Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perbandingan sistem pendidikan inklusif di Jepang dan Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kedua negara memiliki komitmen untuk memberikan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua anak, namun menghadapi tantangan serupa, seperti keterbatasan pelatihan guru spesialis dan ketidaksesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan individual siswa. Di Jepang, meskipun sudah ada kebijakan Special Needs Education (SNE), pelatihan guru belum memadai dan kurikulum yang ada cenderung kaku, sehingga sulit disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan setiap siswa. Di Indonesia, kebijakan "Merdeka Belajar" menawarkan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran, tetapi implementasinya masih terbatas oleh kurangnya guru terlatih dan kurikulum yang kurang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi perbandingan, melalui analisis dokumen dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jepang dan Indonesia perlu meningkatkan pelatihan bagi guru, mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih responsif, serta menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung pendidikan inklusif. Rekomendasi juga meliputi perlunya kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan keluarga untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif. Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi negara lain yang tengah mengembangkan sistem pendidikan inklusif yang komprehensif dan efektif.

Abstract

In the era of independent leaning, the quality of education is still a major problem. Efforts to change were made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The fundamental change is that there is a change in the curriculum. Improving teacher competence is carried out through various training models. The principal as the manager of the educational unit is improved. Changes in the role of the supervisor are carried out. One of the roles of the supervisor is to provide assistance to educational units. Through assistance activities, supervisors are expected to be able to empower the head of the educational unit. Supervisors can supervise and monitor the performance of the principal. This study aims to determine whether there is a role for supervisors in improving the performance of the principal of Al Yakin Yunior High school. This study is qualitative. The researcher's framework argues that with a well-planned assistance process, the performance of the principal can be improved. Data collection carried out by the researcher: interviews, observations, and documentation. Through the triangulation process, the researcher obtained valid research results. From the data obtained from various sources, the researcher describes the results of his research. The principal can involve teachers and education personnel. The principal in managing the educational unit needs the support of a work team consisting of the vice principal, teachers and education personnel. With the assistance of the supervisor and the active role of teachers and education personnel, the principal can manage the school effectively.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to describe the use of smart pocket board media in improving science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Minasa Upa 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects were fourth grade teachers and 25 students consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and test techniques.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still an issue that requires serious attention. One of the main determining factors for the quality of education is teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are able to carry out their strategic role in designing, implementing and evaluating the learning process effectively. Academic supervision implemented by school principals is certainly very effective, because it can provide assistance, guidance and guidance to teachers so that they are able to work better in guiding students and can improve the quality of learning in improving learning in schools. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing coaching-based academic supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principals, supervisors and teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rembang. The research results found that the supporting factors for the implementation of school principal academic supervision include: principal, teachers,. The principal has high concern for teachers to improve their teaching abilities, so that teachers are able to excel, and teachers have high awareness and motivation to improve their teaching abilities. In implementing academic supervision by the principal, it can be carried out in three stages, namely: conducting pre-academic supervision, carrying out class visits, and discussing the results of class visits. The implementation of an effective academic supervision program means that to achieve the required quality, it requires serious supervision by the school principal. The implementation of academic supervision by the school principal towards teachers is very important in order to improve teachers' professional abilities and improve the quality of learning through a good learning process. The essence of academic supervision is not assessing teacher performance in managing the learning process, but rather helping teachers develop their professionalism.

Abstract

The role of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) in the Indonesian constitutional system as well as the hierarchy of laws and regulations in Indonesia is discussed in this report. The legal sequence system known as the "hierarchy of statutory regulations" aims to provide legal certainty by ensuring that lower regulations do not conflict with higher regulations. The 1945 Constitution functions as the highest source of law. The MPR has a strategic role in the Indonesian government structure, they can change or enact the 1945 Constitution, elect the President and Vice President, and assess government performance. The Outlines of State Policy (GBHN) were established by the MPR before the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, after the reform, other regulations were added. In addition, this report explains how the MPR is involved in making national strategic policies and monitoring laws. To study the role of the MPR in the hierarchy of statutory regulations and its influence on strengthening the Indonesian legal system, this research uses a literature study with descriptive analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research will increase understanding of the role of the MPR in maintaining the consistency and continuity of the Indonesian legal and regulatory system.

