Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the steps for implementing PBL in improving science learning outcomes with material on the water cycle process at SD Negeri 3 Panguragan Wetam in class V which had not yet reached (KKM). This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in 2 cycles. Collecting information using test and non-test techniques, data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The research subjects were class V SD Negeri 3 Panguragan Wetan totaling 34 students. The results showed that cognitive learning outcomes from pre-cycle 15 students (45%) increased to 26 students (77%) in cycle II increased to 34 students (100%) in cycle III. Affective learning outcomes in cycle II and cycle III showed an average politeness of 87 increased to 98, caring 76 to 83 and responsibility 84 to 93. Psychomotor learning in cycles II and III averaged aspects of practical skills 89 to 96, accuracy 77 to 84, representing 75 to 87. It can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model can improve learning outcomes in the water cycle material both from cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has reshaped educational practices, offering various opportunities for students to access learning resources more flexibly and interactively. In Economics learning, which often presents abstract concepts, digital learning media play a central role in helping students visualize economic systems, analyze data, and understand real-world economic phenomena through simulations and multimedia content. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital learning media and learning interest on the learning outcomes of tenth-grade students at SMAN 1 Barru. This quantitative associative research involved 60 students selected through purposive sampling based on their exposure to digital learning media for at least one semester. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, linearity tests, simple regression, and multiple regression using SPSS. The results reveal that digital learning media significantly and positively influence students’ learning outcomes, indicating that interactive and multimedia-based learning tools enhance students’ understanding and achievement. Additionally, students’ learning interest demonstrates a strong positive effect on learning outcomes, showing that motivation and engagement are essential determinants of academic success. The simultaneous influence of digital learning media and learning interest was also proven significant. These findings highlight the importance of integrating pedagogically sound digital media with strategies that nurture students’ learning interest to optimize educational outcomes in Economics learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman bahasa Indonesia di antara siswa kelas satu di SD Negeri 75 Bentangan yang terdiri dari 27 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pemahaman bahasa Indonesia yang selaras dengan kurikulum kelas satu. Analisis uji-t sampel berpasangan mengungkapkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam skor pemahaman siswa setelah intervensi (p < 0,05). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode bernyanyi meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bahasa Indonesia dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan menarik. Direkomendasikan agar metode ini dipertimbangkan sebagai strategi pengajaran alternatif untuk pembelajaran bahasa anak usia dini untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan hasil belajar secara efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode muhadharah dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab (mahārah al-kalām) santri di Pesantren PTQA Umniyati Bandar Lampung, sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal yang memadukan tahfizh dan pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya umumnya berfokus pada capaian muhadharah, seperti kepercayaan diri dan kelancaran, tanpa memberikan deskripsi rinci tentang pelaksanaannya sehari-hari, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, atau respons psikologis santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur dan proses muhadharah, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya, dan mengeksplorasi persepsi santri terhadap kegiatan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan satu instruktur dan tiga santri putri yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa muhadharah dilakukan secara sistematis melalui pembukaan, resitasi, penyampaian pidato, istinbāṭ, umpan balik, dan penutup, dan secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan linguistik, psikologis, dan retorika santri. Faktor pendukung meliputi bimbingan aktif dari instruktur, fasilitas yang memadai, dan lingkungan berbahasa Arab, sementara faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan kosakata, rasa gugup, keterbatasan waktu, dan ketidakkonsistenan kehadiran. Para santri merespons secara positif, menunjukkan antusiasme, rasa senang, dan motivasi yang meningkat untuk berbicara bahasa Arab. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa muhadharah berfungsi sebagai strategi pembelajaran performatif yang efektif untuk memperkuat kemampuan berbicara santri dan menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content of Indonesian language teaching materials for fourth-grade elementary school students in the context of developing student reading literacy. Reading literacy is a basic competency that includes the ability to understand, interpret, evaluate, and reflect on the meaning of texts, and is an important foundation for lifelong learning. In the Independent Curriculum, reading literacy learning emphasizes the integration of cognitive, affective, and socio-cultural aspects through meaningful and contextual reading activities. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method for the Indonesian Language Student Book for Fourth-grade Elementary Schools under the Independent Curriculum (Kemendikbudristek, 2022). Data were collected through text inventory, literacy activity categorization, character value analysis, and interpretation of the book's content context. The analysis results show that the teaching materials accommodate various types of texts, such as narrative, descriptive, and expository, and integrate reading aloud, guided, and reflective activities. The book structure is arranged thematically and contextually with character values ​​that support the formation of a Pancasila student profile. However, critical literacy still needs to be strengthened to enable students to analyze and evaluate reading content more deeply. Thus, fourth-grade Indonesian language teaching materials can be said to contribute positively to improving basic reading literacy, but they require text enrichment and reflective strategies that encourage students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

