Selain itu adanya Jurnal Natural Science menunjukkan bahwa para dosen Tadris IPA Fisika sudah membudayakan meneliti dan mempublikasikan hasil penelitian. Abstract

In this study, Fluxgate made with a design 30 and 20 winding excitation coil pickups. Fluxgate used to measure vibrations in two dimensions. Vibration measurements performed indirectly by using two mechanical pendulum to vibrate in the direction of axis x and y are placed on the source of vibration. Fluxgate sensor working principle is developed when there is vibration, then the magnetic mass at the end of the pendulum arm will come to move in rhythm with the vibration. This will result in the distance between the sensor with a magnetic mass changes. Changes in this distance will lead to changes in magnetic induction at the core of the sensor. Because of the large magnetic field intensity received by the sensor varies with the distance the vibration amplitude changes that occur will result in a change in voltage generated by the sensor. This means that the emf is happening is a function of the distance between the sensor with a magnetic mass. Fluxgate sensor is placed in the direction of axis x and y. Based on analysis of data obtained sensitivity of the sensor x and y with the same value that is ± 39 mV / μT. The range of frequencies that can be detected by sensors in this study were 0.37 Hz to 1.81 Hz and amplitude range that has been carried out ranging between 0.7 cm to 2.3 cm. Maximum absolute error and maximum relative error in the characterization of the frequency obtained is happening on the sensor y of 0.054 Hz and -2.18%. For amplitude obtained is happening on the sensor x 0,005 volt and 3,28%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of cognitive assessment instruments on daily and mid-semester tests on learning class X physics used in the form of questions that tend to test more aspects of memory, understanding and application. While questions that test aspects of analysis, evaluation and creation are not widely available. In the matter of Newton's law, most students still experience difficulties in solving problems related to Newton's law. In fact, the questions on Newton's law are related to the application of technology in everyday life. To overcome these problems the students need to be directed to develop high-level thinking skills. Therefore, one way to improve students' high-level thinking skills by carrying out HOTS-based evaluations. In line with these problems it is necessary to feel it. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of scientific literacy of students. One of the causes of students 'low scientific literacy skills is the lack of teaching materials that can shape students' scientific literacy skills. The available teaching materials have limitations to illustrate the facts of the lessons learned in everyday life. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE design model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). Based on research and analysis of CTL-based e-module data using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker on the ability of scientific literacy, namely: obtain an average value of 4 people validator 88% with a very valid category. practicality assessment of 2 physics educators was 79.33% with a practical category. Practical assessment of 15 students received an average value of 90.26% in the category of very practical, has an average value of 84.79% with a very practical category. Assessment of the effectiveness of scientific literacy of 15 students for e-learning modules in the questionnaire obtained an average value of 88.78% with a very effective category while the test questions on the kinetic theory of gas with 66.6% completeness and in the material thermodynamics with 64.8% completeness with an average value of 65.7%. So it can be concluded that e-module based on Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker on the kinetic theory of gas and thermodynamics is very valid, practical and effective to improve science literacy in physics learning class XI MIPA 6 SMA N 15 Padang

Abstract

The development of science and technology has had a major influence in all aspects of life, including in the world of education. One way of using technology in learning is the use of technological resources in the learning process such as technology-based interactive modules.The use of modules in learning aims so that students can learn independently without or with guidance from educators, so that students will learn better if they do it alone which focuses directly on mastering learning objectives. The aim of this research is to produceInteractive module based on Trait Treatment Interaction (TTI) using Adobe Flash on collaboration  skills with students on the material of the kinetic theory of gases and the laws of thermodynamics class XI SMA / MA valid, practical and effective. This research is a research and development (R&D). Development design is using a development model ADDIE consists of: the Analysis stage (analyzing), the Design stage (designing), the Development stage (developing), the Implementation stage (implementing) and the Evaluation stage (evaluating). The instruments used in this study were a validity questionnaire, a practicality questionnaire, and an effectiveness test. The product validity test is given by expert validators in the aspects of material / content, media / construction, and language. The practicality test is given  to educators and students, while the effectiveness test is given to students. The results of the research were produced Interactive module based on Trait Treatment Interaction (TTI) using Adobe Flash for students on the material of the kinetic theory of gases and the laws of thermodynamics which is very valid, very practical and very effective against collaboration skills of students.

Abstract

This research The problem inthis research is how the understanding of the concept of students in learning physiscs class VIII SMPN 2 Sintuk Toboh Gadang by applying advance organizer learning models. As for the purpose to be achieved in this research is : 1) to find out how to comprehed the concept of students in learning physiscs using advance organizer learning models. 2) to know the learning activities of students with advance organizer learning models. This research is quantitative research through quasi experiment method with post-test design only control group design. Population in this study were students of class VIII Junior Hight School 2 Sintuk Toboh Gadang, Padang Pariaman City. Determination of sample by rondom sampling technique with class VIII.1 as experiment class and class VIII.3 as control class which each have 35 students. Data collection techniques using tests. The validity used is the correlation of the person showing the instrument is valid. Before the data analysis, first tested normality and homogeneity test and data analysis techniques used are test-t.The results of this study indicate a difference understanding of the concept of class VIII students in Junior Hight School 2 Sintuk Toboh Gadang using advance organizer learning models compared with the direct model. The difference is indicated by t-test results with the help of SPSS 20. T-test score shows the number 4,125 tith df = 68 then t tabel = 2,142 then t arithmetic of t tabel and sig value 0.000 < 0.05 which proves that experiment class learning is better than control class learning.

