Abstract

This research is motivated by the leadership style applied at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall, where the leadership style exercised by the Head of the Pekanbaru City One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service The Public Service Mall has managed to get an award that can be maintained for three consecutive years. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style adopted by the Head of the Pekanbaru One Stop Service Investment Service and to see the supporting factors for the success of this leadership style. This study uses Robbins' theory (2015) which explains that there are 4 leadership styles namely, directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participatory leadership style, and achievement-oriented leadership style. This study used qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentation techniques at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. The results of the study show that the leadership style used in managing the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall has been successful in its implementation due to the results obtained in managing the public service mall which has received awards for three consecutive years. Supporting factors in the application of leadership style at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall are the existence of standard rules in work, qualified human resources and adequate service innovation. With these supporting factors, the Pekanbaru City public service mall won the award for three consecutive years.

Abstract

The government has to deal with a variety of complex problems, including railroad accumulation, illegal fishing, brokerage activities, and even the general public's lack of awareness and willingness to pay motor vehicle taxes. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of the E-Samsat service innovation, which is a public service innovation. The research method used in this research is this type of research using literature study research techniques. Since information relevant to the topic or problem being studied is collected by the researcher during the data collection process, this information can be obtained in research reports, journals, scientific papers, theses and dissertations, regulations, encyclopedias, and written sources that are both printed and in data form. electronic. The findings from this study indicate that e-Samsat service innovation has many aspects. Where is the Relative Advantage, namely the ease of the community in managing motorized vehicle tax payments (PKB). Compatibility (suitability) where e-samsat service innovations for the community are in accordance with the current conditions of technological development. Complexity (complexity) where e-samsat service innovation is felt to be uncomplicated in the implementation process. Then Triability (possibility of trying) people who respond positively to the e-samsat service. Furthermore, from Observability (ease of being observed) with a fairly simple service procedure electronically.

Abstract

Penyelesaian kemiskinan di suatu daerah tentunya berbeda dengan penyelesaian di daerah lainnya. Penyebab kemiskinan dapat dilihat dari faktorinternal dan eksternal. Untuk itu, program JPS harus mampu menyelesaikan akar dari masalah kemiskinan yang berhasil diidentifikasi. Proses selanjutnya adalah identifikasi alokasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan ketika mengirim bantuan JPS ke penerima bantuan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi temuan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerima manfaat dari program jaring pengaman sosial melalui subsidi listrik 450 VA untuk 8 kecamatan di Kota Ternate dengan uraian Kecamatan Ternate Selatan terdapat 655 keluarga yang tersebar di 17 kelurahan, Kecamatan Ternate Tengah terdapat 574 keluarga yang tersebar di 16 kelurahan, Kecamatan Ternate Utara terdapat 808 keluarga yang tersebar di 14 kelurahan, Kecamatan Ternate Barat terdapat 589 keluarga yang tersebar di 7 kelurahan, Kecamatan Pulau Ternate terdapat 409 keluarga yang tersebar di 6 kelurahan, Kecamatan Pulau Hiri terdapat 390 keluarga yang tersebar di 6 kelurahan, dan Kecamatan Pulau Moti terdapat 588 keluarga yang tersebar di 6 kelurahan. Sedangkan untuk kecamatan Pulau Batang Dua ada 6 kelurahan namun tidak ada penerima karena di kecamatan tersebut semua pelanggan PLN memakai daya listrik 900 VA dan diatasnya. Total keseluruhan ada 4013 keluarga penerima manfaat yang terdapat di 7 kecamatan yang ada untuk Kota Ternate.

Abstract

There are many phenomena where politicians try to perpetuate their power through political dynasties, especially in local government. This is worrying, considering that the abuse of power will be easier with the political elite consisting of their own families. This research will then look at how political dynasties can occur in the Indonesian government system. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained through the literature study method. The results of this research then found that several factors cause political dynasties to occur in Indonesia. The first factor is Indonesian society which is plural, so individual political behavior is strongly influenced by social, economic, psychological, historical, political, and cultural factors. Another factor is that candidates who have charisma and popularity will provide great opportunities and make it easier for other family members to run for office in society.

