Abstract

This research aims to examine whether the implementation of accountability reporting on the development of Nagari Parambahan for 2018-2023 follows the indicators based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. This research shows that the Nagari Parambahan RPJM has yet to be 100% realized due to limited funds due to the non-disbursement of central government funds and COVID-19. The funds primarily used for the development of Nagari Parambahan are Nagari Fund Allocation (ADN); after that comes APBD funds. The Nagari Parambahan government always conveys the realization of RPJM and APB Nagari Parambahan on time. The sub-district team constantly evaluates all activities within its work program. It is also continually audited by Tim Tanah Datar Regency Inspectorate regarding the realization of the RPJM and APB Nagari. Nagari Parambahan Government Transparency was carried out manually, as evidenced by the erection of billboards in the Wali Nagari Parambahan yard as information to the public on the report on the realization of the use of the budget for the work program during the year. After being discussed, only four indicators met and followed the indicators Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014 covers document completeness, procedural compliance, periodic submissions, audits, and evaluations. Meanwhile, two indicators do not meet and do not match the indicators Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014 covers the suitability of reporting, transparency, and participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Flipbook berbasis Problem-Based Learning yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 6. Flipbook yang dikembangkan dirancang sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan campuran (mix method) dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 15 siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa media Flipbook yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Uji coba pada siswa kelas 6 menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan padae kmampuan berpikir kritis. Dengan demikian, media Flipbook berbasis PBL ini dapat dijadikan alternatif inovasi pembelajaran untuk mendukung pengembangank eterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This research is a type of Research and Development (RnD) research that aims to find out how to develop scientific-based worksheets on science material for fifth grade students. This study uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of 5 stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage. (Design), the development stage (Development), the implementation stage (Implementation), and the evaluation stage (Evaluation). The research instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a validation questionnaire to determine the validity of the developed product and the user's response to the questionnaire to determine the product developed by using a Likert scale calculation. The resulting product is a scientific-based worksheet which was developed using the Power Point 2010 application. The product developed was validated by one material expert and one media expert and implemented in a trial given to 12 students and one class VB teacher at SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1. Validation is carried out to determine the validity of the developed-based LKPD. The results of the validation by the material expert validator were obtained at 96.7% in the very valid category and the validation by the media expert validator obtained at 99.1% with the very valid category. The user responses given by students and teachers are carried out to be adjusted according to scientific-based LKP. The results given by students and teachers were respectively 87.7% and 97.2% with a very decent category. So that the scientific-based LKPD is valid and feasible to be applied in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) menggunakan proyek poster, booklet, happy note, dan flipbook serta memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi membuat dan melaksanakan aturan. Selain itu, peningkatan nilai karakter siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila pada kelas IV di SD Negeri Mangkang Kulon 03. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Research). Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Mangkang Kulon 03 yang terdiri 16 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui tes dan observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) menggunakan proyek poster, booklet, happy note, dan flipbook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi membuat dan melaksanakan aturan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat antara siklus I dan siklus II pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara siklus I dan siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pencapaian evaluasi dari siklus I sampai siklus II. Pada keterampilan memiliki rata-rata penilaian 83%, penilaian sikap 76%, dan penilaian kognitif 84 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek lebih meningkatkatkan pada nilai karakter siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis flipbook pada peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri Gisikdrono 01 dan mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan bahan ajar flipbook untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Gisikdrono 01 yang berjumlah 24 peserta didik terdiri dari 13 peserta didik laki-laki dan 11 peserta didik perempuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, pengajaran, dan tes. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bahan ajar berbasis flipbook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Gisikdrono 01. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari tahap pra siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar antara pra siklus dan siklus I yakni mulai dari 33% pada kegiatan pra siklus yang kemudian mengalami peningkatan menjadi 75% pada siklus I. Kemudian, pada siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan kembali menjadi 91%. Hasil belajar tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis flipbook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Families, as the smallest social unit, often face serious problems such as domestic violence that can result in divorce and have a deep psychological impact on children, including anxiety. Data shows that in 2023, there will be 5,174 divorce cases in Indonesia due to domestic violence. This study aims to determine the description of anxiety in early adult women who are victims of parental divorce due to domestic violence. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with interview and observation data collection methods. This research was conducted on six participants. The results showed that 6 subjects experienced anxiety caused by the divorce of parents who experienced domestic violence. The impact of anxiety on the 6 subjects is a psychological impact but of the 6 there are 2 subjects who experience physical impacts. The 6 subjects can also be said to experience realistic, neurotic, and moral anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the description of resilience in Paragame athletes who have achieved national and international achievements. Resilience is defined as an individual's ability to bounce back, survive, and thrive when facing challenges and pressures. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to explore the in-depth experiences of five Paragame athletes who have different disability backgrounds. Data were obtained through interviews and observations and analyzed based on seven dimensions of resilience, including emotional control, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and the ability to bounce back. The results showed that of all the five research subjects, namely, R, I, A, S, AH fulfilled the seven dimensions of resilience, namely Emotional regulation, Impulse Control, Optimism, Casual Analysis, Self Efficacy, Reaching Out. The results of this study also show that all of the research subjects above fulfill the three components of resilience, namely I have, I am, I can.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental element in national development. High quality education not only plays a role in improving human resources but also becomes the basis for the progress of a country. The quality of learning at SD Negeri Logede also still requires serious attention. Teachers often face difficulties in preparing learning plans that are in accordance with student needs. In implementing learning, the methods used tend to be monotonous and less innovative, so that students are not actively involved in the learning process. This has an impact on student learning outcomes that are less than satisfactory. This study aims to analyze the role of supervisors in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri Logede, Sumber District, Rembang Regency. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that supervisors play an important role in academic supervision, teacher coaching, and curriculum development. The impact is seen in improving the quality of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. The obstacles faced by supervisors include limited time and resources. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between supervisors, teachers, and principals to create better quality learning. Keywords: supervisor, quality of learning, academic supervision

