Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of students’ understanding of the plant material in the IPAS subject for Grade IV students at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 04. This is due to the lack of engaging learning media, which leads to students being less active during the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop instructional media that can help students comprehend the material and actively participate in learning. One proposed solution is the use of an AI-based animated video learning media titled "Dunia Rahasia Tumbuhan" ("The Secret World of Plants"). With this media, students are expected to more easily grasp the lesson content, thereby achieving learning objectives more effectively. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consists of all Grade IV students of SDN Tlogosari Kulon 04 in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 28 students selected using a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The results of expert validation from the first material and media expert showed an average score of 86.8%, the second expert 97.3%, and a classroom teacher scored it at 92%, all categorized as “Excellent.” The overall average validation score was 92%. Data analysis showed an improvement in students’ understanding after using the AI-based animated video. Based on the N-Gain effectiveness test, the average score was 0.7813 or 78%, classified as “Effective.” It can be concluded that the AI-based animated video "The Secret World of Plants" effectively improves Grade IV students’ understanding of plant material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of application of creative learning models that involve students directly and result in low student learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila education of grade IV students of SDN 08 Timpeh. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Cooperative Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education of grade IV students of SDN 08 Timpeh. This research method uses pre-experimental designs (non-designs) using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all grade IV students of SDN 08 Timpeh. The sample in this study was 20 students consisting of 9 males, 11 females. The data collection technique in this study was a test in the form of objective questions. Based on the Paired Sample Test hypothesis test, the results were 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Cooperative Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education of grade IV students of SDN 08 Timpeh. Based on research, the implementation of the cooperative learning model type Think Talk Write (TTW) has a good influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis teks narasi dengan model pembelajaran Think, Talk, Write. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dan menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group yang artinya sampel kontrol tidak dipilih secara acak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa kelas IV E1 salah satu sekolah di Kamal, Bangkalan, Madura. Sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa kelas IV E2 salah satu sekolah di Kamal, Bangkalan, Madura. Sebagai kelas kontrol. Kedua sekolah tersebut merupakan SDN di Kamal Bangkalan Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes menulis narasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data Independent Sample Test t-test pada posttest diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan kriteria bahwa nilai signifikansi 2-tailed < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran TTW terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks narasi.

Abstract

This study examines the important role of families in instilling Islamic educational values ​​as an effort to overcome the moral crisis of children in the midst of the globalization era. The main objective of this study is to examine how the role of families through parenting patterns, role models, and instilling Islamic teachings can shape children's character so that they remain based on religious values ​​amidst the onslaught of foreign cultures and the development of digital technology. This study uses a library research method by analyzing various sources of literature, books, scientific articles, and relevant secondary data. The results of the study show that families have a central role as the first educational environment in building children's moral foundations, even though they are faced with challenges such as the influence of digital media and limited parental time. The conclusion of this study confirms that active family participation is essential in Islamic-based character education in order to produce a generation that is faithful and has commendable morals.

Abstract

Misconceptions are one of the main obstacles in the science learning process at the elementary school level. One topic that is often misunderstood by students is the structure and function of stomata in plants. This study aims to identify and analyze the form of students' misconceptions about stomata and their functions in science subjects. The study was conducted on fifth grade elementary school students through video-based essay questions that describe parts of plants. The results showed that most students did not understand the function of stomata as a place for gas exchange and water evaporation. In contrast, many students consider stomata as a pathway for water or food to enter. This finding shows the importance of a more contextual and visual learning approach in understanding the concept of plant structure and function.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is that there are students who are less fluent and interested in reading at SD N 2 Burikan, this is because students tend to use cellphones more often than doing reading activities. The problems in this study are 1) How is the implementation of the literacy culture of characters like to read in the teaching campus program 4 at SD N 2 Burikan Kudus?, 2) How is the impact of the application of the literacy culture of characters like to read in the teaching campus program 4 at SD N 2 Burikan Kudus?. The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) Describing the implementation of the literacy culture of characters who like to read through the Teaching Campus 4 program at SD N Burikan 2 Kudus. 2) Knowing the impact of implementing a culture of literacy for characters like to read through the Teaching Campus 4 program at SD N 2 Burikan Kudus. This type of research is qualitative research. The study population is all grade III students of SD N 2 Burikan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The samples taken were grade III students, homeroom teachers and the principal of SD N 2 Burikan for interviews. For this sampling are selected with high, medium, low categories. The data in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the analysis of the application of reading literacy culture and based on the results of interviews show that literacy activities held in schools are very helpful for improving students' reading skills. Literacy activities carried out every day at SD N 2 Burikan can also develop student character, especially in reading.

