Abstract

This research is undermined by the fact that the level of students' reading ability in class 2B of SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan Bandung is still low, especially for beginning reading. This is due to various reasons, including the preliminary reading carried out by the class 2B teacher, which is less attractive to students and the result is only 10% of the number of students who are able to follow the lesson well. One way that can be used is to apply the use of picture card media. Picture cards can make it easier for students to read words which then become sentences. The purpose of this study was to improve the beginning reading skills of class 2B students at SDN 096 South Sarijadi, Sukajadi District, Bandung. This type of research is classroom action research. The design in this study uses the Kemmis and Tagart models which have four stages in conducting classroom action research, namely planning, action, observation and reflection and consisting of two cycles. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and tests. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the use of picture card media can improve the beginning reading ability of class 2B students at SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan Bandung. The class average value in the first cycle was 60.4 and increased to 75.6 in the second cycle. Based on the findings in this study, it was concluded that the application of picture card media in learning has a considerable impact on the beginning reading ability of grade 2B students at SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan.

Abstract

This research is based on the high level of mathematics anxiety experienced by elementary school students, especially in the material on the perimeter of plane figures. This anxiety impacts students' low participation, self-confidence, and logical thinking skills. This condition is exacerbated by the teacher-centered and monotonous learning method. This research aims to reduce students' mathematics anxiety through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model, which combines elements of cooperation, games, and healthy competition in learning activities. The method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis and McTaggart with four stages, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The research subjects involved 24 fifth-grade students of Sayang Jatinangor State Elementary School in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected using a mathematics anxiety questionnaire, observation sheets, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT model reduced the average mathematics anxiety score from 70.4 (high category) to 39.5 (very low) after three cycles. Furthermore, student engagement increased from 45% to 95%, and group collaboration reached 96%. Learning became more enjoyable, communicative, and stress-free. Thus, the TGT model is effective in reducing math anxiety and increasing students' self-confidence and social interaction.