Abstract

This study aims to understand the picture of altruism in individuals who set up shelters for abandoned animal rescue in Indonesia. Altruism in this context is characterized by selfless actions driven by deep empathy for the suffering of abandoned animals. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in- depth interviews and observations of four participants who were aged 20-60 years old and had managed a shelter for at least six months. The results showed that the participants' motivation was driven by various factors, such as high empathy, pure intention, internal motivation, and prioritization of others' welfare. The forms of altruism demonstrated include rescuing animals from dangerous environments, providing safe shelter, medical care for injured or sick animals, and educating the public to raise awareness about animal welfare. However, participants face various challenges, including limited funding, lack of community support, lack of human resources, and emotional distress from seeing the constant suffering of animals. Despite this, their dedication remains high, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to making a positive impact on abandoned animals. This research confirms that altruism plays an important role in creating positive social change, not only to improve animal welfare but also to inspire people about the importance of caring for living beings. This study contributes to the understanding of altruistic actions in the unique context of abandoned animal rescue in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials for LKPD IPAs Based on the ProblemBased Learning (PBL) Model on IPAs content for fourth grade students of SDN 1Sekarteja. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research withreference to the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,Evaluation) development model. The instruments in this development research usevalidation sheets and student response questionnaires. The validation results frommedia experts with a total score of 72 which is in the range of X> 67.08 so that itcan be categorized as "very good" and for material experts with a total score of 27which is in the range of X> 25.2 so that it can also be categorized as "very good".The results of the overall student response questionnaire got a score of 715 with anaverage of 32.5 so that it is in the range of X> 29.28 with the category of "very good".Meanwhile, the data from the analysis of students' critical thinking skills increasedafter the product trial with a value above the KKM (> 70) of 18 students, whilestudents who obtained a value below the KKM (≤ 70) were 4 students out of a totalof 22 students. From the initial data, there were 16 students whose scores werebelow the KKM (< 70) and 10 other students whose scores were above the KKM (≤70). So it can be concluded that the product in the form of LKPD IPAS Based on theProblem Based Learning (PBL) Model is suitable for use as teaching materials inclassroom learning.