Abstract

In science learning in class V SDN Rajapolah, students' understanding is still lacking. This is because in terms of learning, it shows that there is minimal use of learning models in the classroom. So this study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning learning model based on experiments on science learning outcomes in the material on energy changes for class V SDN Rajapolah students. his type of research is quantitative research. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population used is 76 students of grade V SDN Rajapolah. The sample used is a simple random sampling technique. Namely class VA with 38 students as the control class and class VB with 38 students as the experimental class. The data collection technique used is a test technique using multiple choice questions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence of the use of the Project Based Learning learning model based on experiments on the learning outcomes of science on energy changes in grade V students of SDN Rajapolah. This can be seen from the difference in the average posttest score of the control class, which was 69.45, while the average posttest score of the experimental class was 83.37. In the hypothesis test, an Independent Sample T-Test was carried out which obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that there is a significant difference between the posttest results of the experimental class using the project based learning model and the control class without using the project based learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate students’ learning motivation through dance performances in Grade V at SD Negeri 107417 Sei Merah. The background of this research is the low learning motivation among students, indicated by a lack of participation and enthusiasm during lessons, especially in dance classes. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method using purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 1 teacher and 12 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and a questionnaire consisting of 20 statement items. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques in the form of percentages. The results showed that students’ learning motivation was categorized as "very good" with an average overall score of 84.58%. This reflects that dance performances can enhance students' enthusiasm, self-confidence, cooperation, and perseverance in the learning process. The teacher also noted positive changes in students’ discipline and social interactions after participating in dance activities. Thus, it can be concluded that dance performances contribute positively to improving the learning motivation of Grade V students at SD Negeri 10741 7 Sei Merah and can serve as an effective and enjoyable learning method.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research examines educational technology integration to enhance interactivelearning quality in Indonesian elementary schools through qualitative literaturereview methodology. Systematic analysis of contemporary literature identifiesimmersive technology trends including augmented reality, adaptive artificialintelligence, and gamification as primary catalysts for learning transformation.Findings demonstrate that educational technology implementation enhancesstudent engagement, facilitates personalized learning, and develops collaborativecompetencies. However, significant challenges including digital divide, limitedteacher competencies, and financial constraints impede optimal implementation.Blended learning strategies utilizing locally-adapted SAMR framework, supportedby professional learning communities and multi-stakeholder partnerships, arerecommended as optimal integration models. This research contributes todeveloping effective and sustainable educational technology implementationstrategies for enhancing interactive learning quality in Indonesian elementaryschools, providing evidence-based recommendations for policymakers andeducational practitioners.Keywords: educational technology, interactive learning, elementary school ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji integrasi teknologi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitaspembelajaran interaktif di sekolah dasar Indonesia melalui metode kajian pustakakualitatif. Namun, tantangan signifikan berupa kesenjangan digital,keterbatasan kompetensi guru, dan konstrain finansial menghambat implementasioptimal. Strategi blended learning dengan framework SAMR yang diadaptasikonteks lokal, didukung oleh professional learning communities dan kemitraanmulti-stakeholder, direkomendasikan sebagai model integrasi terbaik. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses belajar dan pembelajaran yang masih belum mampu mendorong peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam belajar. Situasi ini berpengaruh negatif terhadap kemampuan membaca peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang masih tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya cara untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan menarik agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Scramble Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas II SD Negeri 05 Sitiung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan bentuk pre-eksperimental design dengan tipe one group pretest-postest design. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 05 Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Adapun sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 peserta didik yang merupakan siswa kelas II. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester II Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk tampil dengan menggunakan kuensioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired samples t test diperoleh signifikansi 0,001<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe scramble terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Bab 7 Sayang Lingkungan di kelas II SDN 05 Sitiung.
