Abstract

This research is aim the lack of availability of teaching materials that suit the needs of students, namely variations in teaching materials used for online learning are needed, to find out the activeness and problem-solving solutions of students in learning, be it individuals or groups. This study aims to determine the feasibility and response of students to the developed E-LKPD. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE development. The subjects of this study were students of class V at SDN Pabuaran Cilendek. The data collection instrument used was a validation questionnaire given to 6 validators, 2 media experts, 2 language experts, 2 material experts and student response questionnaires. Validation results by experts obtained the feasibility of E-LKPD with Problem Based Learning, namely the average acquisition from media experts was 90.5%, with the Valid category, the average acquisition from language experts was 97% with the Valid category and the average acquisition from material experts 92% with the Valid category. The results of student responses to E-LKPD with Problem Based Learning obtained a percentage of 97.02% in the Valid category. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, it can be concluded that the E-LKPD with the Liveworksheet-based Problem Based Learning developed is stated to be valid and can be used in thematic learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD N Baleromo 1, Kecamatan Dempet, Kabupaten Demak pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Budaya Jawa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) yang dibantu media puzzle seni Nusantara terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental tipe pretest-posttest satu kelompok. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji t berpasangan, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 47,97 dan meningkat menjadi 90,73 pada posttest. Nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,8035 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan seluruh siswa mencapai Kriteria Penyelesaian Minimum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dengan bantuan teka-teki memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causal factors that influence the decline in honesty in elementary school students. The study used a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were obtained through interviews with two fifth-grade teachers and six fifth-grade elementary school students. Observations were conducted during the study by providing observation sheets to teachers and students, and also documentation of observations through school regulations, teacher notes, and also research articles. Data analysis was carried out in two stages: data preparation and thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that factors that cause the decline in honesty in elementary school students, namely internal factors, such as fear, lack of self-confidence, and students' inability to complete assignments given by teachers, which cause students to cheat. As for factors from the school environment, such as academic pressure, lack of character development, and less than optimal implementation of rules that support honest behavior. As well as family factors, in the form of inconsistent parenting patterns in instilling moral values and minimal communication between parents and children. Some students said that they cheated because they felt lazy to do assignments, did not understand the lesson, or lacked confidence in their learning outcomes when facing exams. This shows that dishonest behavior is not only due to moral issues, but also due to the learning difficulties they face, and also the low self-confidence of these students.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran abad ke-21. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan kedua kemampuan tersebut karena masih dominannya penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum di SMK Negeri 7 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Rata-rata nilai post-test siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Uji-t independen menunjukkan bahwa PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa.

Abstract

The low level of literacy and numeracy skills among elementary school students remains a problem that requires serious attention. Literacy and numeracy are two essential foundational competencies that underpin educational success in the 21st century. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are crucial for elementary school students to support their ability to engage in education, achieve their potential, and participate fully in society. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SDN 13/I Muara Bulian through the implementation of the Student Reading Ambassador Program and website-based numeracy educational games. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving fourth- and fifth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of the educational internship program. The Student Reading Ambassador Program was carried out through the selection of students as school literacy ambassadors, followed by regular literacy training conducted every Saturday. Meanwhile, numeracy improvement was implemented through the use of website-based numeracy educational games from Ruangguru, which were conducted twice a week for fifth-grade students. The results indicate an increase in students’ reading interest, active participation in literacy activities, as well as enhanced enthusiasm and understanding of numeracy concepts through game-based learning. Therefore, the Student Reading Ambassador Program and the use of website-based numeracy educational games from Ruangguru can serve as an effective alternative strategy for improving literacy and numeracy skills among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject at SDN Purwasedar. Learning motivation is an important internal factor that influences students’ ability to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The subjects of this study were students of SDN Purwasedar selected through a specific sampling technique. Data on learning motivation were collected using a questionnaire, while learning outcomes data were obtained from students’ IPAS scores. The data were analyzed using correlation analysis to identify the relationship between the two variables. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject. Higher learning motivation is associated with better learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that learning motivation plays an important role in improving students’ learning outcomes. This study is expected to provide useful information for teachers and schools in developing strategies to enhance students’ learning motivation in order to achieve better academic results.

Abstract

The combination of information and communication technology into education have brought about meaningful changes in learning processes, especially within Islamic Religious Education. Technology-based learning media has become an alternative that is considered capable of increasing students' interest in learning. This research study to analyze the influence on the effect of digitally-assisted learning resources on students’ engagement in Islamic Religious Education. This research adopts a quantitative approach employing a survey method. Questionnaires were employed to collect data, and the results were analyzed utilizing appropriate statistical procedures. The findings indicate that the utilization of technology-based learning media positively influences students’ learning interest, as evidenced by increased attention and active involvement in the Islamic Religious Education learning process. Overall, the findings demonstrate that the adoption of technology in Islamic Religious Education learning constitutes an effective approach to enhancing learning quality in response to contemporary educational challenges

Abstract

Islamic education is a dynamic discipline that stands on three main pillars: normative, historical and philosophical sources. This article aims to analyze the characteristics of these three sources and how they are integrated to form a holistic Islamic education system. Through the library research method, it is found that normative sources (the Qur'an and Hadith) provide the foundation of absolute values, historical sources provide the empirical context and institutional evolution, while philosophical sources offer a framework for critical thinking about the nature of man and science. The study results show that the dichotomy between normative and historical aspects can be bridged through integrative-interconnective epistemology. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the contemporary Islamic education curriculum must be able to dialogue the eternal revelation with the changing reality of the times in order to remain relevant and progressive.

Abstract

Membentuk karakter sejak dini merupakan hal yang penting dalam membentuk pribadi yang berkarakter. Keluarga dan pendidikan memegang peran penting dalam membentuk karakter sejak dini. Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep karakter, peran keluarga, serta peran pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter sejak dini. Studi kasus juga dihadirkan untuk memberikan gambaran lebih jelas tentang keberhasilan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam membentuk karakter sejak dini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluarga dan pendidikan memegang peran penting dalam membentuk karakter sejak dini. Keluarga dapat membentuk karakter anak melalui teladan yang baik, mendukung perkembangan emosi dan sosial, serta memberikan pengawasan yang tepat. Pendidikan dapat membentuk karakter melalui kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan pembentukan karakter, pendekatan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai moral, serta pengalaman belajar yang merangsang perkembangan karakter. Dengan memahami peran keluarga dan pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter sejak dini, masyarakat dapat memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan karakter yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of gadget usage on the social skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pasirpanjang. The rapid development of digital technology has increased the accessibility and intensity of gadget use among elementary school students in daily life. Excessive gadget usage is assumed to reduce direct social interaction and influence students’ abilities in communication, cooperation, empathy, and social responsibility. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consisted of all fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pasirpanjang, while the sample was selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires that measured gadget usage intensity and students’ social skills. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis to determine the effect of gadget usage on students’ social skills. The results showed that gadget usage had a significant effect on the social skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pasirpanjang. Students with higher gadget usage intensity tended to demonstrate lower levels of social skills, especially in face to face communication and peer interaction. These findings indicate that uncontrolled gadget usage may negatively affect students’ social development at the elementary school level. Therefore, cooperation between teachers and parents is strongly needed to supervise, guide, and control students’ gadget usage. Proper supervision and guidance are expected to help students use gadgets wisely while maintaining healthy social interactions and balanced social development. This study provides practical implications for educational policy and classroom social practice.