Abstract

The conflict in the South China Sea involves overlapping claims between six countries, namely China, the Philippines, Taiwan, Brunei, Malaysia and Vietnam. The main cause of this conflict is the potential for abundant natural resources, including oil and gas, as well as strategic international trade routes. China claims almost the entire region through the decree line, sparking tensions and protests from other countries. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of the conflict in the South China Sea on stability in the Southeast Asia region. This research uses the literature study method. This type of method is collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and research that has already been carried out. Literature study is an effort carried out by researchers to collect information that is relevant to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched. So, based on this research to determine the impact of this conflict on the stability of Southeast Asia includes increasing military tensions and economic challenges for the countries involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap Prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Skala kecanduan Reels Instagram dan skala prokrastinasi akademik digunakan sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini jenis instrument yang digunakan adalah angket. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Proportional Random Sampling sehingga total responden adalah 103 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS 27 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan taraf signifikansi <,001 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Pengaruh tersebut tercatat sebesar 45.9%, yang berarti ketergantungan pada Reels Instagram dapat mempengaruhi prokrastinasi akademik mereka dalam jumlah tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

In the procurement of package books at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu, sharia economic principles can be applied to ensure that transactions are conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with sharia provisions. As policy makers, it is necessary to support the application of these principles through regulations that facilitate the procurement of sharia-compliant goods and services, including in the education sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze the mechanism of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu, and to evaluate the suitability of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu with the perspective of Imam Syatibi's al-maslahah principle. This research method uses field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection procedures carried out were through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretatively, using thematic, content, narrative, phenomenological, grounded theory, and discourse analysis techniques. The data were analyzed to explore an in-depth understanding of the social phenomenon or behavior under study. The results of the study concluded that: first, the mechanism of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun involves discussions between related parties to select books, ordering after approval, book delivery, distribution to students, and payment through the E-MAZ application with the option of payment in full or 4-5 months installments. Second, the application of Imam Syatibi's al-maslahah principle in the procurement of package books has a positive impact on the quality of education and the welfare of students, guardians, and institutions. The curriculum-compliant policy and payment flexibility reflect efforts to achieve benefits without harming. Although there are negative impacts such as emotional burdens, this policy supports smooth learning. Keywords: package book procurement, madrasah aliyah, al-maslahah principle

Abstract

This study aims to improve reading comprehension of narrative texts and critical thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary students through the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) using Canva media and QuizWhizzer eassessment. The research employs a mixed-method approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 19 students from SD Negeri Winong 01. The learning process follows the five stages of PBL syntax, enhanced with interactive Canva media for narrative text presentations and QuizWhizzer for digital gamebased assessments. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension skills, with the average pretest score increasing from 53.68 to 75.63 in the posttest. A paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of < 0.001, confirming the effectiveness of the learning method. Canva’s visually engaging features facilitated better comprehension of the texts, while QuizWhizzer fostered student engagement during evaluations. This approach not only enhanced students' reading comprehension but also developed their critical thinking skills, providing an interactive, innovative, and modern learning experience tailored to current educational needs.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of resilience on psychological well-being in the sandwich generation. The sandwich generation consists of individuals who bear dual responsibilities: caring for elderly parents while meeting the needs of their own nuclear family. This study used a quantitative method with data collected through a questionnaire involving 223 productive-age respondents. The Resilience Scale (RS-14) and Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being were used to measure the resilience and psychological well-being levels of the respondents. The results showed that resilience has a significant positive effect on psychological well-being in the sandwich generation, with a contribution of 37.8%. This finding indicates that individuals with high resilience tend to have better psychological well-being. Thus, increasing resilience could be an effective strategy for managing the pressures faced by the sandwich generation. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the importance of resilience in supporting the psychological well-being of the sandwich generation.
