Abstract

This study aims to increase the learning activity of fourth grade students at SDN Tanah Tinggi 09 Jakarta with a total of 24 children consisting of 8 male students and 16 female students through the Problem Based Learning model in the Natural Sciences subject on Indonesia Rich Culture by describing activities learning carried out by students and teachers. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research. The achievement of this research was obtained from the results of observations using research instruments in the form of observation sheets of students' and teachers' activities. Based on the results of observations by doing it for 2 cycles, the research shows that the learning activity of students has increased after learning using the Problem Based Learning model in science learning. The increase can be seen from the completeness of the activities of students and teachers, where teacher activity in cycle I was 76.5%, then in cycle II it increased to 84%. Student activity in cycle I was 72%, then increased in cycle II by 83%. From the observational data obtained where in the learning process activities focus more on the teacher. After the improvement, students look very active during the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the steps for implementing PBL in improving science learning outcomes with material on the water cycle process at SD Negeri 3 Panguragan Wetam in class V which had not yet reached (KKM). This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in 2 cycles. Collecting information using test and non-test techniques, data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The research subjects were class V SD Negeri 3 Panguragan Wetan totaling 34 students. The results showed that cognitive learning outcomes from pre-cycle 15 students (45%) increased to 26 students (77%) in cycle II increased to 34 students (100%) in cycle III. Affective learning outcomes in cycle II and cycle III showed an average politeness of 87 increased to 98, caring 76 to 83 and responsibility 84 to 93. Psychomotor learning in cycles II and III averaged aspects of practical skills 89 to 96, accuracy 77 to 84, representing 75 to 87. It can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model can improve learning outcomes in the water cycle material both from cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that learning media based on STEAM life skills had never been applied. In addition, there is a lack of social skills in students, such as the ability to cooperate and participate, the ability to communicate orally. Students also do not fully have awareness of their own potential and encouragement to develop it during learning, and there is no awareness from students to be skilled in terms of skills in creating or making products. The goal to be achieved in this research is to determine the effectiveness of learning media based on STEAM life skills. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of the research on the effectiveness of learning media based on STEAM life skills to improve the life skills of SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang students in the experimental class after being treated with a total of 28 students got an average of 137.54 and in the control class with a total of 27 students got an average of 82.93. Meanwhile, based on the paired sample t test, it is known that sig. (2-tailed) before being given treatment and after being given treatment in the experimental class of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there are differences before and after treatment of students' life skills. While the sig. (2-tailed) before being given treatment and after being given treatment in the control class of 0.314 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference before and after treatment of students' life skills. Meanwhile, student responses to learning media based on STEAM life skills obtained from the results of the questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 81.36%, this result was included in the very easy category. So it can be concluded that learning media based on STEAM life skills is effective for improving the life skills of class III students at SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang.

Abstract

Reading ability is a crucial aspect of language proficiency. This is because reading ability can influence learning outcomes and processes. Based on observations conducted in class 1 of SDN 195 Isola, it was found that students had below-average learning outcomes. The cause was identified as the students' insufficient reading ability, which affected their learning outcomes. Therefore, the researcher developed an instructional media using the scramble method to enhance early reading skills. The research employed a classroom action research design to examine the impact of using the scramble media on improving the early reading ability and learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SDN 195 Isola. The research subjects consisted of 26 students. The study followed several procedures, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The success indicator of this research was the improvement in students' learning outcomes based on their reading ability. The research instruments used were observation sheets and learning outcome tests. The results of the study indicated that the scramble media could enhance early reading ability and improve students' learning outcomes. The improvement in learning outcomes was measured based on the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II results. The test results showed a 22% increase in learning outcomes between the pre-cycle test and the evaluation in cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the scramble media can enhance the early reading ability of grade 1 students in elementary school.

Abstract

The problems in this research are (1) how is the validity of the PBL learning tools developed to improve critical thinking of addition and subtraction of integers for students of class VI at SDN Kambangan 01? how practical is the PBL learning tool developed to improve critical thinking of addition and subtraction of integers for class VI students at SDN Kambangan 01? how effective is the PBL learning tool to improve critical thinking of addition and subtraction of integers for class VI students at SDN Kambangan 01?. The aims of this study were (1) to develop and produce valid PBL learning tools to improve critical thinking in addition and subtraction of integers for sixth grade students at SDN Kambangan 01, (2) to develop and produce practical PBL learning tools to improve addition and critical thinking reduction of integers for class VI students at SDN Kambangan 01, (3) Develop and produce effective PBL learning tools to improve critical thinking by adding and subtracting integers for class VI students at SDN Kambangan 01. The subjects in this study were 34 students in class VI at SDN Kambangan 01 and SDN Kambangan 02. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, documentation and tests to students at the beginning and end of learning. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, pre-requisite test, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the study it can be seen that PBL-based Mathematics learning tools in the form of lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, learning media, and learning outcomes assessment instruments on aspects of learning objectives achieve very high criteria. valid, aspects of learning materials achieve very valid criteria, aspects of learning strategies are said to be valid, aspects of selecting learning media achieve valid criteria, selection of materials and learning resources achieve very valid criteria, and learning evaluation achieves very valid criteria. PBL-based Mathematics learning tools were declared practical because two indicators were achieved, namely the teacher's response was in the positive category with an achievement of 82.5% and student responses were in a very positive category with an achievement of 86.61%. The PBL-based mathematics learning tool was declared effective because three indicators were achieved, namely student learning outcomes achieving 90% completeness in the very good category with an average student score of 84.24 in the good category, students' critical thinking skills in the pre-test of 79.97% in the good category and at the post test it increased to 86.125% in the very good category, and the teacher's ability to manage learning in the very good category, namely 88.75%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement in the quality of learning through cooperative learning models (Team Games and Tournaments) type of Cooperative Learning (TGT). This research is included in the class action research (CAR). The research subjects were 31 class IIA students with the object of research being the quality of learning. The technique for collecting data in this research is observation and documentation. The data collected is in the form of a questionnaire and a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate an increase in the quality of learning using cooperative learning models (Cooperative Learning) Team Games and Tournament (TGT) types. This can be proven by the average indicator of acquiring teacher skills scores, namely in cycle I the first meeting was 64.66% and the second meeting was 79.77%. While cycle II the first meeting averaged 86.15% and the second meeting was 93.85%. Meanwhile, the average acquisition value of student learning activities in the first cycle of the first meeting was 53.33% and the second meeting was 93.33%.

