Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop three-dimensional diorama media that is feasible and practical to use after being validated by several experts and response tests by students and teachers. The research method uses the ADDIE development model. The instruments used were media feasibility test questionnaires and student and teacher response questionnaires. The research subjects were 2 UMN Al-Washliyah lecturers consisting of 1 material expert validation and 1 media expert validation and 2 class IV teachers and 9 class IV students. The developed three-dimensional diorama media was assessed by experts with a percentage of 90% (material experts) 100% (media experts) with a very decent category. Student response tests were carried out on 21 grade IV students at SDS Pembangunan Tanjung Morawa with a percentage of 93.4% (strongly agree category). And the trial of 2 class IV teacher responses with a percentage of 93.3% (strongly agree). Very decent category and totally agree. Based on the results of the feasibility and practicality tests, the three-dimensional diorama media was declared feasible as a learning medium at SDS Pembangunan Tanjung Morawa

Abstract

Discipline is berperanguh to increased student achievement. This study aims to collect information on students' disciplinary effect on student achievement in the subjects of Civics at SMK Pasundan 1 Subang. Using the theory of discipline (Maman Rachman and A. Kosasih Djahiri) and the theory of learning achievement (Moh. Surya). By using a quantitative approach. Penenlitian sample as many as 108 students and 2 teachers Civics. The results showed that the discipline of the students have a significant influence on the improvement of student achievement that is, True 0, 832. It can be concluded that the higher discipline learners, it will be a good learning achievements of learners, especially on the subjects PPKn in SMK Pasundan 1 Subang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh atau tidak terhadap hasil mata pelajaran IPA belajar siswa kelas V SDN Karangtengah 4 Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif model eksperiman semu. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah siswa kelas kontrol dan eksperimen 5A dan 5B berjumlah 22 setiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Prasyarat pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas data dan didapat hasil data bersifat normal dan homogen. Uji hipotesis data menggunakan uji independent sample t test menggunakan SPSS 25.0 diperoleh hasil Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05 dan diperoleh thitung 2,201 > ttabel 2,086. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis tersebut, maka dapat diketahui Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Karangtengah 4 Ngawi.

Abstract

The problems in this research are (1) is there an influence of academic supervision on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District? (2) What is the influence of organizational climate on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District? (3) Is there an influence of academic supervision and organizational climate on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District? The aims of this research are (1) to determine the magnitude of the influence of academic supervision on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District, (2) to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District, (3) to determine the magnitude of the influence of academic supervision and climate organizations together on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, totaling 581 people. A sample of 237 people was obtained using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, requirements testing and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis to determine: (1) the influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism, (1) the influence of organizational climate on teacher professionalism, and multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of supervision academic and organizational climate together on teacher professionalism. To find out the data, use the SPSS For Window Release 23 program facilities. From the research results, it can be seen that the average academic supervision score is 115.5, including the good category, the average organizational climate score is 183.56 in the good category, and the average teacher professionalism score is 130.0 in the good category. professional. The prerequisite test results from the research data showed that the data was normally distributed, homogeneous, linear, not multicollinear and there was no heteroscedasticity. From the hypothesis test it was found: (1) there is a positive influence between academic supervision on teacher professionalism of 42%, (2) there is a positive influence between organizational climate on teacher professionalism of 46.9%, (3) there is a joint influence between supervision academic and organizational climate on teacher professionalism was 49.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya masalah pada siswa karena masih banyak yang kurang aktif dan kesulitan dalam memahami konsep pembelajaran yang bersifat abstrak sehingga siswa mendapatkan nilai rendah pada mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kolerasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) berbasis lab virtual dengan hasil belajar siswa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Problem Based Instruction (PBI) berbasis lab virtual. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 321 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X 8 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X 9 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang ditetapkan menggunakan Probability sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini berupa pengujian hipotesis dari hasil rxy dengan t hitung > t tabel pada taraf signifikasi 5% dengan nilai koefisien kolerasi sebesar 0,862 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) berbasis lab virtual dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika di kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang.

Abstract

Developed animated video media using the Canva application on the sub-theme of ethnic and religious diversity in my country. Animated video learning media is a tool used by teachers to convey information in the form of image objects combined with audio to attract students' attention and make situations more effective during the teaching and learning process to achieve learning objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning media. This research aims to develop animated video media using the Canva application on the sub-theme of ethnic and religious diversity in my country. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was carried out at SDN Harjasari 01 Bogor, then the animated video media was validated by media experts, language experts, and material experts and implemented on a limited basis with 27 class IV students. The research results show that animated video media using the developed Canva application is a very feasible category. This is based on the percentage of media experts at 90%, language experts at 100%, material experts at 98%, and student responses with an average gain of 90.4%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the digital comic learning media developed is very suitable for use as learning media in the classroom.

