Abstract

The focus of this research is the Implementation of Differentiated Learning in Indonesian Language Subjects at State Junior High School 1 Kendal, Kendal Regency. The sub-focus of this research is: How to map the learning needs of students by using three aspects, namely learning readiness, interest and learning profile, the implementation of differentiated learning in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made, and the implementation of evaluation and reflection with the aim of being able to see the shortcomings and advantages as material for improving future learning in Indonesian language subjects in class VIII of State Junior High School 1 Kendal Kendal Regency? This research uses a descriptive qualitative method of case study type and the data collection method is carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the research map the learning needs of students using three aspects, namely learning readiness, interest and learning profile, the implementation of differentiated learning in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made, and the implementation of evaluation and reflection with the aim of being able to see the shortcomings and strengths as material for improving future learning in Indonesian language subjects in class VIII State Junior High School 1 Kendal Kendal Regency, namely (1) differentiated learning based on learning readiness, interests and learning styles can be done in several ways, including: conducting diagnostic assessments before learning and analysing them, preparing lesson plans and devices based on learning readiness, interests, and learning styles of learners, implementing differentiated learning, and conducting evaluation, reflection and feedback, (2) effective teaching strategies are general patterns of teacher and learner activities in the realisation of learning activities to achieve competence as learning objectives optimally. Usually, to determine effective teaching strategies, teachers need to understand the characteristics of learners and choose strategies that suit their needs, and (3) evaluation and self-reflection are reports carried out by various activities such as classroom observation, giving questionnaires to learners about the implementation of learning and the results of evaluation and reflection are discussed with peers facilitated by schools for continuous work improvement involved in improving the quality of learning and the achievement of learner learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is (1) differentiated learning that teachers must map the learning needs of students who are very complex. For this reason, teachers must have independent, reflective, collaborative, innovative, and learner-centred values as capital in implementing learner-centred learning, (2) the implementation of differentiated learning in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made in Indonesian language subjects is to explain learning outcomes, learning objectives, and the flow of learning objectives to be achieved, and (3) evaluation and reflection with the aim of being able to see the shortcomings and strengths as material for improving future learning in Indonesian language subjects is the implementation of an independent curriculum in schools, making teachers apply learning with a new paradigm.

Abstract

The performance of the school principal is one of the factors that becomes a benchmark for school success. The principal's performance in question is awareness of the need to implement the rules determined by the school. Having good organizational commitment will enable a teacher to benefit himself and the school. The objectives of this research are (1) to determine the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of school principals (2) to determine the influence of managerial skills on the performance of school principals (3) to determine the influence of organizational commitment and managerial skills together on the performance of state elementary school principals in Gunem District, Regency Rembang..The population of this study were teachers at 20 elementary schools in Gunem District, Rembang Regency, totaling 116 people, a sample of 90 teachers selected using proportional random sampling technique at each school. Validity, reliability and descriptive data analysis tests, single regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. Research findings: (1) organizational commitment has a positive influence on principal performance of 38.5% with the regression equation Ŷ= 61.958 + 0.225X1, (2) managerial skills have a positive influence on principal performance of 60.6% with the regression equation Ŷ = 41.444 + 0.276X2, (3) organizational commitment and managerial skills together on the performance of school principals which is 62.4% with the regression equation Ŷ = 56.587 + 0.433X1 + 0.350X2, Based on the findings above: (1) the principal intensifies the evaluation of school performance results, (2) the principal increases supervision in the main work duties of teachers, (3) teachers increase involvement in school activities.

Abstract

Modernization is an event that cannot be avoided by all countries in the world, especially Indonesia as a developing country. Modernization can occur in the world of education. Modernization is able to provide influence and impact on students if it is not monitored optimally by educators. The phenomenon of modernization can make elementary school students have an active, innovative and visionary mindset. But the phenomenon of modernization can also result in changes in the behavior of elementary school students, so it is feared that it will eliminate the noble character they have. This article discusses the impact and effects of modernization on the behavior of elementary school students. Furthermore, it will be discussed about the role of the teacher to minimize the negative impact of modernization which can endanger the character formation of elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of extracurricular activities at SDN Cipaku 03 and at SD Islam Ar-Rido. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects were extracurricular coaches and trainers at schools. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, inference and/or verification techniques. The research results show that the management of extracurricular activities that have been implemented includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating processes. Through creative activities such as extracurricular activities which have goals and principles as guidelines for their implementation, extracurricular activities are able to bridge students in the process of developing students' potential, interests and talents.

