Abstract

The challenge of education in the current era of disruption is to produce children who are able to think creatively, critically, innovatively, and with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary sensitivity. Moral learning needs to be done as early as possible, according to the stages of children's moral development. Children's moral development is facilitated through learning activities that aim to provide moral knowledge to children. Children's knowledge can be developed through stories that are held through learning activities. The moral development of children through methods supported by wayang media is expected to facilitate early childhood learning. The wayang media presented not only features characters that match the character of each character but is also equipped with dialogue that allows reciprocity between children and wayang characters.

Abstract

Changes in the era of society 5.0 cannot be avoided. The rapid change of times has made all aspects of life also required to experience changes as well as society. The purpose of this research is to analyze STEM-based learning management in order to prepare for changes in the era of society 5.0 which is a qualitative research with a library research approach. The era of society 5.0 is the era of super smart society where humans are required to be able to live side by side with technology, all activities in aspects of life are influenced by technology which aims to make humans live more effectively and comfortably. Education is one of the agents in preparing the younger generation to compete in this era of change. Therefore, STEM is an approach that is able to provide preparation for students in facing the era of society 5.0, because STEM is one of the characteristics of learning that teaches and trains 21st century skills needed in the era of society 5.0. As for STEM-based learning management, there needs to be careful preparation for both teachers and students so that learning can run optimally. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Kurikulum Merdeka as an option for a school. A school may choose the curriculum which suitable to the needs for the teachers and the students to simplify the students to learn and to make a school as a comfortable, a safe and a joyful place. The needs of a school consist of the aim, method, material and evaluation of learning for the teachers and the students. The method of this research is a qualitative research. The researcher collects the data by reading, writing and processing research material. The result of this study state that a school can choose a curriculum which will be used in the next learning year. The options are kurikulum 2013, kurikulum darurat and kurikulum merdeka. When a school choose kurikulum merdeka as their curriculum, it has an opportunity to choose Mandiri Belajar, Mandiri Berubah dan Mandiri Berbagi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a snake and ladder game media to improve elementary school students' learning outcomes in addition and subtraction concepts. One of the problems of education is the lack of media facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, such as developing learning media in the classroom. One of the interesting learning media that can overcome student boredom in learning activities is game-based learning activities, such as the application of snakes and ladders game media. In student learning outcomes, it shows that 10% of students have scores above the KKM before applying the snake and ladder learning media, while after applying the snake ladder game learning media, 100% of students have scores above the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria), it shows that student learning outcomes have increased. 90%. The use of learning media in learning activities makes it easier for students to gain understanding and motivate students to learn.

Abstract

This research objective is to improve the ability of reading comprehension toward reading text on the students of third grade at Terang Nusantara Elementary School by using the scramble learning model. The subjects were 17 students in class III C Terang Nusantara Elementary School. This study utilizes Mixed Methods with a Sequential Explanatory design. Sources of data obtained were quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data collection techniques were carried out using the Pretest-Posttest, while qualitative data were obtained using student response questionnaires and observation sheets. The pretest score was 68.32 before applying the scramble learning model. Furthermore, the average posttest score was 82.9 after using the scramble model. Based on the results of the N-gain test, a score of g = 0.56 was obtained in the moderate category. The N-gain effectiveness percentage score of 56.22% indicates a fairly effective interpretation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the applying of scramble learning model to improve reading comprehension skills of reading texts on third grade students at Terang Nusantara Elementary School is quite effective.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an innovation in interesting, varied, and innovative learning media using the Canva application as well as to test the feasibility and validity of the developed media, namely Canva-based digital comic media in Indonesian language lesson content on energy source materials. This type of research is a research and development research with the research subjects of class III students at SDN Kawungluwuk Kab. Cianjur. Data collection in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The procedure and stages of development on Canva-based digital comic media use the ADDIE model which has five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The quantitative and qualitative development of digital comics based on Canva is appropriate for use in learning. The results of the validation assessment were processed twice because of revisions to produce the best product. The results of the 1st media expert validator got 91% and the 2nd got 92%, the 1st linguist validator got 64% and the 2nd got 100%, the 1st material expert validator got 84% and the 2nd got 88%. The overall results of all validators 1 get 80% results and the 2nd get 93% results have an increase. Meanwhile, the results of the student response questionnaire obtained 94%. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the Canva-based digital comic media in the Indonesian language subject matter of energy source material was very feasible to be used as a varied and innovative learning media in learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks bacaan pada siswa kelas II SD Makedonia dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mixed Methode dengan desain Sequential Explanatory. Sumber data yang diperoleh adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pretest, Postest sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket respon siswa dan lembar observasi. Sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran CIRC. Hasil nilai rata–rata siswa (pretest) adalah 61,1. Selanjutnya hasil rata–rata test (post test) kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa pada teks bacaan setelah menggunakan model CIRC adalah 83,2. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-gain diperoleh score 0,67 dengan kategori sedang. Dilihat dari presentase efektivitas N-gain diperoleh score 66,69% dengan tafsiran cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran CIRC untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks bacaan pada siswa kelas II SD Makedonia cukup efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD Pelita Fajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas I SD Pelita Fajar yang berjumlah 15 siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan Mixed Metdhods dengan desain Sequential Explanatory. Sumber data yang diperoleh adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif .Tehnik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pretest-postest, ,sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket respon siswa dan lembar observasi.Sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture hasil rata rata nilaii siswa (pretest) adalah 65,4 Selanjutnya hasil nilai rata rata tes (post test) kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa pada test bacaan menguunakan model Picture and Picture adalah 75,8.Berdasarkan hasil uji N-gain diperoleh score g = 0,28 dengan kategori sedang.Dilihat dari persentase efektivitas N-gain diperoleh score 28,40 % dengan taksiran cukup efektif .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pemebelajaran Picture and Picture meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I SD Pelita Fajar cukup efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Seorang guru perlu menguasai dan menerapkan keterampilan mengajar khususnya keterampilan variasi mengajar. Minat belajar siswa saat ini cenderung rendah dikarenakan ada beberapa faktor penyebab hal tersebut terjadi, salah satunya kurang nya guru dalam menguasai keterampilan mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya keterampilan mengajar guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan melaksanakan kegiatan observasi dan wawancara pada salah satu sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterampilan variasi mengajar guru dapat berpengaruh pada minat belajar siswa, karena tanpa adanya keterampilan variasi yang dikuasai guru, pembelajaran akan cenderung monoton dan membosankan sehingga siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan karena mereka merasa pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan kurang menarik baginya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks cerita fabel pada siswa kelas 2 SD Darul Hadis Lembang dengan menggunakan model Picture and Picture. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas 2 Darul Hadis lembang yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method dengan desain Sequential Exploratory. Sumber data yang diperoleh adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and picture, sedangkan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah menggunakan model picture and picture dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks cerita fabel pada siswa kelas 2 SD Darul Hadis Lembang. Peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks cerita fabel ditunjukkan dari hasil rata-rata nilai siswa pada awal tes (Pretest) adalah 58,75, selanjutnya hasil tes mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan model Picture and Picture (Posttest) dengan memperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai 85,375.
