Abstract

Restu Utami 037121094. Pengembangan E-LKPD Berbantuan Wizer.me pada topik Daerahku dan Kekayaan Alamnya. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan E-LKPD menggunakan Wizer.me pada topik Daerahku dan Kekayaan Alamnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Pertiwi Kota Bogor dengan subyek penelitian 31 peserta didik kelas IV pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Uji validitas penelitian ini dilakukan oleh ahli media, bahasa dan 2 materi. Selain penilaian dari para ahli, angket respon peserta didik dan guru juga diberikan untuk mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan E-LKPD menggunakan Wizer.me. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media 96% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, ahli bahasa diperoleh persentase 92% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, ahli materi (Dosen) diperoleh persentase 96% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak” dan ahli materi (Guru) diperoleh persentase 90% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Hasil angket respon peserta didik memperoleh hasil persentase 86% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, serta hasil angket respon guru menunjukkan persentase 88% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD menggunakan Wizer.me layak digunakan peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

(Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) di sebuah Sekolah Dasar (SD) yang unik, di mana pendanaan operasional sekolah tidak bergantung pada dana komite sekolah, melainkan pada sumbangan sukarela dari guru-guru. Observasi dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana setiap fungsi manajemen POAC dijalankan dalam kondisi sumber daya yang terbatas namun dengan semangat kolaborasi yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan (planning) dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan seluruh guru, meskipun dengan keterbatasan data yang tersedia. Pengorganisasian (organizing) berjalan efektif denganpembagian tugas yang jelas dan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia yang optimal. Pelaksanaan (actuating) didorong oleh motivasi internal guru dan semangat kebersamaan, sementara pengendalian (controlling) dilakukan secara informal melalui evaluasi rutin dan diskusi terbuka. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan yang kuat dan budaya organisasi yang positif dalam mendukung efektivitas manajemen POAC di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya finansial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan model manajemen yang adaptif dan inovatif bagi sekolah-sekolah dengan kondisi serupa

Abstract

Digitalisasi sekolah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan dan efektivitas manajemen. Transformasi digital mempermudah pencatatan data, pelaporan, komunikasi, dan proses pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Metode penelitian dalam audit digitalisasi manajemen di MI Tarbiyah Takalar menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data utama diperoleh melalui observasi langsung aktivitas manajemen sehari-hari, khususnya pada penggunaan teknologi, aplikasi digital, dan prosedur administrasi berbasis komputer. Selain itu, survei menyeluruh dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan karyawan tata usaha untuk mengetahui pemahaman, pengalaman, dan kesulitan mereka dalam menerapkan digitalisasi. Untuk melengkapi data hasil pengamatan, penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan arsip administrasi, laporan kegiatan, SOP digital, dan petunjuk penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan Audit digitalisasi menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah memulai transformasi digital melalui penggunaan SIMSekolah, RDM, dan platform komunikasi digital. Meskipun demikian, peningkatan pada infrastruktur, kompetensi TIK guru, dan integrasi sistem manajemen diperlukan agar sekolah mencapai standar sekolah digital yang ideal.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa indonesia di sekolah dasar sering menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang menarik, sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami serta menganalisis unsur intrinsik cerita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas V dalam menganalisis unsur intrinsik melalui penerapan worksheet book berbasis model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). Penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods dengan desain Concurrent Embedded, melibatkan 18 siswa kelas V SDN Cepoko. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes pretest dan post-test, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan worksheet book. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca yang signifikan setelah penggunaan worksheet book berbasis CIRC. Jumlah siswa kategori sangat baik meningkat dari 11% menjadi 44%, sedangkan siswa kategori perlu bimbingan menurun dari 33% menjadi 11%. Observasi juga memperlihatkan bahwa siswa lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, bekerja sama dalam kelompok, dan lebih mudah memahami unsur intrinsik melalui aktivitas membaca berpasangan, analisis cerita, story puzzle, serta latihan menulis. Dengan demikian, worksheet book berbasis CIRC terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan pemahaman unsur intrinsik siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the transformation of religious awareness among first-semester students of the Mechhanical engineering Study Program at Polinema PSDKU Kediri after participating in Islamic Religious Education courses. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using interviews as the primary data source and literature riview as the secondary data source. Data were collected through interviews with several first-semester Mechanical Engineering students at Polinema PSDKU Kediri, as well as through analysis of literature related to the throry of transformative learning developed by Jack Mezirow. The results of this study indicate that the Islamis Rlegious Education cours plays a significant role in enhancing the religious awareness of mechanical engineering student. This enhancement is evident in three main aspects: 1) Cognitive, the development of new understanding related to moral values that are relevant to the field of engineering, monotheism, and worship. 2) Affective, an increase in commitment to religious practices and moral responsibility. 3) Behavioral, consistency in performing religious obligations and integrating Islamic values into academic and practical activities. These findings further support Mezirow’s theory that reflective learning can dismantle old paradigms and lead to the development of new, more meaningful perspectives. Thus, The Islamic Religious Education course has proven to play an essential role in fostering the integration of faith, knowledge, and professionalism among engineering students.