Abstract

This qualitative research with a case study approach was used to provide insight into real world conditions and realities, especially the strategies used by teachers to overcome bullying behavior at SD Negeri Sunggingwarno 01 Pati Regency. In this case, first, researchers will conduct interviews with teachers as informants, because teachers are coaches, and create a supportive and comprehensive social context that does not tolerate aggressive and violent behavior at school by students. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project based Learning model on students' learning outcomes on theme 2 clean air for health, subtheme 1 how the body manages clean air. This research was applied to class V students at SDN Sunggingwarno 01. The results of this research were that there was an influence of using the YouTube-based PJBL model through the use of teaching aids on students' learning outcomes. Thus, the PjBL model can be used by teachers as an alternative learning method to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Magang Mandiri merupakan salahsatu BKP MBKM, namun setiap prodi belum menyusun secara spesifik sesuai karakteristik prodinya. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan satu pedoman BKP Magang Mandiri yang sesuai dengan karakteristik prodi termasuk Teknologi Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) menganalisis tingkat kebutuhan pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM 2) mendesain pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM 3) mengukur validitas dan kelayakan pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 orang mahasiswa teknologi pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) tingkat analisis kebutuhan produk pedoman magang berada pada kualifikasi dibutuhkan, 2) hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan media berada pada kriteria sangat valid, 3) hasil angket tanggapan mahasiswa dan dosen ketua prodi berada pada kategori layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa produk yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti memiliki tingkat validitas yang valid serta layak digunakan dalam proses kegiatan magang di prodi teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by phenomena occurring in the world of education today. The low level of responsible learning attitude of KKO students, such as being lazy about studying in class, often procrastinating on assignments, not paying attention to teacher explanations and being less active in class, makes it difficult for students to achieve academic achievements. Then the lack of hope and aspirations for the future becomes an attitude of responsibility for KKO students who are less diligent in studying. The aim of this research is to find out what influences the responsible learning attitudes of KKO class students during the classroom learning process for class X.10 KKO students at SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan. This type of research uses qualitative research. The subjects used in the research were 29 students because 7 other students were taking part in the TC Competition in Jakarta. The data in this research was obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of research data analysis, there are two types of factors that influence the attitude of responsibility for learning, namely: internal factors consisting of the desire to succeed, encouragement of learning needs, hopes and aspirations and external factors consisting of awards, interesting learning activities, and a conducive learning environment. Then there are still many students who are found who do not have a high attitude of learning responsibility. It is hoped that the suggestions that can be conveyed will increase students' motivation to learn in the classroom and in the field, because it cannot be denied that the importance of having a high attitude of learning responsibility is easy to achieve achievement. Apart from that, there should also be good cooperation between families and schools to help improve the attitude of responsible learning in students.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan hasil belajar, baik di bidang IPS maupun di bidang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS, serta menemukan strategi untuk menggembarkan motivasi belajar di bidang IPS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, dimana data diperoleh dari sumber-sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diproses dan dianalisa untuk menemukan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar IPS secara signifikan. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam belajar IPS akan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan memahami konsep-konsep IPS lebih lengkap. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan hasil belajar IPS, dan strategi tersebut bisa digunakan untuk menggembarkan motivasi belajar di bidang IPS.

Abstract

Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents Is Important In Order To Build The Same Perception Between Schools And Parents In Supporting The Learning Process That Will Be Provided. This Research Aims To Determine The Form Of Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents In Increasing Students' Learning Motivation And Learning Independence. This Research Is Qualitative Research. The Results Of This Research Are Forms Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation, Including Having Good Communication Relationships, A Sense Of Mutual Trust Between Teachers And Parents In Monitoring Students, Teachers Not Covering Up Students' Shortcomings (Talking As They Are), Giving Homework. To Students, And Holding Regular Meetings At The End Of Each Semester As A Form Of Evaluating Student Deficiencies. And Independence Is Collaboration Between Parents And Teachers Through Virtual Online And Non-Virtual Online Means. Conclusions Can Be Drawn About The Form Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation And Learning Independence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Role of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Educators. This research is a qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation methods. In this case, by understanding the role of the head of the madrasah in improving the quality of educators, how the role is carried out to improve the quality of educators. This study used interview and observational data collection techniques. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents regarding the role of madrasah heads in improving the quality of educators, while secondary data in the form of legal theories and norms and other supports are obtained from literature, documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the role of madrasah heads in improving the quality of educators. The results showed that the development of professionalism of educators is one way to improve the quality of education, because the quality of an education, one of which is determined by the quality of educators’ resources. Indicators in terms of the role of a madrasah head to improve the quality of educators are inspiring educators to innovate, motivating educators in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, shaping the behavior of educators, providing training and guidance, supervising learning programs.
