Abstract

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a crucial determinant of service quality and institutional strengthening in Early Childhood Education (ECE). A common challenge faced by many ECE institutions, including RA Hidayatut Tauhid Nagreg, is the absence of strategic, systematic, and value-based facility management, which limits the optimal utilization of existing resources in supporting sustainable learning and institutional development. This study aims to analyze and formulate a strategic model of facilities and infrastructure management grounded in the principles of Islamic Education Management (IEM) to strengthen the institutional capacity of ECE at RA Hidayatut Tauhid Nagreg. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that although RA Hidayatut Tauhid Nagreg possesses relatively adequate facilities and infrastructure to support early childhood learning, their management remains predominantly operational rather than strategic, particularly in planning, inventory systems, maintenance, and stakeholder involvement. The study concludes that institutional strengthening in ECE can be achieved through optimizing facilities and infrastructure management integrated with IEM principles, enabling educational facilities to function not only as technical resources but also as strategic instruments for institutional sustainability and improved quality of early childhood education services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how cognitive processes influence language development, particularly in the aspects of intonation, word choice, and gesture. The research problem focuses on how mental mechanisms such as attention, working memory, conceptual organization, and emotional regulation shape an individual’s linguistic performance. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with interviews as the primary instrument. The data were obtained from several informants who described how their thoughts, knowledge, emotions, and social interactions affect the way they speak in daily communication. The findings indicate that cognitive processes play a significant role in determining verbal expression: individuals adjust their language style according to their understanding of the topic, their emotional state, and the social status of their interlocutor. Intonation becomes softer or firmer depending on emotional control and social context, while word choice is influenced by cognitive maturity and environmental habits. Furthermore, gestures function as extensions of cognitive-motor processes that help clarify messages, but can appear impolite when self-regulation decreases. These findings support Piaget’s theory that language reflects cognitive structures and Vygotsky’s view that language is shaped through social mediation before being internalized as cognitive tools. Overall, this research provides empirical evidence that language, cognition, and social interaction are interrelated components that shape an individual’s communicative behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam bagaimana proses penguatan pengajian Aisyiyah berfungsi sebagai sarana dakwah sekaligus pemberdayaan perempuan Muhammadiyah di Desa Moncongkomba. Pengajian Aisyiyah memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran keagamaan serta meningkatkan kapasitas sosial dan ekonomi perempuan di tingkat komunitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penguatan pengajian dilakukan melalui peningkatan kapasitas kader, pembaruan metode dakwah, serta integrasi kegiatan pemberdayaan sosial dan ekonomi. Pengajian berperan sebagai dakwah bil lisan dan bil hal yang menumbuhkan kemandirian serta partisipasi aktif perempuan. Dengan demikian, pengajian Aisyiyah menjadi bentuk dakwah komunitas yang efektif dalam membentuk perempuan religius dan berdaya.