Abstract

This The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Bancar, Tuban Regency on state threats by using Quarted card learning media. The learning outcomes referred to in this study are the knowledge values ​​obtained by the post test. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kurt Lewin model design. The data collection technique used was observation of students, tests and document analysis. The subjects of this study were in class X MIPA 3, totaling 37 people. Learning can be categorized as successful if the success rate is above 83% taken from the class competency achievement index (GPA). The results of this study indicate that the application of quarted card learning media to state threat material to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Bancar, Tuban Regency is considered successful. Cycle 1 with an average value of 85.48 has a success rate of 75.68%. Cycle 2 has an average of 89.81 with a success rate of 94.6%. The conclusion from research on improving learning using quarted card media can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of state threats at SMA Negeri 1 Bancar.

Abstract

Improving science learning outcomes through project based learning with an educational philosophy that liberates students in class IV at Sumbersari 01. This study aims to find out whether the application of the Project Based Learning Approach can improve science learning achievement for students of SDN 1 Sumbersari, Jember Regency. And how can the application of the Project based Learning Approach improve the science learning achievement of grade IV students. Based on this research, it can be concluded that: 1) The application of the Project Based Learning approach can improve the science learning achievement of fourth grade students at SDN 1 Sumbersari. 2) Application of the Project Based Learning Approach that can improve the learning achievement of class IV students in Science Science is by taking steps that are in accordance with the principles of project based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi, metode yang ditempuh guru, dan faktor pendukung maupun penghambat implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran P5 peserta didik kelas IV SDN Bandungrejo 2 Kabupaten Demak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Sekolah memiliki program sekolah yang mendukung implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan sudah terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran P5. Program sekolah yang mendukung yaitu budaya sikap salam, sopan dan santun, kegiatan literasi rutin, sholat berjamaah, pembacaan surat pendek untuk kelas rendah, pembacaan surat yasiin untuk kelas tinggi, serta peserta didik diminta untuk membawa botol minum dari rumah sebagai upaya mengurangi sampah plastik, 2) Metode yang ditempuh guru untuk penguatan karakter yaitu dengan melakukan praktik-paktik pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran, 3) Faktor pendukung implementasi Profil Pelajar Panacasila dalam pembelajaran P5 yaitu semangat dan antusiasme peserta didik dengan hal baru, dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu dukungan orangtua dan warga yang masih kurang, serta pembiayaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5)

Muhadi, 2023. “ Manajemen pembentukan karakter siswa di SDN Sampangan 01 Kota Semarang”. Tesis Pembimbing I Dr. Maryanto, M.Si. dan Pembimbing II Dr. Ngasbun Egar, S.Pd., M.Pd. Karakter merupakan cerminan atau wujud dari aspek jati diri seseorang. Pendidikan karakter semacam ini lebih tepat jika diartikan sebagai pendidikan yang menekankan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan norma-norma agama artian kultural dan kontekstual islam yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembentukan karakter : 1) Pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter siswa, 2) Pengendalian pembentukan karakter siswa di SDN Sampangan 01 Kota Semarang. Pembentukan karakter merupakan program yang harus diterapkan disekolah. Pentingnya pembentukan karakter yaitu untuk membentuk kepribadian siswa yang memiliki moral, berakhlak mulia dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa. Fokus penelitian ini sejalan dengan tujuan peneliti manajemen pembentukan karakter siswa dengan sub fokus pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan model interaktif miles huberman melalui proses pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penguji data, pengambilan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan pengecekan keabsahan data, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi dalam pengujian kredibilitas, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, triangulasi waktu. Hasil temuan penelitian sebagai berikut, (1) pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter siswa dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan hariaan, kegiatan mingguan dan kegiatan tahunan. (2) pengendalian pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan dan pemantauan baik internal dan eksternal . Kesimpulan : Manajemen pembentukan karakter siswa di SDN Sampangan 01 Kota Semarang dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan dan pengendalian yang sudah dikelola dengan baik. Peneliti menyarankan agar kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat melaksanaan program pembentukan karakter dan membangun sinergi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter serta membuat tim pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh seluruh guru terhadap pengendalian pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter siswa.