Penelitian korelasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsentrasibelajar dengan self-efficacy peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar pada pembelajaranPendidikan Pancasila di Kelurahan Kramat Pela. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah105 peserta didik kelas IV dari SDN Kramat Pela 01, SDN Kramat Pela 07, dan SDNKramat Pela 09. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple randomsampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif denganteknik korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusionerdan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubunganyang positif antara konsentrasi belajar dengan self-efficacy peserta didik yangdibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (7,519 > 1,660). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwakonsentrasi belajar dapat dijadikan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan selfefficacypeserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that learning media based on STEAM life skills had never been applied. In addition, there is a lack of social skills in students, such as the ability to cooperate and participate, the ability to communicate orally. Students also do not fully have awareness of their own potential and encouragement to develop it during learning, and there is no awareness from students to be skilled in terms of skills in creating or making products. The goal to be achieved in this research is to determine the effectiveness of learning media based on STEAM life skills. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of the research on the effectiveness of learning media based on STEAM life skills to improve the life skills of SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang students in the experimental class after being treated with a total of 28 students got an average of 137.54 and in the control class with a total of 27 students got an average of 82.93. Meanwhile, based on the paired sample t test, it is known that sig. (2-tailed) before being given treatment and after being given treatment in the experimental class of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there are differences before and after treatment of students' life skills. While the sig. (2-tailed) before being given treatment and after being given treatment in the control class of 0.314 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference before and after treatment of students' life skills. Meanwhile, student responses to learning media based on STEAM life skills obtained from the results of the questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 81.36%, this result was included in the very easy category. So it can be concluded that learning media based on STEAM life skills is effective for improving the life skills of class III students at SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and compare the cognitive learning outcomes of the Akidah Akhlak subject between male and female students enrolled at Madrasah Diniyah Awwaliyah (MDA) Baiturrahman, Rumbai, Pekanbaru City. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing an ex post facto design. The entire population, comprising 21 students from grades 1 to 4, served as the subjects of this research study (total sampling). The data were collected through the documentation of semester exam results/report cards. A subsequent descriptive analysis revealed that the mean score attained by female students (85.00) was marginally higher than that of their male counterparts (82.71). However, subsequent to the fulfillment of the normality and homogeneity tests, the Independent Samples T-Test hypothesis test yielded a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.611. Given that the p-value is greater than 0.05, the Null Hypothesis (H0) is accepted. The findings of this study indicate that there is no statistically significant difference in the average cognitive learning outcomes of the Akidah Akhlak subject based on gender at MDA Baiturrahman Rumbai, Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study discusses the organization of curriculum in Islamic Education (PAI), which plays a central role in directing the learning process toward achieving the goals of Islamic education developing students who are faithful, knowledgeable, and possess noble character. The PAI curriculum is viewed as an integrated system that encompasses objectives, content, learning strategies, and evaluation, all grounded in Islamic values. Using a library research approach, this study examines the fundamental principles of curriculum development, including tawhid (unity of God), balance, integration, relevance, and continuity. It also explores various curriculum organization models such as the Separated Subject, Correlated, Integrated, the findings reveal that each model has distinctive strengths and characteristics in implementing Islamic values within educational institutions. In facing the challenges of globalization and the digital era, curriculum organization in Islamic education must be developed innovatively through improving teacher competence, integrating science and technology, and strengthening value-based evaluation systems. Therefore, a well-planned and flexible curriculum organization can create holistic, contextual, and relevant learning that meets the needs of modern society while remaining rooted in Islamic principles. Abstract

Human resource (HR) planning in Islamic education was a strategic process aimed at ensuring the availability of professional and qualified educators and staff grounded in Islamic values. This article discussed the concept, foundation, principles, scope, and challenges of HR planning in Islamic education using a descriptive literature-based approach. The analysis revealed that HR planning in Islamic education not only involved technical and administrative aspects but also embraced spiritual and moral dimensions, including the principles of monotheism (tauhid), justice, trust (amanah), honesty, sincerity, and consultation (shura). Effective implementation improves educational quality, institutional efficiency, and the development of Islamic character. However, challenges remain, such as the limited number of competent educators, financial constraints, and weak integrated HR management systems. Value-based HR planning.
