and intellectual as the curriculum that has been implemented at Pondok Pesantren Darunna'im Putri Pontianak City still uses the sorogan curriculum. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on the performance of employees of the village office of Sungai Bakau Kecil, mempawah district. The method of analysis used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The results showed that excessive workload caused by a lack of assertiveness from village leaders in enforcing work standards and unstable compensation caused a decrease in employee performance. For this reason, the village needs to increase assertiveness in employee supervision and management, consistent enforcement of rules, transparency in the distribution of tasks, and attention to employee welfare. Providing fair rewards and appropriate compensation will help improve employee motivation and performance, and create a more productive and harmonious work environment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the discovery learning model to photosynthesis material for class V elementary school. This research uses the pre-experiment method, one group pretest posttest. Research is carried out by analyzing problems, then continuing by comparing using learning methods. Data collection in this research used searching from several relevant journals. Data analysis was carried out by means of pretest posttest. The results of the analysis show that the lowest score in the test was 55, the posttest was 56 and the highest score in the pretest activity was 85, posttest 100, in the KKM 75. From this research it can be concluded that learning activities have increased student learning outcomes in learning class V photosynthesis material using the discovery learning model learning.

Abstract

This research was based on several problems that researchers encountered, such as teachers only using minimal media, learning that was monotonous and boring without focus, according to students' interest in learning and learning outcomes, not yet implementing creative and fun learning media. The aim of this research is to develop picture story media assisted by the Canva application for class II Indonesian language learning subjects at SDN 15 Koto Besar. This research uses the type of research and development R&D (Research and Development). This research uses the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model is a systematic learning design model. The ADDIE model has five development stages, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. Development of instruments used validation sheets, practicality questionnaires and effectiveness instruments. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. Based on the results obtained from three analyzes by 3 validators, content obtained 62.5%, language 87.5% and graphics 93.3%, the categories obtained from these 3 sections were said to be valid and very valid. Then the practicality results for smart card learning media were 87.5% in the very practical category. Based on the results of the effectiveness test of picture story media which used a learning test in the form of questions consisting of 20 multiple choice questions, the average effectiveness was 75.00%. There were 0 students who did not complete. So it is concluded that the picture story media is in the very effective category for use by SDN 15 Koto Baru students in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to describe improving the quality of fairy tale listening skills through video scribes in class V MIN 3 Tana Toraja, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (Class Action Reaserch) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out as three meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing, reflecting. The subjects of this research were 12 students of class V MIN 3 Tana Toraja, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. The results achieved in this research are: (1) There was an increase in student learning activities in each cycle. (2) In the first cycle, the average score for student learning outcomes was 55, while in the second cycle it was higher, reaching 84.16. In cycle I, there were 2 students or 16.7% who achieved learning completeness, while in cycle II there were 10 students or 83.3% who achieved learning completeness. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the results of learning listening skills for class V MIN 3 Tana Toraja students, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency have increased.

Abstract

This study is motivated by problems in the implementation of the Mathematics learning process in class IV, namely the low interest in learning of students and the weak understanding of students in mathematics subjects. Efforts to overcome these problems are to develop unit conversion board props that can improve student learning outcomes with attractive learning media. This type of research uses the type of research and development R & D (Research and Development). The development model used is the ADDIE development model, namely: Analyze, what is done is to analyze learning in accordance with the needs of students. Design, determine the design of the unit conversion board that will be made according to the material that has been determined. Development, is an advanced stage of the analysis and design stages. Implementation, the results of development are applied in learning to determine effectiveness, attractiveness and practicality. Evaluation, is a process carried out to provide value to the learning outcomes that have been learned. The results of this research and development have produced teaching materials in the form of unit conversion board props in learning Mathematics in class IV obtained from 3 validators, the validity of the unit conversion board props obtained from 5 validation experts getting an average percentage of 84.14% categorized as very valid, the practicality of the unit conversion board props obtained from educators and students with an average percentage of 91.78% categorized as very practical, the results of the effectiveness carried out by 27 students following learning using the unit conversion board developed with an average of 92.60% categorized as very effective.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a module that does not yet reflect differentiated learning, which refers to learning that is adapted to students' learning styles, such as audio, visual and kinesthetic. An effort to overcome this problem is to innovate learning by utilizing digital technology to create teaching materials in the form of science literacy-based teaching e-modules using a books creator, which can be accessed and operated easily to improve the quality of learning. This type of research is research and development which uses the ADDIE development model. The trial was carried out on class V homeroom teachers at SDN 11 Sitiung with data collection techniques through analysis of validity test data, practicality of the E-Module. The resulting e-module obtained media, material and language validation scores with an average score of 89%, categorized as very valid. The practicality of the teaching e-module received a score of 94% which was categorized as very practical. So it can be concluded that the E-Module based on science and science literacy on harmony in ecosystems in class V at SDN 11 Sitiung is interesting and suitable for application and can continue to be developed as a learning innovation.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem that the initial reading ability of grade 1 students is still low, this can be seen from the results of the initial reading test which shows that only a few students achieved the minimum score for learning completeness. The aim of this research is to produce flash card learning media that valid, practical and effective. The type of research used is development research or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation (implementation), and the evaluation stage (evaluation). The results of the validity of the flash card media were validated by 2 validators, namely media expert validation which obtained a result of 83% which was categorized as very valid, and module expert validation which obtained a result of 62% which was categorized as valid. The results of the practicality of flash card media through the teacher response questionnaire by class I teachers were 82.5% categorized as very practical, while through the student response questionnaire the average results were 87% categorized as very practical. The effectiveness results were obtained from The learning test results of students at the main school obtained an average of 86% and were categorized as very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model on students' physics learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design on the subject matter of Effort and Energy. The population in this study were all X MIA class students by taking two classes as samples, namely X MIA-4 experimental class and X MIA-3 control class, random sampling technique. The experimental class received treatment using the SAVI learning model, while the control class used the Direct Instruction model. The learning outcomes test is 29 multiple choice questions with 5 different answer options that have been tested for validation and reliability first, then testing the hypothesis using the t-test. From the results of data analysis, the average score of the experimental class was 23.06 with a standard deviation of 3.83 while the control class was 18.41 with a standard deviation of 4.59. Based on the normality test obtained Lcount < Ltable = 0.151 < 0.159 and 0.155 < 0.156 the data is declared normally distributed. Homogeneity test ????count ≤ ????table = 0.720 < 1.828 states the sample is homogeneous. The t-test results tcount > ttable = 4.09 > 1.670 so that H1 is accepted. Based on these data that there is a significant effect of SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model on student physics learning outcomes in class X MIA MAS Muallimin Univa Medan
