Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation, forms of protection, and inhibiting factors of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan or PKH) in the fields of education and health in providing social protection to the community. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection is conducted through direct interviews with PKH facilitators, the village head or Keuchik, and the Beneficiary Family (Keluarga Penerima Manfaat or KPM) in Gampong Cot Karieng. The research findings indicate that the implementation of PKH is fairly successful, and this assistance program has a significantly positive impact on the community. Recipients of the PKH program perceive benefits in terms of social protection and well-being. PKH also assists in fulfilling the needs of the community, especially in the areas of health and education. However, there is emerging jealousy among other community members who do not receive these benefits, despite feeling entitled to the program. Additionally, beneficiary families sometimes face difficulties in attending monthly meetings organized by PKH facilitators. Therefore, it is hoped that the community can utilize the PKH assistance funds to improve their well-being by prioritizing their essential needs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing human need for technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, especially in the world of education. Technology can be used as a means of  developing learning media in the form of electronic modules (e-module). This e-module will also be integrated with Islamic values in order to maximize the positive functions of technology. Students who study through this e-module are expected to not only increase their knowledge but also have commendable morals. The research aims to develop an e-module used Microsoft OneNote software integrated with Islamic values in Kinetic Theory of Gases material in high school. This research uses the Design and Development Research (DDR) research method by adopted the Alessi and Trollip development model. This model consists of 3 stages, namely (1) Planning, (2) Design, and (3) Development. After the e-module was developed, the e-module obtained feasibility test result based on assessments by material experts of 93%, media experts of 96%, Al-Qur’an verse interpretation experts of 94% with very feasible criteria, and the e-module also obtained result of the practicality test were based on an assessment by students of the 83% with practical criteria. So, the research results show that the e-module is declared feasible and practical to used in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Inquiry-Based Learning on students' reading comprehension on analytical exposition text in the eleventh graders of MIPA of MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. The study was prompted by a number of issues that arise on a regular basis during the teaching and learning process, particularly in senior high school. The key issue that will be addressed in this study is the usage of teacher-centered learning, which prevents students from actively participating in the learning process. The experimental research was used in this study. The participants in this study were the eleventh graders of MIPA of MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. This study's sample consisted of 35 students from the XI MIPA 1 class as the experimental class and 35 students from the XI MIPA 2 class as the control class. According to the findings of this study, the mean score post-test experiment class was 68.15, whereas the control class was 64.07. As a result, the experimental class outperformed the control class. The reading ability of students was assessed using the t-test, which yielded Tcalculated = 2.13 and Ttable(0.95:62) = 1.676 at a 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that tcalculated > ttabel, as H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, inquiry-based learning had a significant effect towards students' reading comprehension of analytical exposition text.

Abstract

The reason for this study are to decide the Execution of Direct Money Help with Taking care of Coronavirus in Dukuh Village, Cikupa Locale, Tangerang Rule and to decide the hindering and supporting elements in carrying out the dissemination of the Immediate Money Help (BLT) program in Dukuh Town, Cikupa Area, Tangerang Regime. This examination is a juridical experimental legitimate exploration that is distinct in nature, the information sources in this examination incorporate essential information and optional information. Information assortment strategies were completed by meetings and perceptions, the research location was carried out at the Dukuh Village Office, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency. The data management technique is done by editing, categorization, and information examination. The outcomes showed that first, the Dukuh Village Government, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, in this case the village head and his apparatus, had carried out the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program allocated to the Dukuh Village community. comply with the policy requirements for prospective recipients of BLT funds. The first supporting factor is the legal structure, namely the village government which has carried out its duties and functions in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Second, the factor of legal substance, in this case is the 2020 regulation No. 6 of the village minister regarding the priority use of village funds  that has accommodated BLT to the community.

