Abstract

Electronic research interactive modules using flip pdf professional hydrological cycle material was developed using the ADDIE R&D Model approach. In expert validation it was declared valid because it obtained the percentage of media experts by 93.8%, linguists by 98.4%, and material experts by 94%. Based on the readability test, it obtained a percentage of 97.5% with a very decent category. The average pretest, posttest, and n-gain scores were respectively 64.66, 86.33, and 0.6 (60%) which fall into the medium category with a fairly effective level of effectiveness. While the results of the teacher and student response questionnaire were 92% and 93.8%, respectively, in the very good category.

Abstract

P This research has a background of low student learning outcomes in Mathematics. This research aim to applied the Project Based Learning model with the help of Digital Education Games to increase the result in SDN Majalengka Wetan VII. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method. This research consists of two cycles and four stages. In each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research are 14 male students and 18 females students. The observation during the process, using of test in the end of cycle, and documentation during the process used collection data. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model with the help of Digital Education Games could improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics class IV-A SDN Majalengka Wetan VII. This is indicated by an increase in the average value and the percentage of learning completeness from pre-cycle to cycle. The average value obtained from pre-cycle is 66.12 with a learning completeness percentage of 34.37%. In cycle I the average value obtained was 77.25 with a learning completeness percentage of 59.38%. In cycle II the average value obtained was 84.97 with a learning completeness percentage of 87.5%. The conclusion is that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model with the help of digital Education Games can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics in class IV-A SDN Majalengka Wetan VII.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model Two Stay Two Stray berorientasi kearifan lokal menyama braya pada hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus V Kecamatan Sukasada. Jenis penelitian ini meliputi Quasi Experiment dengan non equivalent post test only control group design. Populasi ini melibatkan semua kelas V Gugus V Kecamatan sebanyak 237 siswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilaksanakan dengan cluster random sampling melalui undian. Sampel pada studi ini yakni kelas V SD Negeri 5 Panji menjadi kelas eksperimen serta kelas V SD Negeri 3 Panji menjadi kelas kontrol. Tes hasil belajar IPA ialah instrumen berupa pilihan ganda diterapkan menjadi teknik pengumpul data dengan validasi instrumen yang dilaksanakan melalui pakar yang membidangi IPA yang sudah diujicobakan. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisa melalui dua tahapan yakni analisis statistik deskriptif maupun inferensial dengan uji-t. Rerata nilai hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan model Two Stay Two Stray berorientasi kearifan lokal menyama braya adalah 85,67. Sementara rerata nilai hasil belajar IPA siswa yang diajarkan melalui model pembelajaran konvensional adalah 59. Uji hipotesis dilaksanakan melalui uji-t yang memperoleh temuan analisis thitung > ttabel (thitung = 12,07 > ttabel = 1,68). Temuan ini bermakna ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa menggunakan model Two Stay Two Stray berorientasi kearifan lokal menyama braya serta kelas kontrol yang tidak diajar model Two Stay Two Stray berorientasi kearifan lokal menyama braya. Berdasarkan hasil ini, ditarik simpulan model Two Stay Two Stray berorientasi kearifan lokal menyama braya berpengaruh pada hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V. Abstract

Retno Ayu Murwani Puspitasari (NPM. 20510038). Pengaruh Aktivitas Moonlighting dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Daya Inovasi Guru Dalam Pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Tesis, Program Pascasarjana, Manajemen Pendidikan, Universitas PGRI Semarang, Pembimbing I Dr. Nurkolis, M.M., Pembimbing II Dr. Ngasbun Egar, M.Pd. Rumusan masalah ini yang pertama adakah pengaruh aktivitas moonlighting terhadap daya inovasi guru dalam mengajar di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Kemudian adakah pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap daya inovasi guru dalam mengajar di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Yang terakhir adakah pengaruh secara bersama sama antara aktivitas moonlighting dan kepuasan kerja terhadap daya inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 108 guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Analisis meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi/persyaratan, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian 1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan aktivitas moonlighting terhadap daya inovasi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak dengan perolehan nilai Fhitung 658,153 > Ftabel 3,90 dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap daya inovasi guru dalam mengajar di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak dengan perolehan nilai F-hitung 601,136 > Ftabel 3,90 dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama sama antara aktivitas moonlighting dan kepuasan kerja terhadap daya inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak dengan perolehan nilai F-hitung 407,620 > Ftabel 3 dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas moonlighting dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara partial maupun simultan terhadap daya inovasi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Demak. Disarankan kepada kepala sekolah maupun dinas pendidikan terkait untuk mendorong terwujudnya kepuasan kerja dan memperbolehkan guru dalam memiliki pekerjaan sampingan bagi yang bisa mengelola pembagian tugasnya. Saran: perlu adanya regulasi yang mengatur tentang aktivitas moonlighting guru dari rentang waktu, jenis serta mekanisme lainnya sehingga tidak menganggu waktu tugas mengajar. Regulasi ini dibuat dan diberlakukan untuk semua guru sebagai PNS maupun non PNS. sehingga tidak terjadi kecemburuan kebijakan. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Moonlighting, Kepuasan Kerja, Daya Inovasi Guru.