Abstract

One of the compulsory subjects in Muhammadiyah schools is Arabic. However, in reality, many students are less interested in learning Arabic. Therefore, it is necessary to have the teacher's role in increasing students' interest in Arabic subjects. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This method was chosen based on the nature of the data in the form of events, opinions and sentences with the efforts of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Arabic teachers have a separate role in increasing the number of students. interest in learning shows this role in the form of a teacher, mentor and motivator. The functions of these three roles help increase students' interest in learning Arabic at MIM 06 Tebluru.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology in the field of education have encouraged the use of more interactive and flexible e-learning-based learning media. One of the most widely used learning media is Kahoot, a game-based quiz tool designed to increase student motivation, concentration, and engagement in learning activities. Although its use is quite widespread, research on the level of usefulness of Kahoot in secondary schools, especially public schools in Indonesia, is still limited. This study aims to analyze the usability of Kahoot as a learning medium at SMA Negeri 11 Samarinda by applying the IS Success Model by DeLone and McLean, which includes six indicators: system quality, information quality, service quality, system usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The research approach used is a quantitative descriptive method through the distribution of a Likert scale questionnaire to students who have experienced the use of Kahoot in the learning process. The analysis of the results shows that all aspects are rated in the good to very good category, with the highest scores in the aspects of ease of use and user satisfaction. These results indicate that Kahoot is capable of providing an effective, interactive, and beneficial learning experience for students. In conclusion, this study states that Kahoot is suitable for use as a digital learning medium and contributes positively to the learning process.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of Burai Village in Ogan Ilir Regency as a creative tourism village through the innovation of the Colorful Village. The study uses the capacity building framework of Grindle (1997) at the system, organization, and individual levels, with a descriptive qualitative method through literature studies, observations, and documentation. The results show that the development process takes place through six stages, namely community-based planning, the development of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the strengthening of local institutions such as Pokdarwis and BUMDes, supervision by the government and the community, digital promotion through social media, education and training of tourism managers, and strengthening regulations through Regent Decree Number 457 of 2021. These findings confirm that the success of Burai Village is not only supported by tourist attractions, but also by building the capacity of the community, organizations, and sustainable government policy support.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital entrepreneurship learning on enhancing students' creativity and learning motivation in the digital era. The background arises from the need for education systems to adapt to technological advancements and labor market demands. Digital entrepreneurship learning integrates technology with entrepreneurial practices to foster students' creativity, innovation, and independence. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach using library research to analyze relevant literature. The findings reveal that digital entrepreneurship learning positively contributes to increasing creativity and learning motivation by enhancing students' attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. This learning approach aids students in developing life skills that are adaptive to technological evolution and the modern business world. Abstract

The agricultural sector in Semende Darat Ulu relies heavily on Robusta coffee commodities. While the unique matrilineal inheritance system, known as 'Tunggu Tubang', places women as the sole inheritors of land and houses, a sociological gap remains: women's ownership does not equate to managerial authority in the coffee trade. This research aims to design a capacity-building model that shifts the paradigm from 'agronomic technical assistance' (male-dominated) to 'asset management and financial literacy' (female-led). Using a Conceptual Research approach with a Logical Framework Analysis (LFA), this study proposes the "Matrilineal Asset Management Model" (MAMM). The results suggest that capacity building must focus on three pillars: (1) Reinterpreting the Tunggu Tubang norm from 'custodian' to 'manager', (2) Financial literacy training for household production, and (3) Creating a family-based partnership where women manage finances and men manage cultivation. This model offers a sociological solution to increase coffee farming sustainability by empowering the actual asset owners.