Abstract

In this study, the existence of a smart village in Tanjung Pasir village can understand the problems faced by the village by understanding the latest situation of problems that exist in the village, by managing various resources to be effective and efficient, then by maximizing the purpose of serving the community. This study aims to see how one of the dimensions of a smart village is implemented, namely smart governance in Tanjung Pasir Village, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection carried out with informants from the Office of the Head of Tanjung Pasir Village and the community. The results of the study show that the implementation of smart governance in order to realize Tanjung Pasir Village as a smart village in the decisions taken by the Tanjung Pasir village government that the Tanjung Pasir village has the right to obtain information through an information system developed by the city government, then from the public and social services side found in Tanjung Pasir Village, namely through the existence of a smart village program that can provide services effectively.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the efforts of the Pekanbaru City Land Office in serving Land Certificates that moved areas after the expansion of the Tampan District. Improving the service quality of the Pekanbaru City Land Office is a very important aspect in supporting land certificate area transfer services. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Pekanbaru City Land Office in carrying out its duties in transferring land certificate areas after the division of Tampan District. The method used is qualitative research by conducting observations and in-depth interviews. This research determines research informants as a source of information to obtain the required data. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Pekanbaru City Land Office is still not optimal, this can be seen from the 6 main focus concepts of Service Quality according to Lijan Poltak Sinambela namely, Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participative, Equal Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. There are still a number of obstacles that must be resolved, namely, unclear service time processes, lack of employee response in terms of quality and speed of service, lack of service personnel in completing their duties for the process of transferring land certificates after the division of Tampan District

Abstract

Corruption is a serious problem in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts need to be made to eradicate corruption properly. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plays a pivotal role in combating corruption. This study seeks to examine the methods employed by the KPK in its anti-corruption endeavors. It will utilize a descriptive qualitative methodology, drawing upon a range of prior research findings and literature reviews as its data sources. The results of this research then found that there are various obstacles in fighting corruption. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between state institutions in eradicating corruption. This can be done through coordination or preparing work protocols. Then, to increase the credibility of state institutions in eradicating corruption, this can be done by increasing transparency and budget management, strengthening accountability and independence, and increasing public participation in eradicating corruption.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly growing digitalization, the role of technology in improving organizational performance is becoming increasingly crucial. This study was conducted to investigate how technology adoption and user skills affect employee performance at Karangmulya Health Center, Garut Regency. Through quantitative methods and a multi group analysis approach, the findings show that technology adoption has a positive impact on employee performance. In contrast, individual ability to utilize technology does not always correlate with improved performance. In particular, men appear to be more adaptive in adopting technology than women. However, education level did not show significant differences in this regard. Several barriers, such as suboptimal technology infrastructure, resistance to change, and lack of training, were identified as factors inhibiting technology adoption. Based on these findings, this study recommends a holistic approach to technology adoption strategies, emphasizing the importance of training, education, and infrastructure improvement, as well as considering the analysis of different groups to gain a more in-depth understanding.

Abstract

Effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of achieving organizational goals. If the organization succeeds in achieving its goals, then the organization can be said to have been effective. Levies are payments from the people to the government, in which there is a remuneration relationship that is directly received by the payment of levies. This study aims to determine how effective the acceptance of parking levy from the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service is during the last five years, from 2016 to 2020 by looking at the dimensions of effectiveness according to Duncan, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study, two sources of data were used, namely primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques are interview and documentation techniques. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and for data analysis, the researcher uses Miles and Huberman's model theory. The results showed that since 2016-2020 parking levy receipts were still classified as ineffective. This is based on the dimensions of achieving the goal of parking levy income which still focuses on collecting retribution on the edge of public roads, while incidental parking from community activities that should have been deposited has not been maximized. In the dimension of integration , although other government agencies have assisted in controlling, there are still many parties outside the existing system in the field also influence the income that should be deposited by the parking attendant to the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service officer, resulting in a lot of revenue leakage. From the adaptation dimension, the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service during 2016 to 2020 did not have many changes regarding the collection of parking fees.Keywords: Effectiveness, parking levy, local revenue

Abstract

An ongoing challenge in BKI's project management is the frequent delays in project completion and mismatch of current targets. This article aims to analyze the integrated project management system, digitalization, and the concept of digital governance at PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) as the parent company of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Holding Survey Services (IDSurvey). The study used qualitative methods with five dimensions of project efficiency, team satisfaction, impact on customers, business success, and preparing for the future. The results showed that although BKI has planned various business strategies, a strong commitment is needed to resolve project management issues through improved integrated digital governance. This study recommends resolving project management issues through improved integrated project success.