Abstract

Literacy culture is not just an individual's hobby or preference in terms of reading, but rather an effort to meet the needs and challenges of the times. Literacy culture is important in creating an intelligent society, so that it will form a superior and quality nation. Through literacy activities, a person has the provision to face the challenges that exist today and the challenges that will come in the future. This is because literacy activities will affect one's mindset in reading existing situations and opportunities, so that a person will be more careful in making future decisions. Literacy culture needs to be carried out wherever and whenever. Schools in fostering students' enthusiasm for learning can be seen from how the literacy culture is carried out. This research was conducted at SD Sampang 02 using a descriptive qualitative approach with teachers and students as subjects. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Techniques to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. SDN Sampangan 02 implements a literacy culture with new innovations, literacy activities at SDN Sampangan 02 are called Acikamen which means I Read You Listen. Acikamen activities are carried out in the school yard by all students. This activity not only guides students to read books, but also channel their interests and talents. Through this Acikamen literacy activity it is hoped that students will be more enthusiastic about learning.

Abstract

This research is undermined by the fact that the level of mathematical understanding in class 3B SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan, Bandung for the academic year 2022/2023 is still low and, in particular, has not properly understood the concept of the materials taught. The use of the problem-based learning (PBL) model packed into the game of thematic snake staircase (ULTAMET) becomes one of the options to enhance the mathematical understanding of the learners. Problem-based learning, packed into the game of snake staircase," is learning that focuses on fun problem-solving activities. The purpose of this action research in general is to improve the quality of the learning process in the classroom, and the aim of this action research is to know how problem-based learning based on the game Snake Staircase can improve the mathematical understanding of students in class 3B SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan. This class action study uses Kemmis and McTaggart designs that have four stages in the implementation of class action research: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used include mathematical understanding tests and guidelines for the observation of student learning activities. Based on the results of the action of three cycles, it was shown that: 1) the problem-based learning model based on the game of snake stairs can improve the understanding of students of class 3B SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan; 2) on the basis of the N-gain test results, the improvement in the mathematical understanding of learners by 83.13% was effectively interpreted, and the learning activity of students continued to improve in each cycle and reached 86% with excellent categories. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that the mathematical understanding of students in class 3B SDN 096 Sarijadi Selatan increased after learning using a problem-based learning model based on a game of snake stairs.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to improve children's language skills through picture media in class B at RA Mardhati Skarda N III, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The type of research used is experimental research using a one group pretest design consisting of pretest, treatment and posttest. The subjects of this study were the children of group B, which consisted of 15 children. The results of this study indicate that the average score at the pretest is 6.06% and the average value at the posttest is 19.06%. then this research is also supported by the results of calculations using the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the SPSS 21.0 program (statictical package for Social science) obtained, obtained a significance value of 0.001 here obtained a probability of 0.001 or (P <0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Learning outcomes is competences that student get after study. One of factor that determine learning outcome is motivation, where it’s take main role of student it self. Teacher must create learning condition that can motivate student. The researcher choose one of learning model that is Project Based Learning (PjBL) that will increase student motivation then influence to the learning outcome it self. This research is a classroom action research Kemmis & Mc.Taggart model which aim to increase learning outcomes student of class 5 through using Project Based Learning model. This research implemented in 2 cycle. In every cycle using lesson study step which is planning, do, see and reflection. The subject on this research is student of 5 class SDN Leuwimunding I with student total 33 students which is include 23 male student and 11 female student. Instrument research is using test, observation and interview. Analysis data is using quantitative percentage. The result show that using Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcome in class 5 on water cycle subject material. The increasement is mark by student learning outcome increase with 87,88% with 80,75the average, so it is 85% reach the result with ≥70 minimum completeness criteria. Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' social literacy skills in the Social Studies subject at 076 Sukajadi Elementary School, Bandung City, West Java, through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the spiral model of Kemmis-McTaggart. The subjects of this study were 30 fifth-grade students, comprising 13 males and 17 females. Data were collected using observation sheets and learning outcome tests. The results of the study indicate that students' social literacy skills in the Social Studies subject at 076 Sukajadi Elementary School can be improved through the use of the Problem Based Learning model in teaching and learning. It is hoped that the findings of this study will assist teachers in selecting the appropriate instructional model to enhance students' social literacy skills, particularly in aspects such as improving intellectual abilities, cooperation, attitudes, and social values.

Abstract

Class IV teacher learning activities at SD N Pati Wetan 03 are still using the teacher center learning method, which means teacher-centered learning. At the time of learning the lack of teachers in applying learning models and media as a support for achieving learning objectives. In accordance with these problems, the researcher was interested in examining whether there was an influence by applying the TGT learning model assisted by the rotary wheel media on the learning outcomes of class IV Science at SD N Pati Wetan 03. This research was a quantitative study using the one group pretest-posttest experimental method. The instrument used is a test instrument that aims to measure student learning outcomes with 10 multiple choice questions and 5 essay questions. The analysis technique used is the normality test and paired sample t-test. Based on the results of the normality test analysis, namely the pretest sig. 0.144 > 0.05 and posttest sig. 0.62 > 0.05, it can be seen that the data is normally distributed. In the paired sample t-test there is an analysis result with t count > t table (30.089 > 1.71714) and at significance that is 0.000 <0.05, it can be seen that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest results so it can be concluded that there is an influence by applying the learning model TGT assisted by rotating wheel media for science learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD N Pati Wetan 03.