Abstract

Logical mathematical intelligence and learning independence are two important aspects that can be crucial for students' learning success. This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship between logical mathematical intelligence and students' mathematics learning outcomes; (2) determine the relationship between learning independence and students' mathematics learning outcomes; (3) determine the relationship between logical mathematical intelligence and learning independence together with students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population of this study were all X1 classes in SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. The sample in this study were students of class XI-EB2, which were selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique uses simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation, t-test and F-test after the test conditions are met. The results showed that: (1) logical mathematical intelligence with students' mathematics learning outcomes has a positive and significant relationship of 30.04%; (2) learning independence with students' mathematics learning outcomes has a positive and significant relationship of 29.99%; and (3) logical mathematical intelligence and learning independence together have a positive and significant relationship with students' mathematics learning outcomes of 26.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the preservation of Reusam Idang Meulapeh and the symbol of the Idang Meulapeh reusam tradition in commemorating the Prophet's maulid in the Pidie region. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources were obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interview, and verification or conclusion drawing. The population in this study was the people of Pidie. The sampling technique was carried out in 5 villages in the Pidie area totaling 25 people, including 5 people from Pangge Pilok village, 5 people from Mesjid Reubee village, 5 people from Neulop village, 5 people from Keude Keulibeut village and 5 people from Kampong Pukat. The results of the study that the implementation of the Nadi maulid tradition in the Pidie region for 3 months a year and the process of the maulid implementation tradition with several stages including preparation of idang meulapeh, meudikee and Islamic preaching at night. The tradition of the Prophet's Maulid is carried out in the month of 12 Rabiul Awal to the beginning of the month of Jumadil Akhir.  A unique tradition at the time of commemorating the Prophet's maulid, the local community serves a variety of traditional culinary delights. One of them is Idang Meulapeh, which is a mandatory tradition in every Prophet's meulod khanduri. For the people of Pidie, the celebration of the Prophet's birthday without Idang Meulapeh is incomplete, because Idang Meulapeh is one of the special traditions in commemorating the Prophet's birthday. From the preparation of food in people's homes called Bu Kulah (rice wrapped in leaves), Idang Meulapeuh (a storied dish) will be brought to Meunasah / Mosque around 11:00 to eat together with residents, orphans and guests of other village and Mukim neighbors. Before eating the food that is served, the community first prays to our king the prophet Muhammad SAW. Idang meulapeh is also a fairly expensive dish, with that not all circles this reusam can be done. Only some areas in Aceh still apply the idang meulapeh tradition. For this reason, this research is very important to preserve the Idang Meulapeh reusam tradition in commemorating maulid in the Pidie region. Therefore, the purpose of the community in providing various kinds of food menus in Idang Meulapeh and honoring the birth month of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

This research is expected to increase insight and knowledge regarding the influence of assets, liabilities and equity on profitability at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah in 2019-2023. In determining the sample in this research, the purposive sampling method was used. The device used in this research to process and analyze existing data is Eviews version 10 software. Research results show that assets have a significant effect on the profitability of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah in the short term, which means increasing assets are followed by increasing profitability. However, in the long term, assets do not have a significant effect on profitability. Liabilities have a significant effect on the profitability of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah in the short term. However, in the long term, liabilities do not have a significant effect on profitability. Equity has no effect on the profitability of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah in the short and long term. Assets, Liabilities and Equity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Profitability(Y) Bank KB Bukopin Syariah.

Abstract

The implementation of the Aceh Health Insurance program is contained in the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Aceh and BPJS Health so that the provisions of Article 1338 of the Criminal Code apply. However, in its implementation there is a delay in payment. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the factors causing default in the payment of Aceh Health Insurance contributions, efforts to resolve defaults in the implementation of the Aceh Health Insurance program agreement, and obstacles faced in resolving defaults between the Government of Aceh and BPJS Health in the implementation of the Aceh Health Insurance program agreement. The method used in writing this thesis is empirical juridical method with qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the research, the factors causing default in the late payment of Aceh Health Insurance contributions are due to a mismatch between the amount of the budget set and the amount needed within one year. Efforts made to resolve the default are to carry out budget efficiency to be transferred to Aceh Health Insurance contributions in APBA Amendments in 2023 and to prevent delays the Aceh Government has proposed a budget for Aceh Health Insurance contributions in 2024 according to needs. The obstacles faced in resolving defaults are the insufficient budget available in the 2023 DPA and delays in the APBA Amendment implementation process.

Abstract

The number of people with mental disorders in Nagan Raya Regency reached 367 cases as  of August 2022 with various causes including schizophenia, depression, domestic violences and drug abuse.  This paper aim to examine the handing carried out based on the synergy of the Health Service and Community Health Centers which is supported by other communities such as the sub district head, gampong officials and local residents in hading ODGJ  cases, in order to reduce the number of ODGJ  in Nagan Raya Regency.  This research  uses four indicators of synergy according  to Doctroff, namely; effective communication, researchers detail the information obtained to answer the problem of this research.  Through the four indicators that have been tested, the results of this research show that there has been synergy between the Health Service and the Nagan Raya Regency Puskesmas inhandling people with mental disorders.

Abstract

The research is to compare the performance of the control system on brushless dc motors. The optimization uses Simulink software to obtain value data for the overshoot, rise time and settling time parameters. There are three control methods used in this comparative optimization study, namely, a controller system using PID, Cohen-Coon, trial and error, and the Firefly algorithm. The simulation results show that the PID controller optimized using the Firefly algorithm has the best performance with overshoot of 0.501%, rise time of 234,778 ms, and settling time of 0.6. The Cohen-Coon method also produces low overshoot of 0.501%, but with a longer rise time of 234,778 ms and a higher settling time. This study found that to improve control system performance, it is very important to choose the right optimization technique. When compared with the Cohen-Coon and Trial and Error methods, the Firefly algorithm shows better results in determining the most suitable parameters for PID controllers on BLDC motors. These findings provide important guidelines for the development and use of PID controllers in various industries using BLDC motors.