Abstract

Karir ialah urutan dari kegiatankegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan, perilaku nilai-nilai dan harapan serta tujuan seseorang selama rentang hidup orang tersebut. Sedangkan perencanaan karir ialah rangkaian yang dilewati oleh karyawan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengambil tahapan-tahapan untuk mencapai tujuan kariernya Bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif adalah sebuah program yang memiliki organisasi dengan perencanaan, pembagian dan pengkoordinasian khusus untuk aktivitas bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa, sekolah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review atau studi kepustakaan. Teknik ini digunakan dengan tujuan mengungkap berbagai teori yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti sebagai bahan referensi pembahasan hasil penelitian. Merencanakan karir merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap individu. Perencanaan karir erat kaitannya dengan perencanaan individual yang mana merupaan tindakan untuk mengambil dan mengembangkan rencana masa depan. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari peran pendidikan. Bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif yang memandang individu memerlukan bimbingan, karena masih kurang memahami kemampuan dirinya, lingkungannya dan pengalaman untuk mencapai kehidupan yang baik. Dengan kata lain bimbingan memiliki konstribusi dan memfasilitasi siswa dalam merencanakan karirnya. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan layanan perencanaan individual dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap pemahaman peserta didik dalam merencanakan karir kedepannya. Dan konselor sekolah perlu mempertimbangkan faktor- faktor dalam diri siswa antara lain bakat, minat dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pelaksanaan perencanaan pemilihan jurusan.

Abstract

Global marketing and international business are influenced by political and legal aspects, this is because politics and law can result in senders in each country having different rules and regulations. Political and legal issues always have a significant impact on global marketing. for example, the World War caused massive damage to most countries' and global economies. the majority of companies have benefited from the best political conditions, and others have fallen victim to bad political conditions. In general, political and legal issues have a significant impact on the business industry. In the context of global marketing, legal and political influences are increasingly important in the era of globalization, where companies operate in various countries with different regulations. Understanding and compliance with applicable laws in each region is the key to success in global marketing activities. Global marketing activities are influenced by government policies, political parties and international organizations. Therefore, political and legal aspects need to be a major concern for companies that want to run their business globally. By understanding and paying attention to this, companies can achieve their goals without violating regulations in various countries. This research uses a literature study methodology. The literature study method is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, taking notes and reading, and managing research materials.

Abstract

The background to this research is the low performance of state elementary school teachers in Blora sub-district, Blora Regency. The problem of low teacher performance is caused by several factors including transformational leadership style and the work environment. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership style and the work environment on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Blora District, Blora Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were all state elementary school teachers in Blora District, Blora Regency, consisting of 386 teachers from 52 elementary schools. After formulating it using Slovin, a sample of 196 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used was by giving questionnaires to respondents. Research results: (1) There is an influence of transformational leadership style on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Blora District, Blora Regency, which is expressed by the equation Y = 52.317 + 0.416X1. (2) There is an influence of the work environment on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Blora District, Blora Regency, which is expressed by the equation Y = 37.137 + 0.567X2. (3) There is an influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Blora District, Blora Regency, which is expressed by the equation Y = 23.057 + 0.233X1 + 0.483X2.

Abstract

Indonesian language lessons in elementary school are often considered boring lessons because they seem to only record material and rarely practice it. This research discusses Indonesian language learning media used in elementary schools to help children develop reading skills. This research can be seen from the results of data analysis from several journals. This research uses qualitative research with a literature study method using secondary data originating from 10 journals that have been analyzed previously. The analysis has been carried out through several stages in reviewing previous research, including: 1) Sorting out relevant research; 2) Collect data and information for review; 3) Determine the state of the art of the research that has been analyzed; 4) Develop the results of information analysis and combine them into a conclusion. The results of this research can be concluded that the existence of learning media is very important in improving reading skills, especially at the elementary school level. It is necessary to utilize Indonesian language learning media to achieve the learning objectives desired by the teacher. And based on the results of the analysis in this research, it is hoped that students will have good reading skills through Indonesian language learning media.
