Abstract

Elderly exercise helps maintain physical fitness and body freshness by training bone strength, increasing heart function, and reducing the level of free radicals in the body. The Tandak Sambas dance is a traditional dance originating from the Malay tribe in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan, which still maintains its authenticity to this day. By combining elderly exercise and the Tandak Sambas Dance, we can create a sports program that not only helps maintain the physical health of the elderly but also preserves valuable cultural heritage. The aim of this research is to assess the Tandak Sambas Elderly Exercise (SELATASI) as a viable additional option for treating blood pressure in elderly women with hypertension in the Tekarang Community Health Center working area. This research is included in the quasi-experimental research category with sThe sample in this study was divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the intervention group, totaling 34 respondents and each group totaling 17 respondents. The results of the Mann-Whitney test used showed a p-value of 0.06, the average systolic blood pressure in the intervention group was 122.12 mmHg after the intervention, while in the control group it was 132.88 mmHg. However, after treatment, the average diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group was 81.59 mmHg compared to 91.53 mmHg in the control group, with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, this research will help elderly people with hypertension to receive supportive therapy in addition to the pharmaceutical treatment they are currently undergoing.

Abstract

Maternal mortality is still a problem in all countries in the world, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Several factors causing death are case detection, the risk of danger signs in pregnant women is still low, resulting in late case handling. Detection of danger signs of pregnancy is currently still done manually, but several studies have developed it machine learning Because it provides high accuracy, in this study researchers classified the detection of danger signs of pregnancy using an algorithm with techniques decision tree. Prediction of early detection of danger signs of pregnancy with 92% accuracy using comparative accuracy on 10 individual classifications (Nearest Neighbors, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Neural Net, AdaBoost, Gaussian Naïve Bayes, Bagging, Extra Tree, Gradient Boosting, Stacking) in this application a human in the loop was also developed for accuracy in providing recommendations. In predicting pregnancy danger signs, several studies use machine learning, because it has been proven to provide higher accuracy, interaction in providing predictions based on machine learning combined with expert intelligence, so that it can utilize big health data to solve problems and provide diagnoses and treatments. Test results, obtained values p<0.005 which mean Ordinal regression models can be used to predict maternal risk. Patients who are older, have more parity, lower height, distance between children < 2 years, HB < 11 gr/dl, LILA < 23.5 cm, have HBS-Ag, have HIV, have a history of DM, have a history of HT, positive for urine protein, hypertension and other diseases have a greater chance of having a high maternal risk. Conclusion, Application HITL can be developed for early detection of danger signs in pregnancy and provide appropriate recommendations to pregnant women and can determine high-risk pregnancies correctly, making it easier to care for and plan the place of delivery.

Abstract

The implementation of digital-based information systems in nursing care documentation has been widely implemented in hospitals. However, nurses are still dissatisfied because they feel burdened by the digital system and this impacts patient satisfaction in receiving nursing care. Therefore, analysis is needed regarding the implementation of a digital-based nursing information system with nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in hospitals. This study used a cross-section comparative design with a sample of 222 nurses and 222 patients. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire includes the independent variable in the form of the implementation of a nursing information system and the dependent variable in the form of nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. Research results from the independent t-test statistical test. The p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so according to the basis of decision-making in the test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in average between nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in the implementation of a digital-based nursing management information system in nursing services in the Inpatient Room RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Implementation of a digital nursing information system provides nurses with effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out their duties. This makes the workload of nurses lighter increases the productivity of the quality of nursing received by patients and has an impact on patient satisfaction. Nursing management is expected to improve the implementation of supervision of nursing care documentation by looking at the completeness and suitability of SOPs in the nursing information system (SIK). In addition, nursing management needs to develop a nursing information system (SIK) model in collaboration with the hospital information technology team so that nurses are effective and efficient in implementing nursing care documentation.
