Abstract

This study explores the function and role of school leadership in mobilizing institutional life and addressing organizational challenges at Mimbar Huffazh Foundation, Karawang. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. Findings reveal that the principal plays a strategic and dynamic leadership role, blending transformational and situational approaches that align with the unique cultural and professional context of the school. The leadership practice goes beyond administrative tasks by emphasizing vision-building, adaptive communication, and fostering professional growth. Open dialogue, relational trust, and participatory decision-making become central to how the principal navigates problems and drives continuous improvement. Moreover, teacher development programs are designed based on individual needs, reflecting a human-centered approach to school management. This study concludes that effective school leadership requires not only managerial competence but also the ability to inspire, adapt, and collaborate meaningfully. Future research is recommended to compare leadership practices across various Islamic educational institutions using mixed methods approaches for broader insight. Abstract

Leadership is an activity of influencing others so that they can work together to achieve the desired goals. One form of leadership is transformational leadership. Burns stated that the transformational leadership model essentially emphasizes that a leader needs to motivate his subordinates to carry out their responsibilities more than they expect. Transformational leaders must be able to define, communicate and articulate the vision of the organization, and subordinates must accept and acknowledge the credibility of their leaders. Abstract

Learning media is one of the strategies that can be used teacher in helpimh the learning process in the class, the lack of us of learning media that the delivery of learning materials greatly affects students' ability to understand learning materials, especially in science learning. The research metod in this studi is the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE delevopment model namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This ADDIE model is used to help develop photoshop-based digital comic media which can be used as an alternative in helping the learning process. Based on the results of the validation of media experts, they got a validity score of 80% with very valid criteria, the validation results of linguists got a validity score of 76.36% with valid criteria, and the results of material expert validation got a 95% validity score with very valid criteria. This photoshop-based digital comic media is very valid and can be tested on teachers and students at school. Based on the results of the test through the teacher's response questionnaire, the response score was 86.66% and the test on the student's response got a score of 92.8% with a very good category. Based on the results of the two trials, it can be concluded that this photoshop-based digital comic media is valid and very well used in science learning.

Abstract

In the 21st century, learning is still dominated by teachers as a source of learning, so that students only get knowledge from teachers. If learning activities only come from teachers, students are not used to linking lesson materials with problems that occur in everyday life, and this causes them to lose critical thinking skills. Thus, teachers must choose the right learning model to train critical thinking skills. One learning model that can be used to improve students' critical thinking skills is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on critical thinking skills in the Pancasila Education subject of grade IV students. The research method used was quantitative research using the experimental method. The results of this study showed that the average posttest score of the experimental class was 80.60, while the average posttest score of the control class was 65.80. The results of the t-test hypothesis test obtained the results of the analysis that the Sig. (2-Tailed) value was 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that the null hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in students' critical thinking in Pancasila Education learning between the experimental class and the control class. With the difference in learning models used, it is proven that the Problem Based Learning learning model has a significant influence on critical thinking in Pancasila Education of grade IV students.

Abstract

Moral education is the foundational pillar in the sustainable development of a child’s character. From an Islamic perspective, the family plays a crucial role as the first and foremost institution responsible for instilling moral and ethical values. This study aims to understand how moral education is implemented within the family environment according to Islamic teachings, as well as to identify effective strategies that parents can apply. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through a literature review approach. Data were collected from various sources, including books, academic journals, articles, and official documents relevant to the topic, and then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that moral education in the family can be implemented through five main methods: exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah), habituation (ta’dib), advice and dialogue (mau’izhah), supervision (riqābah), and educational discipline (taqwīm). Each of these methods is strongly rooted in Islamic teachings, as derived from the Qur’an, Hadith, and the thoughts of scholars such as Imam Al-Ghazali. The study also shows that active parental involvement, effective communication, and exemplary daily behavior significantly influence the development of children’s moral character. Early moral education is essential in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually capable but also morally upright. Therefore, the family must serve as the primary agent in implementing moral education aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media with the AssemblrEdu application in improving students' understanding of Pancasila Education material. Using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design, this study compared student learning outcomes in the experimental class using AR media and the control class using conventional methods. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with 81.82% of students in the experimental class achieving scores above 70 after using AR media, compared to only 45.46% before learning. The t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes (significance value 0.000 <0.05). In conclusion, the use of AR media assisted by AssemblrEdu has proven effective in improving students' understanding and learning outcomes, making learning more interesting and interactive, and helping students understand complex material more easily.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran kreatif yang melibatkan siswa secara langsung dan mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Timpeh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan pancasila siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Timpeh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental designs (non-designs) dengan menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Timpeh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 laki-laki, 11 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes berupa soal objektif. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis Paired Sampel Test diperoleh hasilnya 0,000dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan pancasila siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Timpeh SDN 08 Timpeh. Berdasarkan penelitian, bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study was conducted to answer the problem of students' conceptual understanding ability in science or special terms in social studies learning and the low motivation of students to learn. In the 21st century, meaningful learning is increasingly important to implement, one of the effective media to achieve this goal is Educaplay, which allows students to learn interactively and enjoyably. This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Games Tournament type cooperative learning model assisted by Educaplay media on elementary school students' understanding of social studies concepts. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were fifth grade students of SDN 4 Nagri Kaler in the 2024/2025 academic year. In the experimental class, the Team Games Tournament model was used with Educaplay media, while the control class used the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The results of the study showed that there was an influence on understanding social studies concepts in students in the experimental class. This can be seen from the results of the regression test, which was 0.527 or 52.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model in improving students' conceptual understanding. This study recommends the use of interactive and technology-based learning models to create active and enjoyable learning.

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low creative thinking ability of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Project- Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by the carrd.co media on students’ creative thinking abilities in the IPAS subject for Grade V at SD Aisyiyah Metro Selatan. This study used a quantitative research method with an experimental type in the form of a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study consisted of 61 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using a test technique in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis. Data were collected through pretest and posttest based on indicators of creative thinking, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results of the simple regression test showed that Fcount > Ftable, thus Ha was accepted. The results of this study indicated that the Project-Based Learning model assisted by carrd.co media had a positive and significant effect on the creative thinking ability of students in IPAS learning in grade V at SD Aisyiyah Metro Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of school customer satisfaction on service performance and library management at SMPN 3 Sentolo. This type of research is a sequential explanatory method. The study population consisted of 576 students at SMPN 3 Sentolo using proportional sampling, resulting in a sample of 235 students. Data collection techniques: questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research on the performance of the library service at SMPN 3 Sentolo are 81.04% in the satisfactory category. The four components are Collection Sub variable 80.81%, Infrastructure 80.94%, Library services 81.78%, Library reinforcement 80.52%. And includes performance management of library services from Planning to compiling work programs, Organizing to compiling organizational structures and division of tasks, Implementation of carrying out predetermined work program activities, Supervision, Evaluation of work program activities Customer satisfaction is obtained in very satisfying and satisfying categories determined by how management planning, organizing, implementation and supervision.
