Abstract

The bridge replacement construction project involves numerous hazards that workers must bear, such as falling from heights, getting caught or trapped, being struck by materials, and others. After conducting an observation of the issues present in the Sei. Singgalang Bridge replacement project in Kampar Regency, it was found that many workers do not comply with safety regulations, such as not using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This poses a significant danger to the workers, considering that the work is carried out at elevated heights. Thus, a hazard assessment is necessary to identify the risks associated with the project. The Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) methodology was chosen to be this assessment. HIRARC allows for evaluating hazards in each subtask and obtaining ratings for each identified risk. Based on Severity Index results, out of the 15 identified hazards, there are risks with a risk level exceeding 80%, falling under the category of Very High (VH) risk. The matrix table displays 11 risks with a scale of 25, 3 risks with a scale of 20, and 1 risk with a scale of 16 among all identified hazards. Consequently, it can be concluded that the risks in this project are categorized as high-risk hazards, and measures need to be implemented to control the identified risks. This can be achieved through elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of appropriate PPE according to the hazards present at each workstation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Comparative Analysis of Concrete Bending with the addition of accelerator. This research method was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Bojonegoro. This research method is carried out experimentally. The main object of this study is high quality concrete with an accelerator mixture of 0.3% of the weight of cement and high quality normal concrete. In this study, the type of concrete studied was a type of high-quality concrete, besides that testing the bending strength of concrete was carried out at the age of 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. The results of this study show that it is known that the addition of Accelerator by 3% (of the weight of cement per stir), affects the bending strength at the age of 3 days by 23% which is 3.47 Mpa, 7 days old by 14% which is 3.51 Mpa, 6 days old by 6% which is 3.60 Mpa, and 28 days old by 18% which is 4.18 Mpa

Abstract

The ginger powder making machine is designed and simulated to make it easier to get ginger juice or ginger water for the body to consume. The process of making ginger powder consists of: Power planning for planning a ginger cutting machine Pd = 0.88 kw, Material shaft S30C, diameter ?24 and tensile strength 48 kg/mm2, Bearing type = 6205, two pulleys used, namely drive pulley = 80 mm and the driven pulley = 76.2 mm, the planning speed around the pulley is V = 5.861 m/s. belt length 502.4 mm = 19.77 inches. The shear stress on the 12 mm diameter bolt = 0.188 kg/mm2 and the shear stress on the 14 diameter bolt = 0.141 kg/mm2. The design tangential force on the pin is F = 204 kg and the shear stress on the post plan is ?_k= 2.04 kg/mm2 . Planning Gear box using a ratio of 1: 50, Planning a clutch flans using type FCL 90, Cutting speed of the blade V = 0.48 m/min.

Abstract

Motorcycles are vehicles that have quite high economic value when compared to other vehicles. Motorcycles are made up of several constituent components, one of which is the use of final gear. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of torque and the ratio of torque produced from the final gear size 13,14,15 on the new 2013 vixion motor. From the data obtained, the maximum torque when using the final gear size 13 = 15.24 Nm at a speed of 7.05 rpm. 14 = 15.49 Nm at 7.33 rpm and 15 = 15.91 Nm at 6.83 rpm. While the difference in the ratio of torque produced by the final gear (standard) size 13 and size 14, the difference in value = 0.22 Nm, the final gear size 14 is larger, the difference in the torque ratio between size 14 and size 15, the difference in value = 0.35, is greater than 15 size 14, the difference in the torque ratio between size 15 and size 13 is the difference in value = 0.57 Nm, which is 15 greater than size 13

Abstract

Electrical energy needs a very significant increase every year and according to the supply voltage to provide enough quality electricity supply. The increase in energy demand is also followed by the demand for reactive power due to increased inductive loads. PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan is one of the users of quite large inductive loads, because almost at every point of the oil drilling location there are inductive loads installed including transformers and induction motors. In this writing, the author tries to briefly describe the use of bank capacitors used at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan. From the data and research results that have been carried out, it can be concluded that, with the addition of bank capacitors to the electrical system at PT.Pertamina Hulu Rokan it can help compensate for the lack of reactive power in the electrical system which is currently being used at PT.Pertamina Hulu Rokan