Abstract

Representasi matematis merupakan keterampilan penting bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) karena kemampuan ini menentukan cara mereka memahami, menjelaskan, dan mengkomunikasikan konsep matematika kepada siswa. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung mengandalkan representasi simbolik dan jarang menggunakan bentuk representasi lain seperti visual dan verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan jenis representasi matematis yang digunakan mahasiswa PGSD dalam menyelesaikan masalah dari berbagai bidang matematika, yaitu aljabar, geometri, trigonometri, dan statistika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling pada 36 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi hasil pekerjaan mahasiswa, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi simbolik mendominasi pada sebagian besar jenis masalah, terutama aljabar (64%) dan statistika (69%). Representasi visual masih rendah meskipun dibutuhkan dalam geometri, dan representasi verbal juga jarang digunakan. Penggunaan kombinasi representasi muncul tetapi dengan persentase terbatas, mencerminkan bahwa kemampuan translasi antarrepresentasi belum optimal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa belum memiliki fleksibilitas representasi, sehingga pembelajaran di PGSD perlu mengintegrasikan multi-representasi, meningkatkan latihan visual dan verbal, serta menilai proses berpikir mahasiswa melalui berbagai bentuk representasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to develop the DPA learning model to enhance the quality of biology education at the senior secondary school level (SMA/equivalent). This model is an extension of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), designed to overcome challenges such as the low literacy of students. The background of this study is rooted in the identified gaps: low scientific literacy, lack of critical thinking and scientific argumentation skills, and minimal in-depth conceptual understanding, which makes the learning process less meaningful for students. The DPA model was developed as an innovation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) with specific integrations to address these skill deficiencies while simultaneously internalizing the value of meaningful learning. Furthermore, this model is also expected to foster meaningful learning values within the educational process.The method employed is a qualitative literature review. The researchers conducted an in-depth and systematic analysis of various key literature relevant to PjBL and the 21st-century skills framework. The theoretical synthesis from this analysis was then utilized to formulate and structure the DPA Model framework, which consists of seven structured learning stages. The development of the DPA model was carried out by synthesizing these theories into seven learning stages. The results of the analysis and development indicate that the DPA Model comprises seven systematic main stages. These stages include: Literacy and problem orientation; Initial argumentation and project planning; Exploration of new concepts and argument development; Project implementation; Final argumentation and project presentation; Reflection and concept confirmation; and Implementation of conceptual knowledge in daily life and the surrounding environment. This DPA model offers a solution for improving learning quality, focusing on authentic, collaborative, and reflective experiences. The development of this model is expected to effectively enhance students' literacy, argumentation skills, and concept mastery, making them competent in line with 21st-century competencies and skills.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the learning activity of fourth grade students at SDN Tanah Tinggi 09 Jakarta with a total of 24 children consisting of 8 male students and 16 female students through the Problem Based Learning model in the Natural Sciences subject on Indonesia Rich Culture by describing activities learning carried out by students and teachers. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research. The achievement of this research was obtained from the results of observations using research instruments in the form of observation sheets of students' and teachers' activities. Based on the results of observations by doing it for 2 cycles, the research shows that the learning activity of students has increased after learning using the Problem Based Learning model in science learning. The increase can be seen from the completeness of the activities of students and teachers, where teacher activity in cycle I was 76.5%, then in cycle II it increased to 84%. Student activity in cycle I was 72%, then increased in cycle II by 83%. From the observational data obtained where in the learning process activities focus more on the teacher. After the improvement, students look very active during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh body image terhadap kepercayaan diri pada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 7 Tebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif expost-facto dengan sampel berjumlah 214 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat body image dan kepercayaan diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase body image siswa sebesar 67,93% dan kepercayaan diri sebesar 79,14%. Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,450 mengindikasikan bahwa 45% kepercayaan diri dipengaruhi oleh body image, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa body image memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan kepercayaan diri remaja, terutama pada masa perkembangan fisik dan psikologis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional antara variabel X (kepercayaan diri) dengan variabel Y (sikap tanggung jawab). Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar sebanyak 168 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan 18 pernyataan untuk variabel X dan 20 pernyataan untuk variabel Y. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai Pearson Correlation (????????????) sebesar 0,765 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, kekuatan hubungan ini termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Hasil uj-t memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 15,305, dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,974. Kontribusi kepercayaan diri terhadap sikap tanggung jawab dalam uji determinasi sebesar 58,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa melalui penerapan model Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek 31 siswa kelas V SDN Jati 03 Pagi. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta lembar penilaian keterampilan kolaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Pada siklus I, persentase keterampilan kolaborasi mencapai 64,5%. Pada siklus II, persentase tersebut meningkat menjadi 90%, atau naik sebesar 25,5%. Aktivitas guru dan siswa juga mengalami peningkatan; dari masing-masing 84% dan 76% pada siklus I menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa model AIR efektif dalam mengembangkan aspek-aspek kolaborasi, seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab, partisipasi aktif, komunikasi, serta kemampuan menyesuaikan diri dalam kelompok. Dengan demikian, model Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pendidikan Pancasila, tetapi juga secara nyata meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru, tujuan penerapan kurikulum, serta strategi yang digunakan dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen berupa perencanaan pembelajaran serta asesmen perkembangan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mulai menerapkan pembelajaran berpusat pada anak yang menekankan minat, eksplorasi, dan partisipasi aktif melalui kegiatan berbasis proyek, permainan sensorik, dan pembelajaran luar ruang. Namun demikian, ditemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas pembelajaran, kesulitan guru dalam memetakan capaian pembelajaran dan merancang asesmen autentik, serta minimnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap filosofi Kurikulum Merdeka. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, guru mengembangkan strategi adaptif, seperti memanfaatkan bahan alam, mengoptimalkan lingkungan sekitar, memperkuat komunitas belajar profesional, serta mengintegrasikan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan fleksibilitas dan peluang inovasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak, namun keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pedagogik guru, ketersediaan sarana, dan kolaborasi antara orang tua dan sekolah.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed many aspects of everyday life, including the field of educational management. Previously, educational administration processes were carried out manually, but they have now shifted to digital systems that are more efficient, transparent, and accountable. This article explains various forms of innovation in educational administration in the digital era, the benefits gained, and the challenges that arise during their implementation. This study employs a literature review approach by analyzing various sources and previous research related to digital educational management. The results show that innovations such as education information systems, administrative services through applications, and the use of cloud computing and big data technologies can improve the effectiveness of managing educational institutions. However, several obstacles still persist, including inadequate infrastructure, low digital literacy among educational staff, and data security issues. Therefore, developmental strategies focused on enhancing the competencies of educational personnel, improving facilities, and strengthening government policy support are needed. In this way, innovation in digital educational management can provide real benefits for improving the quality of educational services sustainably.