Abstract

Penelitian dan pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pola asuh (parenting) orang tua berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan disiplin sosial pada peserta didik. Disiplin sosial merupakan salah satu karakter penting dalam pendidikan karakter, yang menentukan kemampuan siswa untuk menaati norma, menghargai orang lain, dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam lingkungan sosial. Pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua, baik secara demokratis, otoriter, permisif, maupun situasional, memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kedisiplinan anak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh demokratis paling efektif dalam membentuk disiplin sosial karena menyeimbangkan kasih sayang dan ketegasan dalam pengawasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji video dongeng Ikan dan Burung dari aspek karakter peduli sosial untuk peserta didik kelas 2 di SD Petompon 02. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakter peduli sosial dalam video dongeng Ikan dan Burung, serta mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter peduli sosial melalui video dongeng Ikan dan Burung di kelas 2 SD Petompon 02. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan domunetasi bersama guru pamong PPL. Hasil dari penelitiannya adalah karakter peduli sosial di dalam video dongeng Ikan dan Burung terdiri atas: (a) peduli sosial toleran terhdap perbedaan yaitu peduli sosial kaitannya dengan peserta didik yang tidak mmbedakan teman melalui karakteristiknya, (b) peduli sosial kerjasama yaitu peduli sosial yang kaitannya dengan upaya yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu, (c) peduli sosial cinta damai dalam menghadapi persoalan yaitu peduli sosial yang kaitannya dengan sikap yang selalu mencintai kedamaian dalam menghadapi persoalan. Dapat disimpulkan darii hasil analisis ketiga karakter peduli sosial tersebut, peserta didik kelas 2 SD Petompon 02 masih beberapa yang menerapkan dalam khidupan sehari-harinya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a mathematics learning model based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Wordwall media to optimize students’ conceptual understanding of the area and perimeter of squares at the elementary school level. The research was conducted at SDN 21 Makalo, Kecamatan Sikakap, during the odd semester in response to the low level of students’ conceptual comprehension, where they tended to memorize formulas without understanding their meaning or applying them to real-life contexts. This quasi-experimental research involved two groups: an experimental class taught through PBL integrated with Wordwall and a control class taught through conventional methods. Data were collected using pretest and posttest instruments supported by classroom observations to assess learning activities. The results showed that the experimental class achieved a higher posttest mean score of 82.40 compared to 69.30 in the control class. Furthermore, the N-Gain score of the experimental class reached 0.68, categorized as medium–high, while the control class obtained 0.42, categorized as medium. These findings indicate that integrating PBL with Wordwall effectively enhances students’ engagement, motivation, and conceptual mastery of area and perimeter. The study concludes that this combined approach provides a meaningful learning experience and serves as a relevant and innovative strategy for improving mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of classroom quality management in creating a conducive learning environment at SDN Palipurna through the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle approach. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of the principal and teachers, while the research object focused on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of classroom quality management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that at the planning stage, teachers systematically prepared classroom management plans by determining objectives, strategies, and classroom rules that support the creation of a conducive learning environment. At the implementation stage, teachers consistently applied classroom management through managing learning interactions, organizing the classroom environment, and providing positive reinforcement to students. At the evaluation stage, teachers carried out reflection and assessment of classroom conditions and learning processes to identify strengths and obstacles. Furthermore, at the follow-up stage, teachers made improvements and refinements to classroom management strategies based on the evaluation results. Overall, the implementation of classroom quality management through the PDCA cycle was proven to be effective in creating a safe, comfortable, orderly, and enjoyable learning environment, thereby supporting the improvement of learning quality at SDN Palipurna.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and the acceleration of global cultural flow have made K-Dramas increasingly accessible and widely consumed. As a result, some individuals particularly those experiencing loneliness turn to K-Drama viewing as an emotional escape. This study aims to examine the relationship between lonelinessand parasocial interaction among K-Drama fans using a quantitative method with a correlational design, involving 413 participants selected through purposive sampling. The instruments utilized were the De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale by Gierveld and Tilburg (2006), adapted into Indonesian by Ningrum, E. P. (2020), and the Parasocial Interaction Scale derived from the Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) by Maltby et al. (2002), adapted into Indonesian by Zhafira, N. I. (2021). Pearson correlation analysis indicated a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and parasocial interaction among K-Drama fans in Indonesia. These findings suggest that parasocial interaction may serve as a coping mechanism that helps alleviate feelings of loneliness; however, excessive engagement may pose risks, including emotional dependence and avoidance of real social relationships.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced language development in early childhood, particularly among Alpha Generation children who grow up with intensive exposure to digital media. This study aims to explore the characteristics and shifts in language behavior of Alpha Generation children from a developmental psychology perspective in a kindergarten context. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at TK Pertiwi 02 Cepogo, Jepara Regency. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and the school principal, and documentation of learning activities. The findings indicate noticeable shifts in children’s language behavior, including the frequent use of short and repetitive utterances, imitation of digital media language styles, and limited expressive language in structured verbal interactions. However, children demonstrated improved language use when engaged in socially interactive activities facilitated by teachers. These results suggest that language development among Alpha Generation children is shaped by the interaction between psychological development, digital media exposure, and the quality of social interaction in the learning environment. The study highlights the importance of adaptive language learning strategies that emphasize meaningful social interaction to support children’s expressive language development in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the results of research on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024. The results of the study show that the Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers to design learning that is in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students, as well as encouraging the creation of a contextual, reflective learning process that is oriented towards strengthening religious values, morals, and Al-Qur'an literacy. This curriculum also emphasizes the importance of forming a Pancasila student profile through a project approach and experience-based learning. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as teachers' limited understanding of the concept of differentiated learning, a lack of supporting facilities, and a lack of professional guidance. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teachers' capacity through continuous training, collaboration between educators, and the optimization of learning technology in line with Islamic values.