Abstract

This study aims to design Arduino-based scales for weight, height, body mass index. Height and weight measuring device is a measuring tool that functions to measure the height and weight of a person's body. To measure height and weight in general, it is still done separately (separately) in this case the measurements of height and weight are carried out using different tools. By increasing the pace of technological advances, especially in the health sector, according to the author's observations, the height and weight measuring devices are still manual, it's time to increase their function, in this case, it is necessary to increase the function of the tool, especially those related to the field of electronics. The results of measuring weight using CAMRY brand scales with Karya Nesa scales, the average error rate is 0.037 (still within the tolerance threshold), while the results of measuring height are in accordance with the actual. From the results of the Body Mass Index (BMI) analysis with the results of the Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement by Nesa, it is correct and valid (valid). The error rate of weight or scales is relatively small, the accuracy of the scales is very good. The error rate is declared large, if the error is above 5% or greater than 0.05. Based on the results obtained, it is suggested that the scales need to be made precise (not rocking), this can be harmful to the patient and needs to be developed by adding sounds such as: weight, height and BMI results

Abstract

A portable fire pump is an innovative fire extinguisher with high mobility because this tool can be carried by the user. This tool can answer the problem of fires that often occur in areas that are difficult to reach by fire extinguishers in general, such as in forests or densely populated urban areas. This portable fire pump can be operated by utilizing water pressure from a pump that is placed near a water source and then the pressure is added by this tool to reach hotspots. Based on testing, this tool is capable of spraying water as far as 10 meters with a height of 15 meters. In terms of ergonomics and the risk of muscle injury from the user, this tool has been tested using anthropometry methods, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) with results that can be used by users without risking muscle injury

Abstract

The market is part of the social life of the community whose development is adjusted to the customs, norms and behavior of an area or territory. Rengasdengklok Market is one of the markets in Karawang Regency which has been established since the Dutch colonial era and looks increasingly shabby and displaces the functions of roads and sidewalks. The slum, dirty and smelly traditional market has made the public's interest in buying, especially the younger age group, reduced so they prefer the Mall even though its location is far from Rengasdengklok District. Rengasdengklok District has also become one of the historical areas for the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, but it is not well known by Indonesian citizens and the Karawang community, especially the young people themselves, so it is necessary to promote historical tourism in crowded places in Rengasdengklok District. Therefore It is necessary to have a good architectural object in terms of building form such as the concept of contemporary architecture which is characteristic, one of which is to harmonize the relationship between the building and the surrounding environment and also the circulation and grouping of spaces that make activity actors in the Rengasdengklok market comfortable and can also be a means. historical promotion in Rengasdengklok District so that it can attract buyers from young age groups to come and get to know the history of Indonesian Independence

Abstract

The development of world technology is growing rapidly, as well as technological developments in Indonesia. Currently, technology dominates various fields and one of the fields that is heavily affected by technological developments is the world of cinema. The city of Bandung is a city that has a strong historical value with the development of films in Indonesia, starting from 1920 where the premiere of the film was played by indigenous people and aired in the city of Bandung, precisely in the elite cinema which had become the most popular cinema in its mass. In addition, the city of Bandung still requires additional recreational facilities, especially cinemas in each zone of its territory. The identity of Bandung City as the largest Art Deco City in the world is slowly starting to be forgotten along with the popularity of buildings with modern concepts. The planning of this building is expected to reawaken public awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage in the city of Bandung and become a building that can revive the film industry that is able to compete globally. Based on some background that became the basis for consideration required additional recreational facilities specifically in the field of film in the city of Bandung. The planning theme for this Bandung Cinema Center is Art Deco Architecture with an Approach to Utilization of Cultural Heritage Areas as a form of building style. So that later it is hoped that the Bandung Cinema Center building will produce an iconic building and can revive the feel of the city of Bandung as the city with the largest number of art deco buildings in the world.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the level of passenger satisfaction based on the performance and service facilities of Ngawi Railway Station. Passenger satisfaction is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of rail transportation services and understanding passenger needs. This study used a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample was taken from passengers who use train services at Ngawi Station. The questionnaire focused on the minimum service standards for the transportation of people by train in Ministerial Regulation Number 63 of 2019. The collected data were analysed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to identify the main variables contributing to passenger satisfaction.  This study's results indicate that visitors' satisfaction level with Ngawi Station with the Minimum Service Standards is very satisfactory, with an average percentage of 91.80%.