Abstract

Telah berhasil dilakukan sintesis lapisan tipis magnetite (Fe3O4) pada substrat Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) dengan metode Elektrodeposisi (ED), menggunakan arus Continue Direct Current (CDC), dengan variasi tegangan eksternal. Variasi tegangan eksternal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi optimum penumbuhan lapisan tipis yang akan dilakukan. Tegangan eksternal yang diterapkan mula-mula dengan range yang lebih besar yaitu 10 volt, 5 volt, dan 3 volt. Berdasarkan pencitraan dengan mikroskop tegangan 3 Volt dipilih sebagai kondisi mula-mula untuk variasi berikutnya yaitu variasi dengan range tegangan yang lebih kecil (3,5 volt, 3 volt, dan 2,5 volt) dan dari ketiga variasi tersebut tegangan 3,5 volt dipilih sebagai tegangan optimum untuk proses sintesis lapisan tipis magnetite (Fe3O4). Hasil pencitraan dengan mikroskop optik menunjukkan bahwa tegangan ikut mempengaruhi ketebalan hasil deposisi. Dengan kata lain dapat disimpulkan nilai tegangan ekternal yang diaplikasikan sangat mempengaruhi hasil deposisi dengan korelasi bahwa semakin besar tegangannya, makin tebal hasil deposisi dan sebaliknya semakin kecil tegangan semakin tipis hasil deposisi di atas substrat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in the material of the human reproductive system. The study was conducted in class IX A in SMP N 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur  Middle School in the 2018/2019 learning year. This study is a Classroom Action Resesarch adapted from the Kemis and Tagar PTK models, which consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The results of this study indicate an increase significant in the first cycle and second cycle for the assessment of learning outcomes and the ability of students to make mind mapping on the material of the human reproductive system. Based on the results of the research obtained it can be concluded that mind mapping learning strategies can improve learning outcomes and develop psychometric skills of students to create and read mind mapping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce student worksheets based on science, environment, technology and society on the material dynamics of rotation and balance of rigid objects class XI MIA MAN 2 Padang City which are valid, practical and effective to increase students' interest in learning. This type of research is research and development (research and development) using the 4-D model starting from the definition stage (define), the design phase (design), the stage of development (develop), and the stage of dissemination (disseminate). The validity test of LKPD was seen in terms of the feasibility of content, media and language by five experts. Practicality test seen from the ease of using LKPD by two physics educators and 13 students of class XI MIA 2 MAN 2, Padang City. Test the effectiveness of LKPD by looking at the interests of students in class XI MIA MAN 2, Padang City. The instrument used in the test of validity, practicality and effectiveness using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed with percentage techniques. The results showed that science, environment, technology and society-based LKPD on the material of rotational dynamics and rigid body balance produced valid, practical and effective LKPD with very valid criteria (89.54%), very practical criteria (96.91%) and criteria very effective (76.49%).

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the development of the e-diagnostic four-tier test to identify misconceptions of students from SMAN 9 Sijunjung. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The research was conducted at SMAN 9 Sijunjung in class XI MIPA 2. The validity test of the E-Diagnostic Four Tier physics test was given to 5 expert validators assessed from the aspect of material, construction, misconception and language, practicality test was given to 1 physics educator and 20 people students and effectiveness tests were tested on 20 students. The results of the validity test analysis by the expert validator showed that the E-diagnostic test in the form of Four-tier test developed was very valid with an average of 82.4%, the results of the practicality analysis by educators and students were very practical with an average of 81.65%, while the results of the effectiveness analysis for the product obtained a question validity of 70% with a valid category. reliability of the question 0.88 with a reliable category, the level of difficulty and different power of a good question each item, while the analysis of misconceptions obtained a percentage of 63% in the material of thermodynamics and 55.5% in the material of optical devices. This shows that the E-Diagnostic Four Tier Test physics test is categorized as very valid and very practical to use in learning physics

Abstract

This study aims to produce comic as a medium learning in MTsN 1 Lubuk Basung valid and practical. The research is research and development (R&D). The development of done with reference to a model with 4-D definition, stage, design, develop, dissemination, this research is restricted to development on the stage. The analysis of data obtained the value of the validation comic media 84,36 very valid criteria, the value practical comic media by teachers 93,03 very practical criteria, the value practical comic media by students 82,07 very practical criteria.
